Pros: Free shuttle between airport and rental office (was especially helpful during dropoff because I was very late and nearly missed my flight)
Cons: Took over 1.5 hours to get a car even though I had made a reservation well in advance. Estimated cost of rental when I made the reservation was $60 but I paid $105 due to additional charges that were not mentioned until the time of pickup.

Pros: I went in and cancelled my reservation but I never got my refund which they said id get in a few days. Didnt get the cancellation confirmation email either and when I called to inquire after two weeks they asked me to wait and id get it. its been about a month now still no email and no refund.

Pros: Staff was fine. The car functioned well.
Cons: Off site location was crowded. Picking up the car took a long time. Having over $100 in extra charges was very annoying and a bit misleading as well. But everyone does that, so I am not sure how much that complaint is worth.

Cons: Checking the cars in and out took a long time and the locations of the offices were difficult to find.

Cons: Is very offsite of the Airport in a converted House and the cars are subpar. My light up the check engine light and we were worried our whole weekend is was going to be ruined. Don’t gamble. Get a national rental car company inside the airport.

Pros: That particular location did not have an airport shuttle, the shuttle took me to another location where I had to take a cab to the correct location, which was a total drag since I was coming from the airport.
