10.0 Excellent
Pros: Convenient location to a group of restaurants. There was a farmers market around corner on Saturday morning. We had lunch in a cafe outside and around corner, Station 22. Parking was available and easily accessible
Cons: Google maps has your location incorrect by a couple blocks. It’s a bit strange.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Brand new hotel so everything was new, working and beautifully designed. Energy efficient. Quality bedding and fixtures. Warm helpful staff. The staff made it feel like it was a family run business (in a good way) but it’s not. Great place. Loved the gym. The have a pool but we didn’t use it. Free parking lot. Free local shuttle. The breakfast was pretty good for hotel buffet.
Cons: License dependent, you can just get a drink at the bar. You have to order food too.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything TOP
Cons: ///
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The oatmeal bar was awesome!
Cons: My room had close proximity to the swimming pool and they were children outside playing that sounded like they were being stabbed. It was annoying!
7.1 Good
Pros: Breakfast was excellent with nice variety.
Cons: Cheapest toilet paper available - not up to hotel standard. Extra bed not ready and sheets not available in the room or in a reasonable time, despite having communicated with hotel regarding late arrival. Unable to accommodate late check-out.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very nice.
Cons: Not aware shade could be lowered. No instructions on how to lower. Light from parking lot shined in our room all night
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The location of the hotel was very convenient to downtown Provo. The bed was comfortable and the temperature in the hotel was good. Air conditioning was quiet in the room.
Cons: The dishes used for the buffet were not always clean. On both days I picked up plates and glasses that had food residue on them. The scrambled eggs were watery and not warm as well as the pancakes were cool. The buffet was not the best. The food could be warmer. The pillows on the bed need to be firmer, they flatten out like a pancake.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The beds were terrific; nice to have a couch to sit at, too. Spacious.
6.7 Good
Cons: Room was by front. Very noisy all night. People checking in locking cars and horns honking.

5.0 Okay
Pros: Breakfast server very nice
Cons: Dog poop on steps
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was outstanding and the owner treated us as friends and with respect. We gained historical knowledge which we are grateful for.
Cons: It was hard to see the fire in the electric fireplace because the bed was in the way. We understood the space restrictions.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Enjoyed the character of the room. Though it was a little small, it was very cozy
10.0 Excellent
Pros: They gave us a complimentary bottle of sparkling cider which made our romantic stay that much more fun. It also had a great atmosphere!
Cons: The eggs they made us didn't sit too well, the rest of breakfast was great though!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely people, delicious breakfasts
8.8 Excellent
Pros: very charming place
Cons: the phone recording speaks too fast for foreign people: it was very difficult for us to understand how to get into the house after late arrival
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great breakfast. Location was nice. Hosts were very pleasant.
Cons: Too many fragrances in the room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was easy to get to. The building is beautiful, and the rooms, including the common rooms are charmingly furnished. The breakfast was the perfect amount, fresh, and delicious, and the manager / cook shared thoughtful and insightful conversation - very nice since we were the only guests that night. Loved the view of the mountains from the yard.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The ambience of the 1800s restoration and the complimentary bubbly on ice for our 50th anniversary.
Cons: I didn't like the window cooler which noisily went on and off every couple of minutes all night long. It was a continual annoyance all night. And it needs a pocket door on the bathroom. The curtain certainly matched the decor but a door would have provided mor sound proofing privacy.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very convenient to the Convention Center.
Cons: More ideal for a romantic couple than for single business travel, but still great.

Pros: Super helpful staff and very cosy cabin!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful food! Beautiful setting in the middle of mountains. This is a hiker's dream.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel was nice and clean and the room was amazing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We liked the location as we were attending a convention on campus. We only ate the breakfast once. I like hard boiled eggs. It was a great room and very quiet.
Cons: The noisy elevator
5.0 Okay
Pros: Location. Good breakfast
Cons: The water pressure in my room's shower was the worst I have ever experienced in my life. Ever. I consistently pay more to stay at this hotel vs. others in Provo and will no longer stay here.
