Cons: The outlets turned off with the lights so my phone never charged.
7.5 Good
Pros: The room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. It was not noisy.

Pros: The staff members are all friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to guarantee we had a pleasant stay. The location is excellent near grocery stores, the mall, and the university. Breakfast was great each day!
Cons: We really don't have any complaints about this hotel. We always have a great stay when we are in town and appreciate how helpful and friendly everyone is. The rooms are always clean and the hotel is well maintained.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The desk staff was very nice and helpful and the room was spacious, and comfortable.
7.0 Good
Pros: The location was very beautiful.
Cons: The pillow cases were dirty. I thought this might just be stains but it turns out the sheets were dirty as well. And not just a stray hair or a crumb (which were also present), but mascara smears and dirt. We also went to enjoy the outdoor area and there was a condom in the fire pit. So that was lovely. I also thought this wasn’t a pet friendly hotel which I look specifically for because I’m highly allergic. There was a dog barking in the room down the hall from us and as we were leaving someone was sitting out with their dog in the main area. We’ve stayed at Residence Inn before and were very disappointed in this location.

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: The blood splatter on the ceiling maybe? There’s no reason for blood to be on the ceiling.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything.
Cons: I loved everything.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were friendly. Hotel was clean.
Cons: My room was right next to street. The toilet ran water off and on throughout the night.
7.5 Good
Pros: The location is good. Restaurants and shopping area are close by. Overall, it was not too bad for what we needed just an overnight stay. Employees are friendly and helpful. The room has separate living room area with a desk from the sleeping area. It also has a microwave and small fridge. I think it is good for short business stay not so much for pleasure vacation stays. Complimentary breakfast was decent with variety of choices to get you up and going for the day.
Cons: If you like eco friendly, this is a place. I am all for helping the environment, but having a little drips when showering just not relaxing. Also, don't care so much having toilet and shower in two separate rooms with a closet in between. Lighting was not great for anyone to have to put on make-ups.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was great. I did not eat breakfast.
Cons: It was all good.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Room was very spacious and clean, staff was outstanding...great hotel if you don't mind the noise from the room above yours.
Cons: The last three SpringHill suites we have stayed in all have the same problem...not enough insulation in the floors and ceilings so you hear people clomping along upstairs...difficult to sleep with late arrivals and active people upstairs.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful place. I loved everything.
Cons: N/A
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Locks worked, evening staff were professional, morning staff were friendly.
Cons: Style is not contemporary, sheets felt dirty, there were different kind of hairs all over one bed. Bad smells from restroom and chlorine smell too. The air condition was very loud and could not use the air. The shower tub was very slow in draining and water rose to about 1 foot when showering. I advised the hotel staff who informed me they would let the maintenance personnel know but did not offer us an apology or recompense for the accommodations. We did have another reservation for Abbott her day but decided to cancel and go somewhere else on our trip.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Very nice hotel. Staff was super nice. Room was nice and fit us all. I always try to stay at a Springhill Marriot!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The location was great. The bed and bedding were very comfortable. Loved the bathroom space setup, the microwave area, and the placement of the tv! The room looked great too. It was roomy and pleasant!
Cons: A nicer shower head would have been awesome in such a nice shower. The sofa looked cute, but wasn't very comfy (the back was too low to rest your head on). The room had a wall temperature control, which was hidden by the standing lamp. We couldn't figure out why the room was so hot, until the next morning when we sat on the couch and looked up and saw the control.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Location, room comfort, friendly staff.
Cons: Selection for breakfast. Noisy
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Super friendly and kind staff, beautiful room and beds were amazing!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great place to stay if we are up this way again we will definitely stay again!!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Remodeled home for B&B guests. Freshly painted and set up for efficient use for 3 rooms. Clean and good value for money.
6.8 Good
Pros: Location was great, had a full kitchen for cooking & was nice & clean!
Cons: The plug-in fragrances are very toxic and caused sinus issues, I specifically put a note in with the booking not to use any fragrance! The sprinklers came on every night at 9:30 and blocked the entrance to the door unless you wanted to get wet or wait 20 minutes, the mattress was very, very hard-they need to put some egg crate foam on that, there was no place to hang bath towels, hand towels and only 5 hanger in the small closet. On the third night we came home, our room had been vacuumed with more fragrance and someone had turned the heat down to 62 and in the morning it was extremely cold in our room as the temperature outside was 26! Needless to say we will not be staying at this house again.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great value! Property was as described and clean. A renovated house with about guest 8 rooms. We had the large room with private bath.
Cons: Only thing that could be a concern for me was parking. Driveway can hold 3 cars, maybe more if you can cooperate with other guests so no one gets parked in, otherwise you have to park on the street.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: great room for a small amount of money, kitchen facilities good too. Found a great restaurant nearby - Aubergine, check it out it is quite different but very tasty.
Cons: all felt a little empty and souless, not meeting others was a little disappointing
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Spacious
Cons: Mattress terrible
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Mirna and Ronnie are great hosts. House is great, shared bathrooms are clean and location is superb.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable; clean.
Cons: Being elderly, the stairs were a challenge. I would have preferred not sharing the bathroom with other guests, but everyone was considerate. The overhead fan squeaked.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Easy access, very clean, quiet neighborhood, good value. Friendly hosts.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The house kitchen, living areas and laundry room was amazing to share. The bathroom was also ok. Very close to other places we needed to go...my family, the LDS Temple, and Heber creeper. Close to the SLC Airport...only 45 min. It was a great price for what we got...off street parking was also a plus. We really liked the home type environment with fruit trees, green grass, friendly staff and other occupants. We really hope book and visit again!
Cons: The upstairs room 3 bed mattress needs to be more firmer and larger for the typical couple. If we had our own private bathroom, it could have improved our stay....but you pay for what you get...

