Pros:Nothing at all
Cons:This was the most horrible experience in all of our lives traveling. We travel 4-5 times a year and we consider ourselves pretty experienced. Before making our reservation we called Sixt because we wanted to be sure that what we were planning was possible with this rental car. We were connected with a representative and explained that we were interested in renting an suv for 9 days picking it up in Tampa and returning in Tampa, but we were ging to be using the suv for 6 states. We specifically told the representative our plan, the days, the states and the specific rental we wanted. He assured us that everything was doable and to go ahead and make the reservation. We made this reservation more than 2 months in advance. The day of our trip we got to Tampa and to our surprise the lady that greeted us was very rude in telling us that we could not take our already paid rental because it was prohibited to take the suv to the states we were going. We tried talking to her and explaining to her that we were oriented that we could but she didn't want to even hear us. She basically told us to leave and nothing could be done. To make things wore Sixt is not inside the airport like other rental services, so we had to take a bus to the airport, go to the rental area and only to find that none of the 7-10 rental places had any cars available. My mother started crying because of the stress of just thinking that we were going to be stranded with no car for 9 days. Thankfully the Dollar Rental representative heard us and made everything possible to help us. He contacted another Dollar Rental place and got a car delivered to the airport just for us. If it wasn't for this gentleman at Dollar Rental we would have lost all of the money we paid for the 6 hotels we were staying in each State plus airfares. After we got our car hours later we went back to the Sixt location to make sure everything was cancelled and refunded and the same lady told us that it wasn't cancelled yet and that we had to wait for a manager to do it and that there was no manager there at that time, so we had to wait for the email cancellation in a couple of days. We left the place and NEVER AGAIN!
Pros:Staff was great. I was upgraded for $50 for my 4 days but the price at the end didn’t reflect that. I’m waiting to see what will exactly be charged. The radio didn’t work properly in a Suburban/Cadillac and there was an enormous fruit punch stain on the back rug the size of a door mat.
Cons:Cleaner car without a fruit punch massacre in the back.

Car had a slow leak in the passenger side rear tire, which was noted as an issue before I rented the car. Wondering why this wasn’t resolved before I rented it…..
Pros:Everyone who worked there was incredibly nice!
Cons:I had reserved a minivan, but it wasn't available when I arrived. I was upgraded to a monster vehicle, but when I tried to pull out, I just didn't feel comfortable driving it. Too big for me. So they graciously switched me again to a gorgeous SUV. It was a lovely vehicle to drive, but it made me nervous. I would have been happiest in my original minivan reservation. But all of the employees were so nice and the vehicle was an upgrade so it feels ungrateful to complain.

Cons:Tried to cancel my rental due to hurricane and couldn't get a hold of anyone. Waited on hold for over 2 hours with no luck. Poor customer service.
Pros:Very friendly and willing to answer any questions
Cons:They didn't have the Mustang I wanted, so they upgraded me to a Mercedes
