Pros: It is very good for vacation.
Pros: Simple, close to the mountain, cosy...
Pros: Nothing. It was oppressive, gaudy and tacky
Cons: The owner. The decor. The service.
Pros: Beautiful accommodations. My wife loved the bathroom. The innkeeper was very helpful and an excellent cook. Loved the breakfast. The inn itself was so interesting. So many little details to see. Had a wonderful time.
Pros: Good location, very cosy and comfortable. Nice garden and facilities. The breakfast and the salon where you eat it is great. Friendly and helpful staff.
Pros: The gardens and patio were so beautiful
Cons: We were the only ones there, we were hoping to have other people around
Pros: We were extremely happy with the accommodations, more than we expected
Pros: Chuck was so accommodating. The room was super clean and the beds were comfortable.
Pros: The appointments and amenities were lovely. The grounds were beautiful as well. So pretty. Breakfast was fabulous and the atmosphere was comfortable and relaxing. We would absolutely stay again! (We were in town for a wedding.) Thank you Chuck!
Cons: Nothing to not like.
Pros: Excellent stay. Chuck is a fantastic host and makes you feel right at home. The breakfast was delicious. Awesome blueberry pancakes. Perfect place for a nice and relaxing stay.
With a stay at SunView Motel in Tannersville, you'll be within a 10-minute drive of Hunter Mountain and Mountain Top Arboretum. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Coffee shop and diner in walking distance. Close to Hunter Mountain.
Cons: Rooms are a little bit worn off, but ok for a skiing weekend. Bathroom and beds were clean.
Pros: Never saw the person to check in or out. No one ever in the office Bathroom was clean but no safety bar in shower. Shower floor slippery.the outside of the building is very rundown.
Pros: Location , clean and all in order
Cons: Extremely expensive for the room.
Pros: It's a quiet little place. Clean enough.
Cons: Outdated. Old. Room was a little musty. Cab service was nice on the way to the show at Hunter Mountain, told us he'd pick us up, or his daughter, the hotel manager, would pick us up when concert was done. They didn't answer their phones. Uber is impossible to get up there. Almost had to walk 4 miles back to room at 12:00 am in the pitch dark. I blame the event mostly, but not right to promise rides for money and not answer your phone.
Pros: Room comfortable. Great place to relax.
Cons: Not many places open. Slow time of year.
Pros: We have stayed at a few hotels in the ski areas and I was quite surprised by this one. Very clean and had a lot of things we could use, especially the coffee pot!! Worth the ride from Windham mountain. We will book again!
Pros: The interior of the room was very well appointed, finished well, and had some great amenities; it was quite comfortable. The shower was terrific! And I appreciated the built-in shelves.
Cons: A few more hangers would have been nice; it was difficult to hang the ski stuff at the end of the day. And the plastic covering on the mattress was a bit uncomfortable; it made for a noisy, sweaty, sleep.
Cons: It was one of the worst experiences we have ever had. The entrance door was covered with spider webs, there were bugs inside the room and we could not sleep all night because the beds and sheets were covered with bed bugs. We had rashes all over our bodies from the night we spent there. We do not recommend this hotel to anybody.
Cons: More lighting
Pros: kitchen area
Cons: noise, cold inside, shower water power too weak
Pros: Perfect for our quick stay.
Cons: The property was covered in ice causing my 4 year old to slip and fall getting into our car. We were on the top level and ice covered the stairs making it very slippery and difficult to carry our two children up. A little salt would have been a big help.
With a stay at Villa Vosilla Boutique Resort in Tannersville, you'll be next to a golf course, within a 10-minute drive of Hunter Mountain and Mountain Top Arboretum. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: It’s old world charm. There is wear and tear around the grounds, however all the amenities are well maintained and the food is delicious. It’s not a chain resort for sure.
Pros: Breakfast was delicious. It was nice that it was a sit down breakfast rather than your typical continental one.. Also, I forgot a item in my room and the staff was wonderful getting it back to me:))
Pros: Excellent historical place
Cons: We like everything
Cons: I am disable and could not get a ground floor room and had to walk up a flight of stairs. Their is no elevator.
Pros: breakfast was excellent Food in restaurant excellent
Cons: needed portable heater in room no coffee maker in room
Pros: I like everything staff was very helpful The food was awesome they were very knowledgeably off the food and wine we ordered. The entertainment was excellent Really good Live music
Pros: Check in and check out was extremely fast and simple. It was not like some places where there’s a process. Simply swipe your card and get handed your keys. The lady behind the desk gave us a tour of the hotel and was very friendly. My next trip to hunter mountain I will definitely be looking to stay here again.
Cons: The blanket that covered the bed although cozy had the grandma vibe to it. But was still comfortable and warm.
Pros: Location was pretty good if you want the heart of the Catskills. Close to outdoor activity.
Cons: First impression was bad. Side of building had large sections of paint fallen down. Didn't give a good impression property was maintained. The hotel was very dated (not updated since 1970's) and felt very old. Wifi cut in and out. They knew this and told me to use whatever connection I could find. Room smelled like old cigarettes painted over. Almost everyone was in their 70's or 80's. We didn't stay. Counter staff was very pleasant and refunded us in full.
Pros: Very outdated but also clean and great staff
Pros: The game room was fun for the kids. Since there was only one other family staying, we had the place to ourselves. 2 machines were broken and ate our money and when I informed front desk, the the young man ( owner?) said they were not affiliated with the machines and he would give me a number to contact if I wanted my money back. I didn’t feel like going through the trouble over a few dollars. He didn’t even bother putting up a broken sign on the machine. He did recommend a very excellent restaurant called Jessie’s where we ate both nights. The Kaaterskill falls were also very beautiful.
Cons: The woman the night before at the front desk, I believe was the owners wife, told my daughter that the pool will be open at 10am the next day. She was friendly and kind. However, the next day after we were ready to swim before 10am,a different woman at the front desk told us that it wouldn’t be open until 11. She said it takes 3 people to open the pool since the need to check the water etc. Even after explaining what the woman the night before said, she said no. I couldn’t believe this. My daughter and son were waiting in their bathing suit as she kept chatting on her computer ( we can see the screen). At 11:00, the pool still had the tarp on closed so my husband went to ask her. After a while, she and another man opened the pool. We watched the entire thing. There was no testing of water. Just taking the tarp off and turning on the temperature in the sauna. No apologies nothing. Also, only one other family was staying here and they put us right next door to each other. Walls are thin so we could hear everything.
Pros: Room was clean and neat. Plenty of parking. Breakfast included. All staff polite and helpful
Cons: Walls between my room and the one next to me were thin. Could hear the next room late at night and early in the am.

