Pros (+) During check in I asked what it would cost to upgrade to an available King room as I had booked a room with Queen sized beds. They had only an executive suite available, but still upgraded my stay at no cost!:) The staff was extremely friendly, and the free breakfast in the morning was quite good.
Pros (+) Front desk staff were very kind.
Cons (-) No heat in the room for 2 nights. Damaged and unclean carpet. Dogs barking day and night, and jumping all over us in the hallway and elevator. No chair other than desk chair and it is broken. We are getting a new La Quinta here in our city. I hope it is better than what we experienced. It will be hard for me to recommend it.
