Cons:No one person showed me how to use the car in respect of GPS or Connecting my phone onto the system.
Cons:When we arrived, the person insisted that the credit card we used be in my husband's name (the driver). Since it was in mine, they charged us three times the amount of the rental in unneeded insurance that was "required." It wasn't, but we had no choice. Then the final charge was even more, for reasons we don't know. Stay away.
Pros:The car got good diesel mileage.
Cons:The process of renting was incomplete and confusing in that it was not possible to tell that the car was not available at the airport and we had to go into the city to get it. The insurance that was needed for basic coverage was three times the rental cost.
Pros:Peppy, small car, very clean. Exactly what we needed.
Cons:When we picked up the car the clerk was a bit pushy about upgrading to a larger car. We prefer a small car in Europe as it is much easier to navigate the narrow roads and parking garages. When we dropped the car off there was nobody available to check the car over so we have to hope that nothi g happened to it between the time we left it and when they checked it for damage.
Pros:good location. dropped off car and got onto train in same building. effortless.
Pros:No problems. Got what I had reserved.
Cons:Long wait to pick up car.
