Breakfast Bathrooms need updating, pretty grotty.
Location ideal for us as we have family living in Kingston.Having train station nearby, shopping centre at kingston. cannot comment.
Friendly, Helpfull Staff Meal wasn't very good.
The staff were friendly and helpful, both in reception at check in and check out, and in the bar and restaurant. There were some indeterminate marks and stains on the wall of our room which were a little disconcerting. The buffet breakfast was not well tended the day we went down to breakfast - the food was congealed and cold in some of the holders.
Bar was gorgeous, with fires and comfortable seating and 24 hour bar. This sets it apart from others They charge for internet usage, which in this day and age is utterly ridiculous. i have business matters to take care of in the evening and given the cost of the room i expect this to be included like most other hotels in the area do (warren house for example).
Good value for money and close to everything. The extra bed we had ordered was no good quality. Breakfast could be better with some cheese and ham for the sandwiches.
clean and comfortable
Good location. Poor quality room - no telephone, threadbare carpets in the room and tired and tatty looking bathroom.
the room was very comfortable
Transportation both via train and buses to Heathrow Airport.Otherwise it was horrible. I hated everything else about the hotel.Location;very rough.Interior:not well kept at all, very, very smelly.Beddings not changed regularly.Shower hose was spoilt and carpet and fridge were very smelly.Carpet not hoovered & I had to be picking broken glass pieces from the floor, one actually cut my foot.Window was spoilt and couldn't be closed even when raining.Very hot inside and no Airconditioning.Extremely noisy location. In short, the worst hotel I've ever stayed in my life.
comfort, cleanliness & care unfortunately, no lift
Absolutely nothing... Dirty sheets, dirty towels, half used shampoo bottle; en-suite with no water except for in toilet. If I had spent £15 on a bottle of whisky; drank it then slept in the street I would have enjoyed that more - with a bonus of having saved £25. The place is a an absolute tip.
The staff were very pleasent and helpful particularly the booking recptionist Window did not shut properly and allowed noise from the busy road to be disruptive, Toilet bowl and walls were unclean obviously an oversight as the rest of the accomodation was satisfactory
Not much really, handy for the location that I was visiting. Poor house cleaning, food and stale milk left in the fridge. Bed clothes were torn and the heating was on full all the time.
Room was dirty, The woman who checked us in was rude, Very noisy even with the windows closed.
Central location - beneficial for shopping, transport links and food and drink. The hotel has a policy whereby individuals staying there cannot take their bedroom key with them in the morning if they plan on returning hours later. This was inconvenient and not made clear on any literature or at the reception upon checking in. The reception staff (I'm presuming it was the owner) was almost confrontational and vehement about this and demanded a £50 deposit (as I was taking the key to work and then returning in the evening!) There also is no front door key provided. You have to ask at the reception to be allowed both in and out. The hotel itself is painfully warm as it's part of an upstairs building with shops undernearth. Heat rises, remember? Bathroom - limescale and strong odours.
Nothin, it was really terrible. There is no free parking, onyour site is written that there is. ans there is no aitconditoning, on the site there is nothing said about it. the room and the breakfast was really fuilty..... really terrible.
Noise from insdide and outside
Clean. No parking. Prostitutes were standing by the side of the hotel. Breakfast was at 8.00 am so I could not make it.
Very reasonably priced for a hotel so close to Heathrow airport, and handily placed for the train station. In line with the price, everything was basic - clean and functional without frills, including the quality of the staff. However mistakes were put right without a fuss.
Location to train station for Twickenham Breakfast was awful, waited for ages and then it was cold.
The italian restaurant and its staff on the ground floor is really interesting and a lot of fun :) Guinness on tap in the bar No heating No shower gel Unattentive and not very nice staff Loud, noisy neighbors Construction undergoing right under my window Poor quality furnishing No free Wi-Fi Subpar breakfast Smoking area is right at the entrance
Convenient Location, Clean, functional rooms
Nice and Clean Simple, no frills rooms Contemporary Style Pleasant Environment My only complaint is no free WiFi. Wifi is 10 pounds a day. It's 2015 free wifi is to be expected. Also, you must get a taxi here as no Heathrow shuttle bus runs to this hotel, or at least not that I could see.