Cons: No refrigerator in the room
Pros: Breakfast was great. Loved having fire pits out back.
Cons: Bathrooms small
Pros: Breakfast was amazing. Lots of choice, fresh and tasty.
Cons: The AC unit was working very good, unfortunately due to its age it was loud. The hotel should probably upgrade these units to something newer.

Pros: Breakfast was unexpectedly amazing. The entire Inn was really nice.
Cons: There were no Wi-Fi, microwave,or refrigerator in the room. The fan was a bit loud, too.
Pros: Great place and included breakfast !
Pros: Hunter Inn was clean, the faculty was friendly and the room was comfortable. The cost of the room was less expensive than other hotels in the area.
Cons: The complimentary breakfast was a little disappointing, and it would have been nice to have a mini fridge included in the price of the room.
Pros: Area ,view, location staff
Cons: Had no heat being in the mountain's and 50 degrees at night rooms cold staff informed us they shut off heat this time of year even when it gets cold.

With a stay at The Twilight Lodge in Haines Falls, you'll be within a 15-minute drive of Hunter Mountain and Kaaterskill Falls. Planning an event in Haines Falls? This bed & breakfast has facilities measuring 11 square feet (0 square meters), including conference space.
Pros: Clean and cozy room if a bit small. Our stay was only one night so this worked out fine. The breakfast room was very welcoming and the offerings were a good selection. Great hosts!
Cons: The bathrooms are a bit outdated and I couldn't get into the wifi. Being this is in the mountains with minimal coverage, wifi access would have been great. Then again, it was a good change to be disconnected.
Pros: Great location, easy access to local hiking trails, campgrounds, Hunter mountain. Clean room, fresh linens, and the included breakfast was excellent.
Pros: Host/owner is an extremely well mannered and proactive person.
