Pros:Overall car was in adequate condition. Everything worked perfectly well except efficiency of brakes. Media system had a USB socket to connect smartphone, which was great to listening to music.
Cons:Poor brakes. Lots of scratches on car creates additional dispute problems later. Petrol tank was not full and but half full so was difficult to return car with same fuel level.

Pros:Staff was friendly and cooperative
Cons:A better report of the status of the car when it is picked up. Now we had to inspect the car ourselves together with one of the employees and make the report about the several scratches and "defects".

Pros:The car was clean. The person deliver the car was very polite. They allowed me to return the car at airport ( not where the was delivering to me). The had over in the airport was very quick.
Cons:I requested a Mercedes and end up having Tahoe in the first day, which was not convenient for me, and BMW in the rest, which was okay. They held an amount more of than the cost of the rental until I return the car. May be for tragic tickets or other issues ( not for insurance since I asked if the the insurance is included or not and they told that it is included). I am assuming that the amount held will be released soon ( I returned the car yesterday).

Cons:My reservation was not there and I didn't get a car. The agent was rude and he didn't honor the deal I showed him. I had to cancel and rent from another place

Pros:The staff was nice, and the actual location is quite near the center of town. Very convenient if you know where to find it.
Cons:The pick-up location wasn't updated online so we wasted time and money trying to find it. The car was given to us with an empty has tank which also took up extra time to fill before our journey. The car was dirty inside and out, and while I understand that Jordan has a lot of dust in the air, the inside could have been vacuumed somewhat, and the windows cleaned. This car was also quite a bit less than what was offered and not quite up to the same standard as the car shown on the website. When we went to pick-up the car, it took a long time to complete some of the paperwork when much of it could have been completed before our arrival, especially in the absence of computers or other digital methods of processing our check-in and check-out.
