Cons:The car was in poor driving condition. And the drop off instructions where missing from thw contact, which made it very difficult to return the car.

Pros:The agent listened to the wrong committed by the agent in Paris, looked at the reservation and price contract, and made every attempt to improve things quickly by offering refunds. In the end, not our reserved price, but still a very fair attempt at closing the gap.

Pros:I specifically paid for a Ford S-max category car at the time of booking but when I went for pick-up they told me they had no cars in that category and gave me an inferior C-max car. The person at reception was in fact surprised why they even sold an Sm-max category booking.
Cons:Why even sell a booking for a car category that the location never carries?
