Good service and communication. One extra day was arranged. Older car with various non working parts such as central locking, misaligned headlight etc.
Pros:They provided the type of car we asked. The car fuel consumption is very good. Sixt were fast in pickup/dropoff. It was quite comfortable.
Cons:Car had no bluetooth, no drive control. The car steers to the right slightly and shakes when applying brakes on a downhill.
Pros:Easy and quick check in. Guys at the counter are amicable.
Cons:We were given an old (130k) and dirty rental car, Renault Duster. I understand I didn’t pay for a luxury SUV but at least make an effort to make the cars presentable. An upgrade was declined and the other options weren’t any better to be honest. The check in guy noted the agreement that the car was too dirty to check for damage LOL. That was only the beginning. The car battery died on us 3 times. Twice in Petra and once in Wadi Rum. Had locals call the number on the business card provided and it was constant ringing without answer. If it wasn’t for the kindness of the Jordanian people helping us with jump starts we would’ve have been screwed.

The car was provided without a spare tire and old wheels in terrible conditions. Considering Jordanian roads and long drives without any kind of pit stops there was an extremely high risk associated with this travel. The company should compensate

Pros:Customer service was friendly and courteous. Made efforts to speak English when it wasn't there primary language. Made the process smooth and effortless
Pros:The staff at Sixt was helpful and nice.
Cons:We had asked for a small manual car, not a supermini. As we realised at the airport, they had an auto car for us. We informed them we prefered a manual transmission car and we were given a Suzuki Alto 800cc. Which is a supermini. Not what we had asked for.
