Pros:You said it will cost 267 frank I end up paying 987 frank for different reasons. Some of it my fault but I wasn't expecting that at all and the website fee was completely misleading.

Pros:The car I ended up with was decent.
Cons:I had to pay significantly more for a larger car, when I had explicitly asked for a car above the compact size. Thrifty representative used scare tactics to try to include additional insurance.

Cons:The rental company didn't accept visa debit card. The rental was actually done by hertz. And from my experience hertz is very ridge and not friendly. I who'd prefer to know these things in advance.
Pros:Great Mazda 2 brand new car.
Cons:Thrifty desk at Geneva airport has essentially closed and you have to go direct to the parking lot, there the thrifty office is also closed so you have to go to hertz. The hertz guy in airport did not explain this at all. It almost seems that hertz staff feel 'put-out' by having to deal with thrifty customers.
Cons:The lady in the counter was not kind. Specifically the way she suggested that I don't have an insurance.
