The location was great and the bed really comfortable. I liked that I could open the window and have fresh air. This is an older building but well maintained. The bathroom reflects the age of the building but everything worked well. The pub was just adequate.

If you're there to see the theatre, the hosts are very well informed and connected to the theatre, so they're a good resource. And the house is filled with theatrical paraphernalia. It's advertised as a dog-friendly place, but they don't tell you until after you've booked that they have two large dogs. They were well-behaved but it might be a surprise to some people.
