Pros:The service staff were very professional, clearly explained the conditions of the rental and the specifics of the rental car area at the Ontario CA airport, and were very friendly. My rental went very smoothly.

Cons:To have the car double check as when we picked up the car, it was low tire pressure and we had to put air in it before we reached home from the rental place.

Cons:communication. My flight was delayed one hour meaning it landed at 11:20pm. I was concerned that thrifty would be closed by then so I called to confirm that same day. The person who answered said that the counter would be open 30 minutes after the flight lands no matter how late. I arrived at the counter 20 minutes after landing (20 minutes after the arriving at the gate) and sure enough they were closed meaning I had to rent elsewhere. Very poor experience.

Pros:The price
Cons:Staff was less then helpful and the rental had serious issues. Every number caused another internal panel to come loose. That is in addition to the constant rattling in and around the car. Damaged radio buttons and shotty phone connectivity. This was all in addition to the less then helpful staff and the “company policies” that were not actual policy.