7.5 Good
Pros: The location is good. Restaurants and shopping area are close by. Overall, it was not too bad for what we needed just an overnight stay. Employees are friendly and helpful. The room has separate living room area with a desk from the sleeping area. It also has a microwave and small fridge. I think it is good for short business stay not so much for pleasure vacation stays. Complimentary breakfast was decent with variety of choices to get you up and going for the day.
Cons: If you like eco friendly, this is a place. I am all for helping the environment, but having a little drips when showering just not relaxing. Also, don't care so much having toilet and shower in two separate rooms with a closet in between. Lighting was not great for anyone to have to put on make-ups.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff and our room was very clean and tidy.
Cons: the pull out bed was extremely uncomfortable in the suite. The mattress was well worn and the bedding was old and torn. (recommendation is to not use the pull out sofa bed) The pool had a lot of Styrofoam pieces in it. We had to use the net and clean it out before we could swim. The pool was also not heated which made for a very cold and uncomfortable swim.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast offered a good variety
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was great. I did not eat breakfast.
Cons: It was all good.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful place. I loved everything.
Cons: N/A
8.0 Excellent
Pros: great room layout, good breakfast, friendly staff, clean hotel
Cons: No hot tub Our room (326) was next to a supply room or maintenance room, and there was a LOUD, ANNOYING humming sound that went off literally every 15 seconds and then it would turn off. And 15 seconds later it would turn on. Very difficult to sleep thru
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Locks worked, evening staff were professional, morning staff were friendly.
Cons: Style is not contemporary, sheets felt dirty, there were different kind of hairs all over one bed. Bad smells from restroom and chlorine smell too. The air condition was very loud and could not use the air. The shower tub was very slow in draining and water rose to about 1 foot when showering. I advised the hotel staff who informed me they would let the maintenance personnel know but did not offer us an apology or recompense for the accommodations. We did have another reservation for Abbott her day but decided to cancel and go somewhere else on our trip.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very nice hotel. Staff was super nice. Room was nice and fit us all. I always try to stay at a Springhill Marriot!

7.1 Good
Pros: It was very convenient to conference Center. Shops, Provo Canyon, Sundance Resort. There are 5 of us do the 2 bedroom suite always works well.
Cons: They didn’t have many kitchen supplies as the other Residence Inn locations that we’ve stayed in. The cleaning people need to more attentive. Legs on kitchen table were dirty. The stove/oven & fridge needed a good cleaning on outside. The windows in the hotel all need to be cleaned.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The staff members are all friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to guarantee we had a pleasant stay. The location is excellent near grocery stores, the mall, and the university. Breakfast was great each day!
Cons: We really don't have any complaints about this hotel. We always have a great stay when we are in town and appreciate how helpful and friendly everyone is. The rooms are always clean and the hotel is well maintained.
6.7 Good
Pros: Rooms are spacious and clean. Convenient location. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.
Cons: There’s only one elevator on one side of the building. We had to walk far to get to our room. It seems odd that they don’t have an elevator for rooms on that side of the building

Cons: Nothing to dislike, great !
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very well maintained
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The desk staff was very nice and helpful and the room was spacious, and comfortable.
5.4 Okay
Pros: I like that it had a full functional kitchen and small living space with couch and chair
Cons: It wasn’t as clean as it should’ve been and there was a smell in the room upon arrival that was not appealing.
7.1 Good
Pros: The location was very beautiful.
Cons: The pillow cases were dirty. I thought this might just be stains but it turns out the sheets were dirty as well. And not just a stray hair or a crumb (which were also present), but mascara smears and dirt. We also went to enjoy the outdoor area and there was a condom in the fire pit. So that was lovely. I also thought this wasn’t a pet friendly hotel which I look specifically for because I’m highly allergic. There was a dog barking in the room down the hall from us and as we were leaving someone was sitting out with their dog in the main area. We’ve stayed at Residence Inn before and were very disappointed in this location.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was courteous and the facility was great.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: It was easy to locate, and had plenty of parking. It was clean and quiet.
Cons: The indoor pool was very small and cold. A jacuzzi would have been nice to help counter the cold pool. Aside from that it was great.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff and how nice they were.
