Pros:Staff was great - a little pushy on buying insurance - but typical - so no problem at all. The problem was the key drop off. Despite an email received, I spent 45 minutes trying to find where to put keys - no box anywhere near cars or rental counters. Finally tried to hide them on rental desk
Cons:We booked a car to be returned to Piazzale Roma in Venice Italy. With printed confirmation from them. However, nobody informed us that there is actually NO SIXT office at all at that location!! It was a Saturday, nobody picked up the phone when we called multiple times trying to figure out where to go. We were given an exact address that did not exist! After 3 hours of going back and forth in the area in torching heat and with 2 young children, one police officer on the road suggested we return the car at the airport. We did. The airport is far from there. We had to take the cab back to Piazzale Roma. We tried to complain at the airport counter, but nobody cared" I am just working here, I am not in charge". I said, please give me a receipt that I actually returned the car. They did not want to; they said it will come in my e-mail in a few days !!??!! It did come in the mail a few days later, but really, I had no proof that that I actually returned the car ok and in time!

Pros:Fast service. Car model Fiat 500 was as expected from my reservation choice as well as being practically brand new. A bit smaller car than the Ford Focus I saw on the website but on the other hand very economical for gas consumption. Would consider renting from Sixt via Kayak again.
Pros:Small car - Fiat 500 - Great Price - Worked fine - Easy to maneuver on the tight mountain roads and places we travelled to. Stick shift was smooth - Return was uneventful.
Cons:They put a $650 charge on my credit card that has yet to be lifted - It has only been a couple of days since I returned it. I expect this will resolve itself in the next few days since the invoice I got emailed to me was correct.
Pros:Nothing.
Cons:In spite of knowing the flight number, there was no one at the Sixt desk to sign out the car. No contact details. Nothing.
Pros:Newer car- clean with good space. Efficient at counter when picking up and dropping off. Zero issues as always
Great service from start to finish. Marta was extremely friendly and helpful, able to change our booking accordingly in a swift manner
Pros:In and out in under 15 minutes
Cons:The car had Bluetooth for phone calls, but not music