Conviently located to Heathrow and IBM Feltham. The instructions on using a bus from Heathrow were not correct. The bathroom light switch was not near the bathroom door and other switches were oddly arranged. The TV aerial was not plugged in correctly. The Internet connection seemed very slow.
The bathrooms are clean They are not near the airport, there is no shuttle to the hotel. The beds feel like bed springs, the pillows are flat. The staff is on the rude side. The WiFi is not free. The cleaning staff knocks on the door repeatedly although the do not disturb sign is on the door. They do not have wash clothes.
We went to Twickerham to watch Rugby, the hotel was the ideal location. There was nothing we didn't like
Dirty carpet throughout ,innefficient booking out badly cooked breakfast no tablecloths tables left uncleared needs a smoking shelter so guests are not forced to walk through crowds of smokerswe think 2 stars would be a better description
Great value at under £40 It's a bit of a shabby dive on a very busy road
A no-frills hotel near the airport. A 5-minute walk from the train station in Feltham, which is why I booked it. The Italian restaurant in the hotel is very good.
I really enjoy the quaint atmosphere of the hotel and the polite prompt service Nothing
the breakfast basement room when we asked for one with a nice view. not 100% sparkling clean - hairs on bathroom floor etc. Room was a bit claustrophobic
I really enjoyed the friendly staff, wonderful accommodations and atmosphere - the attached workout gym was top notch. I'll definitely recommend this hotel and come back myself
The reception staff were very helpful and welcoming. The location was excellent and the bar and reception areas were lovely. I feel the tariff was rather expensive as it excluded breakfast. With breakfast included I feel it would have been a more reasonable price to pay.
We stayed at this hotel as we were watching the rugby at twickenham. The location was very good for this as it is 30 mins walk to Twickenham. Richmond itself is a good place to stay weather its for going into London or staying local. Restaurants, walks, shops etc are very good. The only negative about The Richmond Gate Hotel is that I thought it expensive considering the overall package: £160.00 per room with breakfast extra at £17.00
Our room was very comfortable and bathroom of good standard. We particularly liked spa facilities which provided much needed relaxation. Staff helpful and hotel was good value. Would use again. Breakfast was adequate but fell short of overall standard of hotel. Food ok but not outstanding and would have preferred tea and coffee pots to be left on table rather than seekng a refill. Tea was not great.
spa, atmosphere, nice bathroom, nice lounge and dining areas
Fitness Center next door No elevator
pleasant staff ,good location Room was pleasant but rather tired, decor wise.
Very nice and warm hotel in Richmond; a nice swimming pool.
Friendly staff Noisy toilets and air conditioner
Slick check in, very clean and comfortable
Convenient to LHR Airport
Reasonably priced, comfortable, very close to Heathrow No complaints, would stay again.
Close to the airport. Elegant in its own way. The rooms are a bit small.
Nothing decor very tired, noisy
Close to the airport The rooms was far too hot.
The concierge staff were very helpful and friendly, but something need to be done for the check in and check out front liners. We checked in on 25 \nov 2010, arriving about 10 pm plus from Paris enroute to scotland, the check I staff was not very friendly. We checkd out early morning on 26 nov 2010, the check out staff was also not friendly. A simple eye contact would have been helpful for the hotel management.
close to the airport for our departure home the next day cost means to make our own coffee and tea mini refrigerator nice sized bathroom had to walk along way down a hallway to access an elevator to the 2nd floor and then had to walk back down another long hallway there was urine in the toilet in our "clean" hotel room and the TV was all ready on - it left us wondering if our room had really been cleaned no extra pillows or blankets
The food was great, and the service terrific too. Doors a bit scratched up.
