Cons: We had to cancel due to illness in the family and we had to pay the penalty of 3 days rental! There should be some exception to the rules. Illnesses are out of our control and in gods hands!

Pros: when I arrived to pick up my vehicle it took 2 hrs. they charged me an extra 311. dollars told me I would get it back when I return the rental. I returned it 5 days ago and still haven't received my money. everyone gave a different answer on when we will get it back. very unpleasant. I will not be going back and will not be recommending them to anyone.

Like Sixt, but there was confusion on our contract
Pros: Great car selection, nice van to airport, friendly people, no long lines for picking up or dropping off. Good prices. Easy and reasonably priced upgrade to a nicer car.
Cons: There was confusion on our invoice. Our car was attributed to a different individual, who rented the exact same model of car on the same day we did . He turned it in earlier than we did, and I got e-mails with invoice information, etc. for him, but it was on our credit card. His car was in our name, essentially. And our car was in his name. Our account was charged for his upgrade fee. So, when we went to turn in the car on our return date a few days later, that individual's name came up on our license plate number. The manger of Sixt handled the paperwork and said that it would all be resolved in a few days. So, supposedly the problem was taken care of, but the correct charge amounts against our credit card have not taken place yet.