Cons: I wish they had more vegan options for breakfast. Like having almond milk too for the cereal. There are many people who cannot have dairy.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was so comfortable and clean and well stocked.
Cons: No

7.5 Good
Pros: The curtains made the room nice and dark. The beds are comfortable.
Cons: The breakfast was not that great. It would be nice to have fruit other than a red apple or orange. The toaster didn't get the bread toasted, and took forever. It would be nice to have small peanut butter packets.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Bed and pillows were comfortable. Clean room.
Cons: The bath tub would not plug. The bath spout and shower would both drip at the same time so a bath was drippy from above and a shower had water out of the spout. Also the drain was clogged in the tub and would not drain for awhile. My flight changed to very early so I called to cancel my 2nd night but was not allowed to. I was only in the room for a few hours and would have appreciated cancelling the room.
7.1 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: Breakfast poor , towels small and few
7.1 Good
Cons: Tub did not drain. Hair dryer did not work. Front desk clerk said she would try to find another one. Didn't.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Location is good .
Cons: Have stayed here three times always problems with room keys . Housekeeping staff constantly letting doors slam early when cleaning . Tony TVs.
6.7 Good
Cons: You stated you were near University. Ha.. Maybe you should put University Ave, I may never stay again for that very reason
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The check in hostess wasn't that bright. A guest in front of us in line asked a question in which she couldn't answer or was not interested in answering for the guest and they seemed frustrated.
Cons: The fact that the hostess didn't take the time to look up some information for the guest in front of us. It made us feel like the hostess would be imcompetent to help us if needed. We were staying here because of convenience of being closer to Payson. We were running the Nebo Half Marathon, and we were disappointed that the hostess couldn't offer us more than a packet of oatmeal and a hard unripe pear for breakfast.
7.9 Good
Pros: The breakfast was okay. The pillows on the beds were very comfy.
Cons: Your breakfast staff should have come to check on whether food needed to be refilled more often. I did not see anyone come for the 30 minutes that we were there eating. You ran out of eggs and the cheerios dispenser did not work properly. I couldn't get any cheerios. We couldn't see any beverages such as orange or apple juice. There was milk, hot chocolate, and coffee, though.
6.0 Good
Pros: Shower pressure.
Cons: Slow room make up.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean & easy on & off freeway, restaurants close by if you choose not to use the one inside the hotel.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, good location next to freeway on-ramp and major street, complimentary breakfast (waffles crisp and light) fresh fruit, pool,& laundry.
Cons: NO ELEVATOR!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location. Super nice and clean. Great breakfast. Great value!
Cons: Everything was great. We were totally satisfied.
3.0 Mediocre
Cons: The room was very small, tiny bathroom and very outdated. It was definitely not a 2.5 star hotel.
7.1 Good
Pros: Price and location
Cons: Bathroom was old and tub looked like it needed a good scrub. Also there was a weird metal plate behind the shower water handle that was in bad shape and looked like it was there to hide something
6.3 Good
Cons: No handicap parking near my room. Also, the room (noises) was way too loud. Unable to sleep!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Located in an industrial/shopping area the surrounds are not that inviting but it is really easy to find and close to the I15. The hotel is a good stop-over about an hour south from Salt Lake City though. The staff were very friendlyand helpful.
Cons: The breakfast was ok ... one time cutlery and paper plates are cheap but not very sustainable. There are lots of other ways the motel could work on sustainability from the tiny bottles of shampoo and the giant bar of soap that is used only one time being replaced by dispensers.
6.5 Good
Pros: Breakfast was very good, a good selection. Our hostess was very nice and kept everything clean. Next to the Main highway #15. Easy off and on.
Cons: The floors in the walking areas in the room were clean but behind all the furniture was quite dirty, the main door and the bathroom door/trim needs paint, the coffee maker leaked. Furniture old, mattresses and decore ok. The overall bldg was nice and the staff helped as much as they could when I had issues not related to the hotel. The staff could be more familiar with the amenities in the rooms. One customer service person didn't know if there was a coffee maker in the room or where certain things were located. A bit more education on the part of the manager for the front line staff could help.. Maybe maps of the area could help.
