They ask for credit card to change your plane

Cons: I called before the reservation and gave them my information to ask exactly what the deposit would be because I did not see it listed in the terms and conditions. They told me it would be $100 for the deposit and nothing else. When I arrived that morning it was $100 or 15% of the amount of the rental, whichever was the larger amount. I told the manager that I called and was not given that info. If I would have know. Beforehand it would have been no problem but I did not budget for it. He asked if I had called the reservation line and told him I had called the location directly and that was the info given. I ended up not getting my rental and was extremely disappointed with the customer service.