Relatively clean I chose the hotel because of its supposedly superior pool and fitness room, but they closed right after I arrived. Why would an airport hotel close its facilities at night?
Close to the international airport with easy access to cheap shuttle bus service. Rooms were clean and heating/cooling easily adjusted. Staff were friendly and good with children. A good menu for kids. Rooms are very small, even for overnight stay. There is no lift so luggage must be carried up two flights of stairs which is back breaking if your traveling overseas with a large load. They claim to be 4 star which is a bit of a joke... More like 2 1/2 to 3 mainly due to the fact it is dated (looking worn), lack of lifts to upper levels and lacking 4 star facilities. WiFi was a bit dear. Most places in this pricerange where we stayed offered free WiFi.
the strict minimum!! 14 GBP for wifi
worked yes the hotel was of very poor standard and would not stay there again. Bathroom was disgusting
the owners were lovely and their breakfast was superb on a very busy road
the hotel manager is very friendly and helpful. good location. although in general the room was clean, unfortunately the bathroom was very mouldy and therefore would need some redecoration.
The booking was canceled by the hotel two days before my arrival there. They did however make arrangements for me and my colleague to stay at the Ditton Lodge Hotel nearby which was excellent. The communication from the Hotel staff was excellent and I am happy with their professionalism in this matter.
Good breakfast very comfortable room at the rear of the hotel overlooking the garden so nice and quiet.
Friendly welcome and the location of the Hotel suited our needs for this particular trip.
everyone was friendly, very clean, good for money, was such a lovely place would deffently stay again within walking distance to town.
We chose Warwick Lodge on line because we had a business appointment the following morning in New Malden. Our initial impression was that Warwick Lodge would be adequate. In fact, we were very impressed by the friendliness of the staff, the comfort of the room (though not large), and especially by the excellent breakfast which set us up for the busy morning ahead. Our thanks to Daniel and all his staff - see you again one day! The fire alarm went off as we were packing to leave. False alarm.
Good breakfast, decent bed.
No bath in the room. The door rattled in the frame every time somebody else closed their door. This woke us up at 5 and kept us awake until we got up
It was close to Heathrow. The young men working were very positive and helpful. It was extremely difficult to find, even the sign was not clearly visible from the small access road. We drove through junk yards and thought we were lost and just by chance saw the sign. The river is barely visible.
I like it's location for easy access to Hayes & Harlington Station which enable's you to get to London,Also Heathrow is just a 3 mile bus ride away. The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired my idea of an English Breakfast includes bacon.
The reception was very helpful and welcoming. The neighbourhood between the hotel and the train station was very intimidating.
well it was cheap and clean room was very small.. cats would have problems swing mice around... well you get the idea... no towels in the room, had to ask and no mike for the coffee again had to ask felt it was a big favour that they let me have some, oh and the beds are covered in a plastic sheet-not good !
1. The room was freezing cold on arrival, and it need not have been, as the hotel heating system was ok. The staff had simply neglected to prepare the room for our arrival, the radiators in the room only required switching on one hour before we arrived and all would have been much better. 2. Car parking facilities were poor and information was inadequate .
The staff were extremely friendly and allowed us to hang around in the lounge all day after we checked out. Made it easy for us. Thanks!
Location and friendly staff. The hotel was very dirty.
Having spoken to the new owner who took charge in January, we think the hotel will be really nice when all the work has been completed.
good service, quiet location
Proximity to the airport. The room was dirty, bed was old, pillows were no doubt full of dust mites, and the neighborhood was dirty and run down. Boarded up buildings and trash everywhere.
cleanliness , location and facilities no
The location was the only thing we liked. The room was tiny. The bed was really small and breakfast should be included at the prices they charge.
The main evening meal was poor in relation to the high price they charged
It was close to the town making travel to central london easy. very small room.
Chose this hotel for it's location and really only slept there as family live in locality but have no room for us to stay. Thought room was a little cramped for hotel rating but it was adequate for our requirements.
