Pros:Reception at counter was exceptional
Pros:Staff was friendly, collecting and dropping was fast
Cons:Collected car was dirty , the least was to check it before handing over.
Great car and Jerry was good when wwe dropped off the car

Cons:I made the reservation online. It said 145$ the only thing I was missing was the 60$ for the insurance. When I did the reservation I clicked on age 21 to 24. When I got to pick up th3 car he added an additional 60$ for being under 25. And something else. To total 311$ that is rediculous. When I got into the car, the gas light was on. When I dropped off the car the place said opened but the door was locked and no one was there. Horrible service and the most expensive I have ever paid for a rental.
Friendly staff, trying to give the best service, responsive to our requests, ... When one less trained colleague made a mistake, another made the necessary changes before closing the bill.
Cons:Very bad service, employees that did not know what they are doing. Not they are having problems with theyer own system!! Almost worst experiance I had. One of the employees have done some manipulation and caused me the trouble not being accepted as client lol !! Imagine that
Pros:When I made the reservation for the vehicle I was told I woukd get a vehicle similar to a Camry. At pick-up, I was given s small Chevy SUV. I told the person at tge counter that i wanted a sedan and was told that this I s all they had. This vehicle was difficult for us to get in and out of.
Pros:Helpful staff and got the car I want even when it was not available thru Thrifty (took me to Hertz).
Cons:Car was not available (fixed by taking me to Hertz) and then there were two counters to wait at for Hertz. Why not do everything at one counter? Or even better do it online and skip the counter.
Pros:Car was nice and clean and rental price was affordable.
Cons:Waited in line for 30+ minutes to pick up our car in the morning. Also was not informed about key dropoff when we returned the vehicle and all the parking spots were full for Thrifty so we had to track down a parking lot attendant and get info from him (where can we park the car? where do we drop off the keys?).
