Cons. Staff when checked in offered no direction as to how to get to room, room was not cleaned, towels were not replaced, and when we returned for the evening there was a bag of trash sitting in front of our parking place near the entrance to our room. When we checked out I asked to speak to the manager David but he couldn’t even be bothered to come and speak to me.
Pros. The beds were comfortable & there were plenty of towels.
Cons. We had a "suite", but it was just a larger room. The sleeper sofa was rock hard, so we had to put bed pillows on it to watch TV. There was no table to eat at & we could hardly turn around in the bathroom. The restaurant next door was our breakfast venue since there was no room to sit in the dining area. We have stayed in many suites that are a lot cheaper, & had plenty of room to cook, eat, bathe & be comfortable!!