Staff were very friendly.Breakfast was excellant. Dinner was first class.
Clean, room ok in size for London Internet unstable, only 20 min, should be free or included in the room charge. Long check in and check out procedure.
the leisure facilities were good and included in the price the rooms are very small and so are the beds
The situation was ideal for our purpose. The rooms were quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was great though no Shredded Wheat! The view from the room wasn't great with piles of builders stuff and van's unloading etc.,however it was a bargain weekend deal and it didn't really matter.
Comfortable bed, well-equipped and clean room. good view, excellent breakfast, including fresh fruit and low fat yoghurt Music played throughout public rooms, particularly too loudly in the bar where one wants a quiet chat.
comfortable, reliable, quiet, efficient
Country House style hotel inMilton Keynes!
the food in the bar/restaurant was excellent. The location was also very good. Rooms were spacious and nicely fitted out. (especially liked the 24'' LCD tv on the wall). The reception staff were a little frosty on arrival as we had requested an early check-in due as we needed to change for a wedding. Also the taxi service they used was very poor and took 45 mins from phoning to travel 2 miles.
The park hotel was very convient for our purpose of visiting White Lodge in Richmond Park
I loved the room. It was very clean and well heated. Fresh towels and tea and coffee were supplied daily. Everything was great.
location for London and twickenham Room was too warm at night
Location Overpriced, room was too hot and breakfast very poor. Service from staff was poor
Staff were very welcoming. Great location for Teddington
Staff were friendly despite us arriving way outside normal check in time
the friendly staff
Excellent location for trip into London
The restaurant for Breakfast in the morning opened at a good time (7am). My shower didn't work in the room, water poored very slowly and hot water could not be maintained longer than 5 seconds.
I had a single room for one night and everything that i needed was provided. It was comfortable and the english breakfast was first class. Nothing
Comfortable bed. The room seemed to be organised wrongly, with the power points for the kettle and desk hidden behind the bed. This meant a tricky balancing act was required to plug the kettle into the tv power point - which meant no tv while using the kettle. The floor boards were also incredibly creaky.
Lovely location with plenty of bars and resaurants about.Nice bar attentive staff and has the benefit of a customers car park. My room was the smallest room I have ever stayed in.There was not even a bedside table for an alarm clock.I Had to leave before breakfast so was annoyed to find the kettle was missing and the was no tv remote control.
Good food, restaurant and bar areas. The room was very small and not well fitted out. Car park only available after a function had ended.
excellent room for price. the staff were really friendly beautiful bar and restaurant. Not 5 star but you are paying 2 star price and youget that and more.
Good value for the money, location, breakfast, service problems with booking.com; booking dates in the hotel incompatible with the details confirmed on the website
Great location in a beautiful area. The hotel is steeped in history and the bar/dining room features a wood panelled interior The hotel is quite shabby a desperately needs refurbishment. The bed linen was dirty. No food available after 9pm. The breakfast was poor, with many of the items listed on the menu unavailable.
Reasonably good value for money in a pleasant location. Dog-eared, tired room. Long wait to check out since no one on duty. Piece of string in fish at breakfast. Breakfast buffet had not been replenished so late arrivals had limited selection.
Fantastic room good hotel all that you could need. Pre Charge of Credit card no receipt offered or given Front rooms in the hotel could be noisy from street side.
friendly, helpful staff poor bar/restaraunt. Beds very soft/uncomfortable
Rooms excellent, Parking expensive @ £15pn and not mentioned on the Internet. Breakfast n£10 also expensive. Many hotel fail to offer a quick start breakfast like you would have at home - Toast and go. Many travellers don't want a large English especially by the end of the week. Perhaps worthy of consideration
The hotel was within walking distance (4omins) of Twickenham Rugby stadium which is where we wanted to be. Due to the wrong booking (family rooms cannot have an extra bed), the staff were keen to find us accommodation in another room. Hotel in pleasant enough area, basic and clean. We booked a family room and asked for an extra bed in the comments part of the booking (for 4 of us) - the website showed all rooms could be booked with 1 extra bed added. However this is not the case - family rooms for 3 cannot have an extra bed added. Fortunately there was a room free on the ground floor (with bathroom facilities for disabled) which they gave us. This had 1 double bed and 1 double sofa bed. Unfortunately, no heating so room was quite cool.
