Cons:I did not get documentation to put in the glove compartment to verify the rental agreement, but I had documentation from the verification email during the initial booking

Cons:Pickup was a disaster. My flight was two hours late, so I got a, "We rented your car already, you're going to have to settle. . . ." speech. That car was a suburban which I needed in order to get all my kids and my kid's college bags to the airport. Instead, I was given an Armada which has much less baggage area -- as listed on the Thrifty/Kayak description for both vehicles. The Nissan Armada is difficult to see out of compared to the suburban. The car was not cleaned well, and it smelled slightly musty.
