The car had a terrible odor. Had to buy a car deodorizer. The inside windows were streaky and dirty. Had to buy Windex so I could get rid of the glare. Staff was great. The location I rented the vehicle from called me four hours prior to my rental and said they did not have the truck I reserved. I told them that was fine but I will definitely need a vehicle by noon. I then called 30 minutes before pick up time and was told there was no vehicle for me. If you reserve a vehicle and need it, do not rent from this location. The representative that I spoke with said “reservations are not cars”. I’ve rented cars all over the United States and the world and this is the worst service I’ve ever received.Reviewed Apr 11 2025

It was not noted on the website that the vehicle I reserved was an electric only. Also, I could not use my bank debit card (that had over $6000.00 in it!) but could only use a credit card😠. I DO NOT use credit cards. So, after almost an hour of my valuable time was wasted, I went to Hertz and was fitted with a car for the same amount, was NOT an electric car, and used my DEBIT CARD. I booked the car online and the website said the care was available. When I arrived, they told me there were no cars available and none were coming in. When I asked to cancel, they told me they couldn't do that there. Finally, they gave me a 1800 number to cancel the reservation. I will never use them again.Reviewed Apr 8 2025