8.8 Excellent
Pros: The bed was comfortable
Cons: The restroom was a little dirty
7.0 Good
Pros: The staff was friendly
Cons: There are large poles with lights directed at the hotel to light up the outside of the building so you can see it - but the light comes in around the curtains so the room is lit up all night. And do not try to look out the window from sunset to sunrise as you will be blinded. Could not watch the sunrise on the lake. And the toilets have a loud flushing mechanism - so loud that we could here every flush by our neighbors too. Too bad - pretty room, nice view, comfy bed - but zero sleep!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I most like the pet-friendly policy. This is a key reason I look for LQ Inns. I also like the nice pool although I didn't stay long enough to use it. My kids used and enjoyed the exercise room. Also appreciated is the good internet and elec. outlets.
5.5 Okay
Pros: Location was great, not to far from the freeway
Cons: 1 Bath tub was filthy.. scum all around the tub 2 Room door was hard to shut, had to slam the door to close 3 doors had chip marks on the hotel room door & restroom doors. 4 Lights in the elevator... half of the lights worked 5 Laundry room machines were screeching real loud 6 Its very obvious your Mainenance person is not up to the task - seriously. 7 Good leadership starts with the manger.
4.5 Okay
Pros: The location very close to the wedding I was attending, the grooms house, the only Starbucks and a mall.
Cons: My room was never clean. Had to request fresh towels, garbage taken out and caffeinated coffee in room on DAY 3. I was glad to leave by day 4. Left a note that I was checking out as there was nobody at reception and I waited 20 minutes.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Really great option for traveling with our dog - we felt so welcome and the room and property were very clean and comfortable.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The food was good and the room was very nice.
Cons: I cant think of anything.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I was impressed with the room design, it was so spacious and tastefully decorated! The bed was plush and there were several pillows of different density to suit anyone. The walls are fairly soundproof so sleeping was easily accomplished without noise interruptions all 5 nights we were there. Breakfast also was excellent. The location is prime because there are restaurants nearby for everyone’s taste, entertainment and shopping are also just minutes away. I would stay here again without hesitation, and recommend it highly to everyone!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Clean, up to date and roomey.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location and facilities quality, parking.
Cons: No
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Nice, clean hotel and the rooms had a unique layout. Breakfast was very good as well.
Cons: The limited grassy area for walking the dog.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast options were wonderful! Location of the facility and all of its amenities were also perfect.
Cons: The housekeeper that cleaned my room, most days, failed to clean well. The bathroom, on two occasions looked as if little effort had been applied. One day, the bathroom sink and mirror hadn't been cleaned at all, and hair remained in the shower; so, I feel no attention was given to the bathroom, other than replacing the trash bag. And yet... the housekeeper had no trouble accepting the daily monetary tips. I reported this to the front desk, and they were clearly concerned. One day, only, I had great housekeeping service. It was clearly a different person than all of the rest of my one week stay.

