Sixt north miami
Pros: fast car.
Cons: car smelled like cigarettes. bathroom at the facilities was disgusting.

Had to cancel
Cons: The line was an hour long (longer for many people behind me) - no other rental agencies had this kind of line. When it was finally my turn they didn't have any options in the class I reserved -- only a Smart car (which I don't feel safe driving) and a Minivan. They over promised and under-delivered so i canceled and rented from another agency (which took 10 minutes).

Pros: Loved the car and the price was reasonable.
Cons: The car was not ready when we arrived, and at the last minute they switched cars. The receipt they give you was not legible. They also try and up sell everything.

Do not believe the prices
Cons: I rented here bc the prices seemed reasonable but the them charged me $145 more at the end of the rental...I got charged for the courtesy shuttle!!!

Pros: service is fast for both rental and return. customer service was very good as well.
Cons: they need to advise clients that debit cards are not acceptable beforehand. make sure its stated in big red bold letters on the website somewhere where its visible...not written in tiny letters on the policy. this was very inconvenient, as i had my order paid in full already weeks in advance with my debit card and when i got there they told me that was not acceptable and i had to put it on a credit card. so i was charged twice for the rental and then days later credited. which was not convenient when you are leaving on vacation. Thank you.

Worst Service Ever.
Pros: Car was very nice and rates would have been good if they would have delivered on their promise.
Cons: Was told at reservation time they'd pick-up from cruise port. They did not. The family ahead of us had same experience... We did not receive 10 AM reservation until 3 PM, even though it was made weeks in advance. Me, my wife, and 2 young children were forced to wait curbside in downtown Miami for over 4 hours without access to a restroom aside from the one in the Starbucks a block away. This happened to other parties as well, and the Sixt employees were frankly very smug about it, forcing me to deduce this is a pretty common situation and they have no idea how to properly run their business. This was my first, and last, dealing with this company.

Good experience but be ready to dodge a fierce neg
Pros: - Competitive price on basic rental. - 10 seconds drop off (in Orlando). - Brand new car. - Solid customer service.
Cons: - Sales associate at pick-up was fiercely pushing add-on's to my contract; far too pushy and annoying. - Orlando MCO store is not really at the airport, but 5 min away. The location wasn't clear when I contracted, but hidden in the "Orlando MCO" branch name. - High fees for ad-on's such as insurance and automatic toll payment service.

Pros: When I finally got to an agent to get my rental, he spent 30 minutes trying to upsell me by insisting that I needed the extra insurance and making me prove I had my own insurance by actually showing him the full policy - which I had on Dropbox. Then tried to convince me to upgrade for a "small extra charge that I would get at. A special deal as a repeat customer - after waiting for him to go speak to "Managment" he came back and informed me that it would a special 50% off for me at $150 extra per DAY in a rental that was originally less than 50/day. He made me wait so I could find out the small upgrade fee was four times the rate I had booked. Meanwhile the wife and kids were waiting as he completely wasted my time. I smiled and declined politely - only because it was Christmas Day. Otherwise I would have ripped him a new one. Going to Hertz Gold next time.

Pros: Everything was excellent. Except one bad experience.
Cons: I had thought I just paid for what I choose online. Until I dropped off and received the receipt, I noticed there's an option called "partial damage waiver" which is $9.99 per day. I didn't know what's that and was told to sign after the option.

Cons: Didn't like how getting expensive insurance ended up being mandatory at the last minute. Seemed like lots of hidden charges on top of a deceptively low base rate. Car wasn't quite the SUV as ordered -- more of a station wagon.

Pros: It was simple returning the car. I also had changes in my travel plans which the company was able to accommodate.

Bad car - bad location. Never use a foreign rental
Cons: Took Too long to pick up car Miami location is dirty. Had to wait on hot street outside Sixts tiny office for a long time to get car which was in a grimy garage next to office. Break squealed. Car rattled. Car gas tank was only 3/4 full upon pick up.