7.9 Good
Pros: Location, pet friendly
Cons: Bathroom was not clean
6.0 Good
Pros: Location was good.
Cons: This place is an old dump. The carpets are stained. The room door did not closet. The shower handle was falling off. Beds were lumpy. Curtains did not close.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Great price, free parking and WiFi! Friendly staff and easy check in
Cons: There were big stains on the carpet; made the room feel kind of dirty. Other than that, it was a really nice, large room
4.2 Okay
Pros: I expected the hotel to be in better condition than it was since it is a Marriott. It seemed a bit worn and run-down. There was a large stain on the rug. Early in the morning (around 6 am) the fire alarm went off and woke us up. The fire dept. came but there didn’t seem to be a problem. However, no one that worked in the hotel could tell us what happened. I was also expecting a nicer restaurant inside the hotel especially since the restaurant next door had closed. There was no restaurant nearby that was walkable, we had to drive to find a restaurant. I would not stop there again when I visit Provo.
5.0 Okay
Cons: Not very well maintained. Expected more out of a Courtyard - it's just dirty.
6.0 Good
Pros: The man at the front desk was very personable and a great help! Their staff is friendly!
Cons: There was a terrible mold smell in my room. They switched me rooms and that room had the smell as well. I believe the air conditioners were putting moisture into the air that was then being trapped in the room and causing the bad smell.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Staff was very helpful! Pool area was clean.
Cons: Room was dirty upon check in. Smelled very musty. AC did not work and when we told the front desk we were told that they would send someone to check it. No one ever came. Bathroom had mold in multiple places.
6.0 Good
Pros: The rooms were good sized
Cons: There was no Continental breakfast
10.0 Excellent
Pros: location was great and the price was good. Huge room and very cleam.
Cons: The ac unit smelled really musty.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The front desk clerks were friendly and genuine.
Cons: It was filthy. Stains on the carpet floor in my room, yet you claimed it was 3 stars. Hah. It was barely a two star hotel. I used the guest laundry and trash was everywhere. The maids were unsmiling. I paid too much for what I received.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff and was clean
3.0 Mediocre
Cons: Room smelled like wet dog and when moved to another room it was musty and the air conditioning did not work.

Pros: Bed & pillows very comfortable. Breakfast ok. Jacob at reception has an excellent customer service attitude. He was very friendly and gave great information about the area
Cons: Breakfast cleared away very quickly before end of stated finishing time
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Bed was comfortable, staff was super friendly. Food was good.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable bed - clean room - Smart TV
Cons: Dining area was small & crowded at breakfast - the room had a moldy smell, & a little noisy.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Bed was nice and comfortable- very clean and then close to decent restaurants.
Cons: Did not think the a/c was quiet enough - and you could hear water running through pipes from upstairs units - not enough insulation in the building. My husband said you could spend a bit more to upgrade your toilet paper!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, new . Nice room , great bed. Great staff.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff.Very clean and quite.
Cons: Nothing
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The young woman who greeted us was very welcoming and helpful. They were going through some remodeling in the lobby, but it was OK. The room was so comfortable. Breakfast was great and we were on our way.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great experience. Everything!
Cons: No coffee cups in room. Had to go get some.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast, location, price, friendly and helpful staff
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was good
Cons: Inside room it looks a bit older but otherwise it was fine.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Front desk was very helpful. Was able to book a 3rd night
6.0 Good
Pros: This is an Older Hotel that has been updated with the Fairfield by Marriot theme. It looks fresh, but you can still tell that they threw some lipstick on this pig. The night before we were in a newly built Fairfield and it a great hotel.
Cons: Opened the door to an eye-watering smell. Smelled a little like a football locker room, very musty and stale. We were too tired to see about a room switch and only had 6 hours before taking off in the morning for the drive home.

Pros: breakfast was not very appealing.
5.0 Okay
Cons: The staff were horribly rude.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything we hoped for and more. Excellent breakfast.
6.7 Good
Pros: Good location close to restaurants.
Cons: Breakfast was not good. Eggs were like little hockey pucks !
4.2 Okay
Pros: The breakfast was very nice. The location met our needs.
