was very clean and the staff & manager were very nice. he offered us food and was very helpful with anything we needed.
the hotel looked nothing like the pictures. I booked this hotel based on the internet sites. was outdated. not like the beautiful pics on the site. indoor pool was "closed for renovations" but still was filled with green water. there was no thermostat in the room and no window, so it was extremely hot and muggy. the only ventilation we had was to open the door to the stag water indoor pool room.
no tv Holes in walls Bed frame not attached, but just leaned up against wall dirty room was not habitable
The people were nice, helpful and accommodating.
The name Regency Inn & Suites made me think of an upscale hotel but it was VERY old and run down! The cold air return was filled with dust
The complimentry breakfast was excellent. Guests could make their own waffles from batter that was provided. Also offered was hot & cold cereal, muffins, bagels, English muffins, juice and coffee.
I had to wait almost 10 minutes to check in, as the clerk was off on the property tending to another issue.
The location for us was fantastic...the indoor pool was a delight for my son and the breakfast was very nice and easy. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.
The closeness of the hotel to the Big E.
Thicker towels, don't be so stingy on the shampoo and soaps, spare blankets & pillows in room, broader selections for continental breakfast, seperate the 'non' smoking rooms from the 'smoking' more, more friendly front desk staff,.
We went to the Eastern States Exposition and the hotel was across the street from the fair grounds. It was very convienent. the hotel staff was very accomodating.. also we were able to park our car in a safe place on the hotel grounds.
they let me leave my car their while i went to the Big E after i checked out
hotel is in desparate need of renovations like the saying goes you get what you pay for also it was not in the best neighborhood
Very Close to the Big E
Ita location to the Big E and to Six Flags and the it was near Good shopping site. It was clean and prenty of room; Like the micowave and the continual breakfast in the morning.
Pet friendly and close to dog show center.
Several nice amenities, including a refrigerator and microwave in the room, a pool, and included continental breakfast. This made for a very comfortable and easy stay.
The neighborhood didn't seem that great. Also, the hotel looked kind of shabby, but this was a small price to pay for all the amenities.
It had a nice tv with good reception and the man that checked us in was pleasant. He appeared to be unsure of what the procedure was to checking someone in. We had a change of plans and when I went to the front desk to say we we had to leave early, the woman was pleasant and understanding.
The lighting in the hallways was minimal. It was under construction so there was cosmetic issues. We asked for a non-smokng room but the room smelled of stale smoke. The lighting in the room was terrible. It was like we were using night lights. The beds were old and uncomfortable. The inside door of the bathroom looked burnt. I suspect that it was from being next to the heater in the bathroom. We had two towels that you could see through. The patio was petitioned off so it could not be used.
