Pros:The guy who I spoke with when I returned the smelly car
Cons:Everything else! They did not have my car the I prepaid way to much for. They tried to barder to get me to take an upgrade. When they did get me a car it stank like cigarette, Then I had to wait an hour and a half, just to receive another smelly car. Called customer service, I was promised I would get a call the next day to go and exchange the smelly car, never received any such call. However the woman from customer service offered me $25.00 off my next rental. I said that would not be necessary, because I will never be renting from SITX again. Satisfying the customer is clearly not this companies goal. It was more of take it or leave it, we don't need your business attitude.

Cons:Flight cancelled due to hurricane. I never used the service. I called several times and was directed to the website to cxl. The website requested the confirmation # and a pin# too. There was only a confirmation # and no pin #. I would like a refund as the service never took place. Regards,
Pros:Nice luxury car at a fair price
Cons:20 minutes in line to get the car was too much. Other companies had no line. They downgraded the car after I declined their insurance. Just a poor customer service experience.

Cons:As usual there are a lot of extra small fees they want to get you with. At least they don't push them too hard.

Cons:LONG wait for pickup. Lied about price of add-on insurance. Poor customer service. Promised free upgrade, did not get the upgrade