Cons: The staff was very unfriendly. When we called on the phone the receptionist said she was busy and couldn't book us a room on the phone and to come in to the front desk or go online. Did she really expect us to drive all the way there to book a room? The microwave had a beeping problem so we had to unplug it.
5.8 Okay
Pros: location
Cons: tv channels
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was very friendly; breakfast was so much better than other places we have stayed, pillows were soft, right off the freeway was convenient; mini-fridge was convenient.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast is too pre-prepared and bland. It does not equate with competitive hotel systems is this same value range.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Found a very friendly lady at the desk. Motel had a wonderfully fresh and clean smell upon entering motel and in the room. One of the better experiences with motels that I have had.
Cons: Bathroom was a little small but had been remodeled and was very adequate
5.4 Okay
Pros: The gal that checked us in was nice. They didn’t give me any grief about my service dog.
Cons: The ants swarmed my food and got into the pastry package. The continental breakfast would have been okay but the eggs had no flavor and when I went back to grab catsup he was closed but still in there. When I told him I’d just like a couple of packets I was told no. For almost a hundred dollars I expect to be treated better than that.
6.7 Good
Pros: The location is good. Easy to get to from the Interstate. Breakfast was typical for a hotel of this price range. Good, but not great.
Cons: The hotel has been updated but those updates are beginning to show some age. I was disappointed in the maintenance of the room. The fan in the bathroom was extremely noisy. The lampshades were crooked and loose and the remote control for the TV did not work correctly. (Yes, these are all small, somewhat picky things but they point to the lack of attention to detail in the maintenance of the facility.)
6.7 Good
Cons: Preapproved early check in ... room was not ready, had to wait 2 hours.

Pros: Convenient location. Good price.
Cons: Would prefer a better breakfast and breakfast area. Was small few tables available.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Nice location and comfortable room
Cons: Just wished the bathroom was bigger
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Enjoyed the room and the comfort.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It is very nice and the location is quiet.
Cons: It needs more seating in the breakfast room and the signs are very confusing so it’s like a maze getting around.
2.9 Mediocre
Pros: Next to the river
Cons: Please clean the pool and the hot tub
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The property is quiet and affordable. There was a hole in the shower curtain that didn’t bother me in the least, but I wanted them to know it was there. It was handled immediately. Second time I’ve stayed here and will return again soon.
Cons: Could use a bit of TLC, but completely fit my needs. Clean with helpful staff in the best location.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is much bigger than it looks and way cleaner than I expected for the price. My single king room was enormous. Very close to everything I needed to see and do.
Cons: I didn't see an elevator- some guests may need to request 1st floor rooms. The guest laundry was out of order.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The bed was really comfortable. It was great value for money. It included free breakfast (the packaged- food simple breakfast common in American budget models, nothing special but just ok). The area was lovely and quiet.
Cons: Wifi was quite slow. The hotel was comfortable but a bit old and outdated. The indoor pool especially looked a bit dated (and the water was really cold). Only big issue, though, was that I found some hairs on the bathtub.
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: The bed was comfy
Cons: The room door wouldn’t open, the toilet door handle and lock was broken. The floor and furniture was dirty, the shower head was disgustingly dirty. The noise in the hotel from the ice machine outside the room was very loud. The skirting boards were gross.
7.5 Good
Pros: Location and price!
Cons: Cheap breakfast and not friendly staff! I felt that we were an imposition !!!!!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great location to a lot of stuff. Easy check in and out and it was nice and quiet.
Cons: Beds were a little hard and you can tell its an older building.
1.0 Poor
Cons: Very disappointed. We have stayed in this location at this hotel for years. Backwhen it was The Cotton Tree Inn. It continues to go downhill. This was our last stay. Won’t be returning. Curtains had holes, one side ynhemmed. Faucet so loose it wa

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Located close to several restaurants. Very comfortable beds and pillows. It was very clean, with spacious room and nice walk in shower.
Cons: We didn’t have any problems here.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Staff was pleasant.
Cons: This is a hotel/motel way past its prime - just run down, the room smelled like dirty socks and the bathroom needed an upgrade five years ago. A Motel 6 has them beat - and at 1/2 the price.