6.0 Good
Pros: The check in clerk was very good and was dealing with unhappy guest and he was professional. He helped allow a later check out for me the next day. Great guy.
Cons: Drain in tub didn't work properly and I was standing in ankle deep water with hair in it from the drain. I told lady at desk at 6:00 am when I left for golf and she said someone would fix it before I got back at 1pm to shower and check out. It wasn't.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Great price, free parking and WiFi! Friendly staff and easy check in
Cons: There were big stains on the carpet; made the room feel kind of dirty. Other than that, it was a really nice, large room
6.3 Good
Cons: Being assigned a room in the basement near the gym and pool was hardly what I expected from a Marriott facility. Because of the room location, we had the privilege of looking out a window that was filthy and had a view UP to the road behind the motel. The last straw was the morning breakfast offering which was a pricey Starbucks. No complimentary anything here!
4.5 Okay
Pros: Thank heavens we were all tired!
Cons: Toilet ran all night. As well as the tub dripped water all night. Leak somewhere! Bottom basement floor!
7.0 Good
Pros: Location was good, nice part of town.

Pros: Front desk women were pretty good/decent/nice. Tried resetting the router for me but to no avail.
Cons: This should be a 2 star not 2.5. Room was dirty and old looking. The internet didn't work on floor 3. They moved me to a first floor to be closer to the router but they said the internet isn't good and they have told management and they won't fix it

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything except parking.
Cons: Parking.
5.8 Okay
Pros: The breakfast was good about the same as any other hotel with breakfast. location was great.
Cons: The room smelled bad, I think it was from the A/C unit. At 12 AM there was loud banging out in the hall. We called the front desk to see what was going on and the girl said it was maintenance like it was a normal thing. The noises continued until 3 AM. We left before the manager showed up so we called when she got there and they said she would call us back. After no phone call the next day we called again, the lady that answered the phone said she was available and then came back on to ask what it was about. When I told her what it was about all of a sudden she was busy and couldn't talk to us. The manager at this place shouldn't be in a managing customer service position if she is afraid to talk to people and resolve issues they may have.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beds were very comfortable, staff was friendly.
Cons: I might suggest educating your maid staff more about the motel. We asked where to find the elevators and they told us to go the complete distance of the floor in the opposite direction.

Pros: everything was wonderful...good location...nice room..great A/C
Cons: a snack bar open during the day

Pros: Clean comfy Beautiful good breakfast great facilities incredible value.
Cons: Great place to stay there was nothing that I didn’t like.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Linens were clean.
Cons: When I checked in late the night before, the sign in lobby said it was a smoke-free hotel with specified areas for smoking. I commented to the receptionist that I had asthma and she commented that she hoped the smoke wouldn’t bother me. I have asthma so I am always careful about the rooms I rent being nonsmoking. The next morning I was awakened to the smell of smoke permeating my room. I buried my head under the covers n turned up the a/c and fan to try and get rid of the lingering smell. I was able to go back to sleep for another hour before the smoke permeated my room again. When I walked into the bathroom in the morning, there were 2 huge flies and bugs in the bathroom. Ick! I couldn’t wait to get out of the hotel. I didn’t even take a shower I was so creeped out by the bugs and flies. Going to reception, I had to wait and wait for the receptionist. I don’t mind waiting, but even though she saw me she didn’t acknowledge me or even say she would be with me in a minute. She, however, was very talkative to the men checking out, so when she glanced at me again, I spoke up and said I was checking out. She asked if I wanted a receipt and I said no and she went back to talking to the men before I could even tell her about the bugs. A bit of common courtesy would have been nice.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were nice and spacious.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice room. Comfortable beds. Great location for what we were there to do. The breakfast, overall, was good.
Cons: Poor shower. Very frustrating to take a shower with alternating cold and hot water. It went from one extreme (very hot) to the other (ice cold) randomly and frequently while showering. This was very aggravating to me.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Just what I expected with this chain. Clean. Good value. Good breakfast.
Cons: Staff could be a little friendlier and up beat. Still when approached directly, they responded well. Not much in way of restaurants in area.
9.5 Excellent
