Pros:Costumer service representatives were nice
Cons:I was charged a 98€ fee for not having a full tank of gas even though I filled it up. They wouldn’t allow us to leave our car at other Thrifty locations

Pros:Not much.
Cons:We were waiting for two hours to get our car because “they didn’t have cars and we needed to wait for someone to return one.” We had boat rental reservations in Lake Como that we had to cancel since we couldn’t get there in time. I expect a little wait, but not two hours.
Pros:Everything went well. Car was clean and well maintained. People on both ends were helpful and friendly.
Cons:Directions to return in Florence were a little unclear, but we eventually found the spot. Bus service to The terminal has long waits so we took a cab.

Pros:Nice vehicle.
Cons:This was a bait and switch scam. I traveled with my family of 5. I chose to pick up my car at 5pm in the reservation and the other family chose noon as typically the time of day doesn’t need to be exact. When we arrived they told me I was too early and my car wasn’t there. Had to pay DOUBLE!!

Cons:If we had been given a rental vehicle. No rental vehicle was available when we showed up to pick up our rental car. The staff just shrugged and said they don’t have a car without provide any alternative option. They didn’t give a reason for not honoring the reservation nor were they help in any other way.

Cons:No me han devuelto el valor del alquiler por que no tome el servicio, he escrito a Kayak a Thrifty y madie me da respuesta sobre la devolucion de mi diner, en sus lienas de atencion nadie aparece no contestan y sus correos no solucionan nada, es una porqueria
Pros:The pick up was a horrible experience, I waited for 3.5 hours to for a car pick up. The drop off was three blocks away from where the address, I had to hire a cab to follow so I could make the drop off before the store closing.
Cons:Hiring courteous staff would be step one, having a plan for when the computer system is down is step two.
