Pros:That everything was so Nice and they was helpful with everything I needed
Pros:Positive summary: If you are only looking for a small, compact car, they might be a viable option.
Cons:Negative summary: They apparently pass off smaller cars as higher car classes and charge you the same. And will lie what class you're getting. We booked our reservation for a Standard car online. My girlfriend overheard them say they had no Standard cars. They then proceeded to give us a much smaller car (Nissan Versa) and specifically said it was a Standard car when we questioned them. When we went to look at the car, I asked lot attendant what class it was and he said it was an Intermediate. We went back to the counter to correct the (intentional) mistake, and the guy defended them by saying they pass off other cars as higher car classes. All they had to say was, "we don't have any Standard cars left, but we do have a smaller option." Sixt also tried charging us an airport fee, even though they are located off-airport and we did not take their transportation from the airport. The employee said it's a tax that they have no control over. And he said that if they don't charge an airport fee, they would charge a facility fee, which makes no sense. It's just another way to collect from their customers. They were very dishonest and I am sticking to the mainstream rental car agencies from now on. Lesson learned.
Pros:It was great . I just loved their customer service . Extremely nice !
Cons:They cancelled my reservation without notice because my flight arrived more than 2 hours later than the arrival time marked on my reservation.
Slow and mindless policies that nickel and dime you.
Cons:The car had a strong cleaning product odor that was bothersome. I called Sixt to find out if there was a hidden air freshener but this was a spray used to clean the car. We had to drive with windows down for first few days.
Friendly environment. Checking in was slow and they have you wait outside then call you in and wait some more.
I've rented a few cars throughout my travels. This was the best experience I've had so far. No trying to make me buy insurance I didn't need. In and out quickly. Even got a larger car than what I asked for.
Pros:Friendly staff, quick airport drop off after bringing car back
Cons:Total price, extras weren't disclosed upon making reservation, long wait at airport for pick up, hat to call several times before getting ahold of someone.
Cons:How about PNut canceling my car because I had to wait at the airport an extra hour or two because the airlines lost my luggage and we had to figure out what we’re gonna do. So thanks to you guys I was stuck in Puerto Rico for four days with no car to get around with nothing to do and I was staying an hour away from the airport so I probably spent about $400 in Uber’s and taxis thank you very much very much