Enjoyed the bar very much. The rooms are superb. The staff excellent.Great value for money.
superb location. 1st class service by all of the staff. good value for money.
Staff very professional, polite, helpful at all times. Standard of cleanliness of hotel and rooms excellent. The whole 'ambiance' of the hotel was wonderful! No bad points!
The conditions of room and toilet are good. Really close to Tube station Free Internet in the room but the given password not work Fire alarm "falsely" rang in early morning
Got a free upgrade, room was lovely, pefect surprise setting for my partner. Room came with a Bose sound system, nice bathroom, big bay window with great views to London and the surrounding countryside. Even had a little fridge which is a rarity nowadays. A shower curtain would have been good.
Good service, attentiveness of the staff, excellent facilities We were not advised when we booked that evening meals are not normally provided in the dining room. Supper trays were provided and the quality was good although limited to "sandwich or burgers"
Quiet, easy parking and communal rooms were very good Not possible to eat in the evening other than on your knee and we couldn't get afternoon tea either
free wifi & parking, nice bed the hotel was quite empty & they still put up on the 3rd floor..lots of steps, that somehow happens very often when booking thru your website.
We felt really welcome upon arrival. The atmosphere was very homely. A beautiful period house with perfect interior. The breakfast was more than enough and in a cosy formal sun-soaked breakfast room with a view onto the garden. Don't miss the billiards room for a game on the huge table! The pool was also excellent. Great place for a romantic weekend or family reunion. 10mins from Hampton Court Palace (Henry 8th home), great day out.
The area My room
Everything was fine. Staff, location, facilities. A really beautiful place. -
I like everything about this place. The key is too big.
Fantastic location so peaceful , welcoming ,food was fantastic , best pasta I have tasted in a very long time - just an overall great experience throughly enjoyed my time with you , I have already recommended it to my business collegues ! I struggle to think of any ...
Very peaceful and quiet surroundings. lovely place for weekend getaway.
We liked the bed, which was very comfortable and the electric kettle which was very useful. We also liked the milk and cereal at breakfast. The staff were nice and considerate. The "bathroom" was incredibly small and cramped: one couldn't wash one's face without getting one's feet wet and there was a musty smell.
I and my partner enjoyed our stay at the hotel and the staff were like family to us. We would definately love to come back. None
it was nice and warm this hotel was very noisy. my husband and i checked out at 09.15 as we did not have much sleep.
There is nothing that I liked The smell in the bar area and the drunken people that were hanging in the bar area. It was uncomfortable and you couldn't sit and receive a visit in the bar area.
Non About all
It was a family run Hotel with more than excellent service and we were made to feel more than welcome during our stay. We would recommend this Hotel to anyone in the future. We will be using it in the future.
manager went out of his way to accomodate us
The hotel staff was very friendly. If you just want to stay one night or two that`s fine. I wouldn`t stay longer for that price. the bathroom was outside. It looked very old, rather like an hostel. The breakfast was just like that of an hoste. However the hostel staff was more than friendlz
cheap, free parking. My husband found this hotel cheap looking. Later on a condomw wrap was found under the pillow. Will never stay there again even for a cheaper fare.
price and location warm hospitality of the owner host hotel was under major renovation, bar closed, lobby full of workmen, room only partly finished only one towel even though they charged me for two people. No internet service, no breakfast as the only table was full of workmen staying there while they worked on the building and they treated the hotel like their dormitory.
The food at the restaurant was excellent - a fantastic meal.
