I like the location best. The room did not have any closet or hangars for clothing. There was only a wall hook.

The location of the hotel and the proximity to dining and other activities. Lack of storage space for clothing.

Courteous staff, Clean room (ready on time), clean lobby , new restaurant, decent breakfast buffet No room service as it was off season, The up and down stairways getting to room was challenging, bu ti am sure that was out of any current owner's/managers fault.

Location, comfortable and clean rooms, including large and very nice bathroom. Rooms and beds are updated and very comfortable, except for the old and very noisy AC/heating unit. The grounds and pool maintenance have been ignored. The grounds completely and the pool lounge chairs are very old and uncomfortable. Also there used to be umbrellas by the pool. Now there are only 5 or 6 , half of which are broken

Location. We could see the ocean from our balcony. Also the water pressure was very strong, which was great. But, it was also unpredictable. See next answer. The shower was just warm. Not hot. But, when I accidentally ran some cold water in the kitchen sink, my sister told me the shower was wonderfully hot. Almost too hot. This seems like an adjustment that could be made.

New furniture Balcony a little dirty

clean, spacious, fireplace, great value in March, met all our needs for a weekend visit. thin walls, many rooms do not have ocean view,but the ocean is just steps away.
