Cons: I had to wait 30 minutes for a shuttle back to the airport. The shuttle never came. A kind worker felt bad for us and took a minivan and drove us 7 minutes to the terminal.
I was charged double the price I was quoted by Kayak

smart and comfortable
Pros: fast and good organsation of the drop off at the Ben Gurion airport, I didn't loose any time before the departure

Terrible experience
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Very low level car even though I paid for a full size car. The worst part was when I gave back the car I had a horrible experience. Terrible customer service