7.5 Good
Pros: Room was clean and nicely appointed. Really appreciated being accepted with a pet!
Cons: Bathroom “remodel” was rough... walls looked like they had been poorly refinished. No cover on the electrical outlet.
5.4 Okay
Pros: It was not far from where my original booking was
Cons: Price is way high and the customer service sucked. Were not friendly.
6.7 Good
Pros: The staff, the breakfast, they offered Dani juice yogurt for kids, Also jalapeños, cappuccino an variety of hot sauces. Never seen this in any other hotel I’ve stayed in and being I love spicy foods, that’s an automatic 5 stars. I was also given a discount on room price due to a few issues with the room.
Cons: I paid over 200 dollars for a jacuzzi room, Ist room it did not work and room smelled old and mildewed. 2nd room was a little better the jacuzzi worked 50 percent, woke up to no hot water but I have to say every staff I voiced a complaint to was extremely apologetic and tried to resolve the matter as fast as possible. I was also given a discount. I would definitely stay again. The breakfast selection and customer service is definitely 5 stars and this is just as important to me if not more, than anything else.
7.1 Good
Pros: Great breakfast.
Cons: Television didn’t work.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Reliable quality, good atmosphere.
Cons: No
5.4 Okay
Cons: The smell of the entire hotel did not appeal to me at all. It smelled like carpet deodorizer, the kind made for pet messes. It was very off-putting...like they were attempting to disguise something. The amenities and room were very basic and dated compared to many other Best Westerns. The location right next to the freeway was convenient, but lacked charm. The only restaurant in walking distance is a Denny’s. Breakfast was very meager and picked over (our fault for coming a bit late, I suppose). Would not stay here again.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great beds, very clean, pretty.
Cons: You need some smaller pillows as an option
9.6 Excellent
Cons: There was no way to control the room temp. Very warm all night. In addition there was sound of intermittent water running all night. Neither of us slept well. If we could have had white noise of fan I think it would have been perfect
7.9 Good
Pros: Very clean looking from ground up. Trash liners in the trash cans! Always a big thing for me. Very clean room, or at least the appearance of it; “sanitized” paper label around the toilet seat, TV remote in a cloth baggie. Very nice place, hallway ceilings probably go unappreciated but we’re pretty cool, you should look up for sure! The entire hotel smelt clean including my room. Super comfortable bed! This is probably the fifth place I’ve stayed in the past week and I nearly didn’t wake up I was so relaxed! Shampoo and body wash despisers in the shower were very nice, although it seemed that body wash was running low :p...I still got what I needed! A lot of good TV channels. A lot of towels and five pillows on the bed! Decent size fridge. The hotel entrance was very cozy. A large tv playing and an electronic fireplace displayed before a couch was very inviting. The parking lot was nice; not too crowded or dirty. Two gas stations on either side and a Denny’s right across the street. Right off the freeway.
Cons: Several jets in the jacuzzi tub didn’t work..(I consciously paid extra to experience the whole thing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Privacy
Cons: None

Hotel amenities include a great treat of continental breakfast, wireless internet access and outdoor pool and spa.
7.5 Good
Pros: Only had coffee as I am gluten intolerant. But it really smelled good.
Cons: Unable to take to cleaning staff as I only speak English I felt they should have a person speaking the language of the USA.
5.4 Okay
Cons: TV did not work. Water did not drain in tub while showering. Complimentary breakfast did not have good assortment of food.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The value was great. Enjoyed a dip in the pool. Staff helpful. Place clean and comfortable.
Cons: Really everything was fine.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Enjoyed breakfast. Location was perfect for our needs. We were in Springville for our niece's funeral.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Location and friendly staff.
Cons: Air conditioning units noisy. No hair conditioner or body lotion provided in room.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The staff were the best part of the stay--my husband had just had surgery, and they accommodated our need for a ground-floor room. We also enjoyed the variety of tv stations available, the convenience in getting to our destination, the cleanliness of the rooms.
