We booked an SUV as I am disabled, but was presented with a Suzuki GLX which is tiny. I could not even fit my suitcase in the boot as it was so small, so we were forced to upgrade to a Maxda CX5 at considerable cost which I imagine was their plan all along. Of the child seats provided, one was criminally unsafe and luckily I was able to borrow one from my relatives in Israel. The Sixt staff tried to up-sell me their insurance, which I had to politely decline three times, and watched me struggle with my disability with no offer of help. On return, Sixt took 40 minutes to examine the car for the slightest blemish they could charge me for, while I had a plane to catch. Avoid ShlomoSixt in Israel as they are trying to rob you.Reviewed Sep 13 2022
