Pros:Some of the staff were helpful and apologetic about all the issues we encounter.Cons:The vehicle was not available at the time we landed. Had to get a cab to my hotel and come back the next day, we were a large family therefore very difficult to get to the hotel and back, especially as our plane arrived at midnight. The vehicle they gave us didn't have the proper license plate and the staff called me through my whole trip trying to have me come back for them to make do the paperwork. Also, they charge me bogus charges that were not included on my original reservation, on their words, those are country charges.Reviewed Jan 19 2021