The staff were polite, helpful, and unobtrusive. Also they were well turned out. The evening meal could have been better, however the full breakfast was excellent
clean, modern and comfortable
It was totally fine for an overnight stay at an airport hotel. The pull out couch was actually more comfortable than the beds themselves. The air-con did not work in our room and they gave us a small fan to rectify the situation. The front desk staff was also very helpful on the phone, but never followed through with the requests we made.
Location adjacent to M4 -good for connection to London but tube connection better than bus routes. High taxi fares in the locality because of this High taxi fares-charged £28 for 7 mile trip.
Convenient for our touring itinery.
Location of hotel, which allowed quiet ambient atmosphere during the short stay
The staff were very good. Public areas ofthe hotel a bit tatty but the rooms excelent.
Extremely polite and service-oriented staff. Convenient location. Good value. Flexibility in accomodating a family of four in one room, a rarity in Europe.
Comfortable, clean hotel. No real complaint about the hotel itself but it could be better signposted from heathrow/M4 and the junction
Good service and a decent room. Free wifi. Overall, I was there for 2 days before I left England so it served its purpose. Check in was supposed to be at 2 pm. I got there around 3:30 and still had to wait about 15 minutes before getting my key.
The staff in reception is really rough, especially some guy from indian or middle east, ask the staff to let me join the novotel club for 3 times, but he did not anything and lie to me.
Cleanliness & helpfulness of staff Would have liked more precise details of the different hotels in Hayes area when booking on line. I booked for Hayes, when in fact the one I wanted is classified as m4j4.
It was easy to get to and suitable for us near Southall the banging of the doors during the night, the room got very hot during the night and the AC failed
The hotel was clean, staff friendly, as described on the booking Had to pay for Wi-fi which is normally free at most hotels
Excellent hotel very clean staff very friendly. Food in ajoining pub very nice
friendliness and helpfulness of staff....good clean hotel that suited my requirements... just wanted to sleep so didnt find any...
Combination of location to Heathrow and the room rate plus free car park. Shopping Centre across the road good for light snacks. Restaurant next door is a good mix as well; it was also the location for the included breakfast. Price of internet access too involved and costly when a short period only required.
it was clean, the staff were friendly and pleasant. The room was a good size, and the bed was comfortable ! The only thing missing was a fridge in the room :)otherwise great
Reception Staff (Rebecca and Natalie) were exeptionally professional, helpful and friendly. Desk top needed a wipe. Air condtion unit smelled.
More for convenience,as I have to catch early flight. Proximity to the tube is the other plus points. none
location for airport
The convenient possision, the room was very quiet, no airport noice. The bar area not very acceptable for eating a light meal
Very convenient, great location to airport
Checkin was quick. Food at the bar was good (see also what I did not like) I picked the hotel because of the name, I stayed in excellent Jury's Inss before, also because it was (said to be) close to the underground & heathrow, Only at the exit there was no indication where the hotel was located, and the hotel was not visible. So I had to ask around, before finding the hotel. It was a bit farther away than described. At check-in they told me the restaurant would be open until 22h30, and gave me a key-card for my room that did not work. When coming back down to the restaurant I was told it closed early, so I had to go to the (overflowing) bar, and had to wait to get a seat. My room was close the the elevators, and poorly insulated, and I heard the elevators moving up and down, and stopping at my floor all night.
Location The hotel was very noisy and the housekeeping staff kept slamming doors keeping us up. In addition we asked a server about the menu and she rudely told us to ask someone else and walked off.
It was just what we needed after a long flight, clean, spacious, modern and comfortable.
friendly staff, convenient location
The Staff were friendly and very helpful. Food is great at reasonable prices, everything looks smart and well organised. it is right next to the tube station which was convenient. The rates are low and you get much more than you expected for this sort of price. the breakfast was great and plenty of choice. Basically I would use this hotel again if I am in the area – very pleasant stay.
The bed was inviting and clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was lovely! I didn't have a computer with me so was grateful I could come in free of charge to write an email. There was nothing I didn't like.
