Pros:Everything was easy.
Pros:this company lacks a decent customer service. When we called them we had to stay on line for over 30 minutes before someone would answer. and at that time the rep was not knowledgable and could not help us. During Dallas snow storm we were delayed at DFW airport and we called SIXT and told them we may not arrive until late that night. the person who answered took note and said they will wait for us. We arrived at Maui airport around 11pm and their office was closed at airport and when we called them they said come back next morning..... we had to rent a car from Hertz for one day, go to our lodging which was about 40 miles and drove back next day to the airport to pick up our car. We do not recommend this company to anyone and ask Kayak and Priceline to drop them off their list.
Cons:Definitely a better customer service and hot line to reach out someone to talk.
Pros:Ridge (staff at the desk) was the best. He was friendly and helpful. Best person to meet to start my trip. All of the staff was kind

Cons:Because of covid 19 we could not go on vacation but they kept money from my refund while everyone else didn't we received full refunds from all other companies.
Jesse provided a great customer experience and I would recommend Sixt again.

Cons:Tried to cancel as per policy before 48 hours. They said send email. I did. They got back to me two days later and refused refund. I will never use sixt rental EVER again!