Cons: The toiletries seemed cheap--tiny soap. I was counting on there being lotion, and there wasn't any. Also, the beds seemed to have blankets rather than bed covers, which made the room seem like a budget rather than a comfortable room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: All goid
Cons: Nothing...all good
7.5 Good
Pros: Beds where good and cleaning staff was great!
Cons: Almost no lights worked in the suite. Noise from the pool in almost unfiltered. Property is old it feels worn out.
2.0 Mediocre
Cons: The manager was quite rude and unfriendly. They didn't want to honor the price I was given when I reserved 4 months earlier. To avoid the hassle of trying to find other accommodations, I reluctantly settled on a price that was $12 more than contracted.
6.3 Good
Pros: Staff ver friendly.
Cons: Room smelled like smoke, shower curtain needed cleaning
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Really appreciated the small fridge with a freezer in the room so I could refreeze my icepack for travel. So happy they had a variety of Gluten Free breakfast options, such as packaged omelets and instant oatmeal. I appreciated the clean bathroom and full-sized bathtub.
Cons: The air conditioning emitted a slight odor, as if the filter needed replacing.
5.0 Okay
Pros: It was near the freeway and it had free basic breakfast
Cons: There were cockroaches

Pros: Location
Cons: I don’t know that I classify waffles and cereal as breakfast but I must be getting used to other upgrade hotels that serve you eggs and proteins
6.7 Good
Pros: Friendly staff, room clean & convenient.
Cons: Beds were not comfortable. Shower turned COLD within 1 minute ... probably because someone in another room turned their shower on, too.
6.0 Good
Pros: In a nice part area of town. Easy check in. Thanks for the toiletry samples. Breakfast and coffe included. Free parking.
Cons: Room was connected to another room. People next door were noisy. Needs laundromat. Should have more towels for a double bed room. Breakfast available could include sausage or bacon. Shower Drain was slow. Shower curtain rod in need of repair.
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: There was absolutely NOTHING to like about this place.
Cons: It was horrible. Floors were so nasty we couldnt walk with out shoes on. Room smelled so bad so did blankets and pillows. There were some kinda stains all over the walls. There was toilet paper stuck on the walls in the bathroom. There was gum smeared on one of the beds skirts. The whole room was so disgusting. I will never recommend days inn to anyone and will never stay there again. A motel 6 room probably would have been better.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Location, location, location. Easy walk to the football stadium.
Cons: Tired place that just needed some simple maintenance. Lightbulbs, touch up paint etc. We knew it wouldn't be fancy and it's far from it.
5.8 Okay
Pros: This hotel was one of the cheaper options in the area. Provo is a busy college town, and it can be challenging to find a reasonable place to stay. I’ve never stayed here before and it was in my price range. The location is very convenient for the university, too. I was able to check in quickly and without any issues. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The flooring looked new. The room was larger than most hotels of this era. The shower was way hot so don’t scales yourself.
Cons: There are quite a few disadvantages to this property. The sheets and drapes were torn and tattered. The room had holes in the walls and was in need of repainting. It didn’t seem extremely clean but it’s an older property. For the price it is fair. Not sure I will stay here again. Just had lots of hotel time for wedding and was trying to be frugal. Not really worth it. The photos the app shows are much nicer and that is why I decided on it.
7.5 Good
Pros: The price and it’s close to many places
6.7 Good
Pros: Very basic but did the job
Cons: Location and lack of amenities
8.8 Excellent
Pros: I like every time we have cone we get the same room. It is easy access and away from busy traffic niose. .parking is a bit
Cons: Parking is a bit cramped.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Bathroom mattress
7.1 Good
Pros: Close to BYu
Cons: Air conditioning loud, tub faucet leaked Hair dryer didn’t work, one bedside lamp didn’t work. In all fairness to them, they offered to move us to a different room. They had the lamp and dryer fixed by the third day
6.3 Good
Pros: We did not have time for breakfast.
Cons: The bed and pillows were not comfortable.

4.8 Okay
Cons: really cheap, druggies hanging out outside all the time, might have lived there. Stay somewhere else if you can
6.0 Good
Pros: Everything was very clean and simple; as was the process of checking in.
Cons: There was a leak in one of the bathroom water pipes, we need to totally all of our towels down to contain it.