Horrible customer service.
Cons: For starters, they didn't have any car available and the ones that were in the lot needed to be washed or were not ready to drive out the lot. 2- I asked to speak to a manager and they told me the manager would be there at 8:30 am. My reservation was at 8:00 am so i decided to wait for the manager. 2 hours later the manager still wasn't there and every time i asked one of the employees for an ETA, they kept telling me the manager should be there in 15 minutes. I ended leaving and taking an Uber to the airport to pick up another rental from a different company. I am highly dissatisfied with the level of service i received SIXT and i would never reccomend it to anyone.

Premium Car rented with tires that had zero tread
Pros: The car would have been reasonably priced if it was rented in decent road-worthy condition.
Cons: Premium Car was rented for a 5 hour drive with a front wheel that was apparently in an accident and had a visible chunk of rubber missing from the observable portion of the wheel. The wheel wobbled due to improper alignment or suspension failure. I was stopped by a good-samaritan motorist on the freeway about an hour into my trip to tell me about the visible issue with the wheel. Upon inspection, the tread on interior of tire was entirely non-existent and metal cords were showing on 40% of the inside of the wheel. Full refund was eventually provided, but due to the delay in my drive because I had to drive slowly due to the condition of the wheel, I was very late to my destination and was unable to see my grandmother and she died during my extended commute.

Pros: i liked the car drop off was hassle free and fast
Cons: When we went to pick up the car we had to wait 30min to be attended and to make it worse the reservation we made was misleading because we were going by the example picture when we selected the price and we ended getting a smaller suv or what i would call a station wagon. When we were coming back from our trip i was calling customer service to ask a question and i hat call no lie 15 times because no one would answer the phone i was bounced around in the phone system.

Happy with my rental
Pros: Love the availability of a premium vehicle rental. I'm sick of the bare bones low quality, featureless rental rockets most carriers fill their fleets with. The Audi I rented was a great car to drive - comfortable, plenty of power, great fuel economy, and with plenty of amenities. Paying a bit extra for a good car is like booking a nice hotel room - almost always worth it.
Cons: No complaints.

Pros: Kayak should wirie in big letters YOI CAN USE A DEBIT CART ON THIS RENTAL Where the heck do I need to know that if the company says you need a CC not a debut cart and Kayak dosnet say on the website. I need something in return. I couldn't take out the car!! You guys suck!!! And I won't be quiet about it.
Cons: It's not the car rental problem. It's kayak.

First time. Will definitely use again
Pros: Very friendly, conscientious staff. We booked online, arrived at car rental center to massive lines at various rental places but only had to stand in line for a few moments before being helped. Car was clean and in good condition. We were in and out very quickly.

Pros: Staff is very helpful and I particularly appreciated them being clear on all charges of the rental, what I've found to be very different on other rentals.
Cons: Ended up paying a bit more than what I expected, but still a good deal.

Line too long
Pros: Nice luxury car at a fair price
Cons: 20 minutes in line to get the car was too much. Other companies had no line. They downgraded the car after I declined their insurance. Just a poor customer service experience.

Drop off DISAPPOINMENT
Pros: I did not visit Miami office so I have no idea for overall, comfort and cleanliness.
Cons: When I was dropping of the car, a responsible lady from sixt came by the car and made a very detailed check. And she circled a damage that I could not see while I was picking up the car. I told her that nobody from Orlando sixt office informed me about this damage. She explained me that she had to do her job and she can do nothing for not informing me of Orlando sixt guys about this damage. Later on, I spoke with mr.Ralph by the car and told him what I am faced with. He explained me that it is a general control what she did.He added generally these kinds of damages are not charged to customers. Truthly, I made no damage to the car and if any damage will be charged to me then I will object officially. It was a very bad 10 minutes that I lived. It was a very bad experience of me with a worldwide serious company that is called SIXT. I am really disappointed...!

Pros: The agent who helped me (I don't remember his name) was friendly and professional. I like the outfits that match the decor! It gives the appearance of a unified team.
Cons: As with any car rental place there are always so many questions about additional features that cost money. It wears me down a bit having to go through it and watch the total balloon after you thought you had already established the price of the rental when booking it online. GPS, toll coverage, insurance, gas, etc.
