Pros:The car was good, no performance problems. I was told I'd be charged if I brought the car back too early or too late....really!?! I've got no issue with a late return fee, seems fair to me, but what is wrong with returning a car early? You're inviting customers to use other companies or Uber.
Cons:At BWI airport, two Thrifty reps were working with 2 customers when I got in line, which took some time. However the problem arose when the garage exit lined up with about 15 rentals in queue to exit and agents had to go car to car to check documents/proof. From start to exit, it took 40 minutes to get out of the garage with a car, even though I'd booked it online. Upon returning the car, they were short-staffed with rental cars lined up. We were instructed to leave keys in the car and go on to catch our flights. Thrifty is not swift.
Cons:It was very complicated to change the name of the driver of the car at the counter and involved us trying to call our reservation agent. We ended up cancelling and making a new reservation- why do car rentals need to be so complicated?
Pros:Great value!
Cons:Only 2 vehicles to choose from had smoke smell. Very slow process when exiting the parking lot, quick return time though!

Cons:I drove 29 miles each way to find out after the guy said he had to run a credit check on me first then declined me the rental if they did this when I set the reservation it would have saved me 60 miles and three hours further more I felt that he violated my privacy by running a credit check I had funds on my bank card to ccover the rental and also my own insurance I will never use thrifty again even if they were the last company on earth I would rent a mule first
Pros:The car didn’t break down...that’s the only good thing to say. I would give zero or below stars if that was possible.
Cons:They said to “Pick a car”and the choices were all bad. High mileage, one key was bent so bad, couldn’t turn it to view mileage. Front bumper hanging slight off another, one wreaked of spilled pickles (or something horrid and strong). I’ve never seen a worse fleet. Ended up with the lose bumper car and it was like driving a golf cart. Had to manually adjust mirrors from outside. Unacceptable.
Pros:The car.
Cons:The customer service! We called to extend the car by one day and were quoted one price, then got hung up on, when we called back they quoted us an entirely different price and were not acknowledging the issue. The person at the desk when we picked up the car was very misleading about costs.

Cons:Pickup process was ridiculously slow. Almost an hour standing in line and completing forms, another 10 min wait while they found a car,, and then another delay at the security exit. I will avoid Thrifty/Dollar at BWI for a while.
Pros:The car I reserved was not available but I took a smaller car and the clerk gave me one day off the rental. Fair, prompt, made me happy.
Pros:The car was clean and worked well enough, if not very nice. The EZPass was a good purchase, convenient add-on. The check out agent in Baltimore (once I actually got helped), was efficient and helpful and did not try to push any unnecessary extras on me.
Cons:Had a long wait in Baltimore to get helped. Actual price with gas and taxes and all was quite a bit higher than original quote.
