**Do not rent from this Thrifty location if your flight lands after 10:30pm. The risk of delay is very real, travel to the rental facility takes close to 30 minutes from the gate, and the Thrifty staff closes the desk (and everyone leaves) at 11:30pm! Will not rent from here again because this was not communicated to me, despite me sharing my flight arrival time/info.**

The agent was quite helpful with all my questions and getting me to the car as quickly as possible. Although they did not have the car I reserved, I was offered several options for the same rate

We needed a gas car and they tried to give us a Tesla. Where we were going to has no chargers. Had to wait over an hour for a gas car.

Dirty dirty dirty car....smoke & weed smell in the car was so bad we had to leave windows and roof cracked at night to air it out...when home, i had to have clothes we brought for a wedding all dry cleaned due to smell of weed and cigarette. It says everywhere no smoking in the cars...how does that happen and then i have to ride 6 hours each way in it? I strongly am asking for a refund
