This was our very first flight on Alaska Airlines. We fly once a month and are Lifetime platinum with AA so we got extra legroom seats with free alcoholic beverages. In our 6 1/2 hr flight to Maui we had 4 drinks and were told we’re cut off, we reached our limit. I didn’t know airlines had limits. We were not drunk, loud or slurring our words. A body can metabolize one drink per hour. We had metabolized that alcohol. A stranger and his wife who sat next to me was shocked and he heard the stewardess deny us drinks. He said we should write I to Alaska customer service. The whole incident was embarrassing to say the least. My husband and I are 67 and responsible people. We are asking for compensation for being humiliated and denied beverages.

No 120v output like United. Couldn’t purchase WiFi. No free headphones no free blankets
Cons: "I dont like theyre checkin in process. Dont like that they dont have tablets and only rely in theyre app for entertainment. Prefer Alaska for these reasons."

The brakes on the A220 are sensitive and uncomfortably grabby

The seats were very comfortable. However the meal on the transatlantic portion of the trip was not very good, even by airline food standards.
They made my minor daughter leave the area and go back though security during a flight connection with her checked luggage
The plane was dirty and parts were broken. Really run down. My table kept falling down because the latch was broken. Flight attendants were just plain old mean. Don't waste your money going to Canada unless you absolutely have to. It's a hellhole.
I asked to cancel the flight two weeks before but the customer service agent said I can't. Now I just lost 600+ CAD for nothing. Never again on Kayak. I will never recommend it.
The seats are too small. There are no screens for in flight movies which means you have to go to their app. Which is hard to get on. The usb ports are hard to get at. The flight crew particularly the female flight attendant was cranky. All in all I’m trying air Canada next time.

Very smooth for one of the busiest travel days of the year and the crew was great.
I sat in row 38 seat D. The headphone jack was nearly broken. The charging port was completely broken. My under seat space was compromised by a little metal box not seen under all seats so there was less room for my bag (which ended up having to go under the empty middle seat). These things could have been better. One of the flight attendants walked by me while my eyes were closed but I was awake waiting for breakfast and didn’t try to wake me for meal- and then when I asked about it didn’t offer to give me a pack I loved the other flight attendant - he was very kind funny witty and made extra efforts my comfort Overall everyone was polite, flight was smooth Off boarding was a ridiculously long process and should have been avoided if possible

Cons: "Flight was delayed due to weather. That is understandable. However the crew was not helpful in sharing any information with customers about changes to connecting flights. Much time was wasted and I had to reschedule my flight. The staff members that booked my hotel and my new flight were short and brief and not very helpful or accommodating or informative. Overall I didn’t not feel like a welcomed guest and I do not feel enough compensation was offered for such an inconvenience. Not being able to have my bag overnight was a hassle. I had no clean clothes and had to throw out my contacts because I had no solution. I also couldn’t use the meal voucher they gave me because everywhere in the airport was closed by that time. No stipend was given for toiletries or food delivery. Very unimpressed."