Brand new, lovely hotel and a superb Garden Inn. Comfortable and crispy clean. Nice staff at the bar and check in. Easy access from Hatton Cross Tube stop. Read a review that transportation was bad and have to agree. Expensive at GBP 4:50 each. Worse yet was the SURLY, RUDE, UNHELPFUL CRETIN that drove the bus. Awful.
My wife needed to see a GP and they quickly called one out for us. They were very helpful.
The rooms were spacious and clean. The bedding was comfortable. The staff was pleasant. Nothing; we would stay there again on our next trip to the UK.
Friendly and helpful except as below The steps up from the car park with a heavy case ( why no lift ? ) . Plus do not order eggs at breakfast because for the second time here I had to wait over 30 minutes for them
On one of our two stays the room we wanted was not available, but the staff went out of their way to accommodate our request. On the second stay, we had an excellent breakfast; again, the restaurant staff were very attentive to our needs.
Front desk helpful and friendly. Altho entrance a little strange Restaurant good, staff except for manager were excellent . A bit full of himself, maybe a stressful day... It will be better when u finish all the building, rebuilding etc. A Hyatt we heard. Costs of travel to and from airport a bit much. Free shuttle is the way. Was surprise at prepayment Auth on card, weird.
Nice hotel, expensive but very clean. Food was very expensive!!
It was comfortable, well-equipped and easy to get to and from. Staff were very courteous and friendly. Restaurant was delicious although a little pricey. The only drawback is that parking is an ADDITIONAL 12 pounds for 24 hrs, the car park beneath the hotel is VERY cramped and there is no covered access or elevator to the hotel. In the case of inclement weather, make sure you have a brolly for the trip to the hotel lobby!
Entire staff was very professional . ...in fact I was recognized right away when checked in second time...room was always clean when you come back at night I am so sorry but there was nothing that I don't like
Staff was helpful, hotel very quiet. Needs more electrical outlets
V Very clean and comfortable hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful, easy to travel to and from hotel via free Heathrow bus transportation.
The staff were freindly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, the facility was attractive, Smith's Restaurant was amazing for the full english breakfast and for a romantic dinner. The price was great, too! We would definitely stay here again.
I enjoyed sleeping in a quiet room, also comfortable bed after long plane trip. The staff was very helpful with directions.
great location the front desk didn't inform us of the discount coupons they would issue us for reserving food service at the smith restaurant. As I was checking out a guest who was also checking out voiced his concern about also not be told about the coupons which would have saved us some money.
convenience, pleasant room room was very hot, bathroom fan noisy
Good location & value for money Very lengthy queue at the checkout - took some 30 minutes!
The location was nice. I only had one day free and rather do "the usual" and cram into London City, I enjoyed an extended walk around the public paths, The Thames, the locks and the neighborhood. Very nice. The hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable with very attentive and helpful staff. Although i enjoyed the quiet of the top floor, it was quite warm - even in early Autumn - and the windows barely let in any fresh air. A fan was in the room, but it just moved around the stale air and wasn't helpful in bringing in the fresh. And, the shower curtains did their job, but had the effect of migrating to the bather wrapping them as if they were a sausage in a Tessco meat counter. Perhaps some upgraded curtains with weights or magments. Both small elements in contrast to the enjoyment of my stay.
Value for money No light bulb in the bedside table lamp, but I could not be bothered to complain as only there the one night.
it was fairly quiet apart from air traffis which is not so bad. as above and only one bedside cabinet, I had to use the chair.
friendly helpful staff. Great cooked breakfast in very nice dining room
nothing in particular nothing in particular
ideal location for family and short tripsinto London. Very nice location both forlocal shops and the river. Also very reasonable price on the weekends for B&B. The reservation that I madeon line was not recieved by the Ship Hotel so they didnot know that we were comming.
Friendly staff Room was smallish, and cobwebs on ceiling
We only had an over night stay at a local family wedding, however the room was very nice and the breakfast very nice the staff were very curteous, something that lacks greatly in many hotels No
