Hertz rep at the counter argued I booked the wrong category and proposed me a smaller compact car while my booking clearly mentioned suv compact. Finally managed to get it after arguing with him who «kindly » proposed me the proper car « for free ». The car park was full of suv compact cars so definitely not a shortage issue. We specifically ordered a ford transit van to fit 7 people and 7 luggages and they gave us a mini van. I would have ordered the mini van or similar to make it cheaper if that were the case but I picked the ford transit to make sure we had enough space. When I arrived they said they don't even carry that vehicle. So I've been lie too.Reviewed Aug 11 2026

The only complaint I would have is that the Thrifty shuttles don't run as often as the other rental companies...after waiting 1 minutes I decided to run from the terminal over to the Thrifty building to pick up my SUV. :o(Reviewed Aug 7 2026
