Pros:price was great. Car was clean and ready. Drop off was highly professional, speedy and staff was very friendly.
Cons:Pick up was way too slow. Find a way to expedite pick up.

Cons:Checking in at IAH took over 45 minutes and there was only 4 people! They didn’t allow electronic check in either.
Simple to get in and out and the staff were so nice
I’ve already field a dispute with Amex because 1. We’ve had a family emergency and I am forced to cancel rental plans, out of my control. 2. Your cancellation method online didn’t work didn’t work on mobile app. 3. The $100 cancellation fee was not visible and is not standard operating practice of rental car vendors.
Pros:Staff was friendly and helpful and helped up get a good deal on the cars available.
Cons:For the actually place to have the car we originally picked out but we got a better car for the money we paid so no complaints.
Cons:I reported a long crack in the windshield no more than 10 minutes after driving away from the airport, Tim assured me that it wouldn’t be an issue he was going to log it and send me an email confirming I would not be held liable. Now they are making me provide all kinds of information for a claim. It’s very time consuming, and they still have not confirmed that I will not have to pay. I am furious and will never be utilizing Sixt car rental again. I think you guys need to step in and provide some assistance
Pros:Even with the Covid restrictions the staff processed everyone quickly and with care for each customer.

Our flight was delayed, I was easily able to update our pick up time in the app. When we arrived, there was no wait, we were out of there quickly. Plus we got a really nice car, thank you!
Cons:Exterior of truck was very dirty. Interior was fine.
