Cons:Hertz was not aware of my Alianz insurance linked with the contract.

Cons:-I arrived at five and there was a sign "back in 10 minutes" it wasn't the case, i had to wait 25 minutes. The car was dirty and didn't had the brush for the snow, so i had to ask in my neighborhood for one. Awful service.

Pros:I explained that we had a lot of luggage and needed the whole back seat for relatives. I was given a vehicle with an, especially large trunk. The staff was friendly and made helpful suggestions. In future, we will be rent again from your firm.

Cons:For my departure my car was 40min late past my booking time. For my return the parking was full when I brought it back so I wasn't sure where to leave the car. And I was confused by the message in the key drop box since I did not know in advance I had to write the millage and hour of return, I did not carry a pen with me so I couldnt write it down. Employees at Hertz should explain more carefully what should be done when the car is returned. I only used less than half the tank so I wished I wouldn't have prepaid the gas.
Cons:I booked rent a car in Montreal thru' Hertz from May 25th till May 29th. Unfortunately my flight got cancelled & rescheduled multiple times in 2 days & I reached Montreal on 26th May at 23:40 instead of May 25th at 17:00. I did notified Hertz regarding my cancellations but on reaching I did not get my rental car as my initial agreement was canceled by Hertz. I lost my insurance money that I paid for rental car & I had to pay 3 times more money to get rental car that night & that too just for 2 days of rental instead of initial 5 days rental agreement. They also asked me to pay huge amount for the rental car insurance. After calling Hertz on arrival back to my home in Virginia, They returned me $13 & I don't know how they calculated this amount. I should have got all my money back if they have not obliged their initial rental agreement. They should have accepted my initial online contract & should have given me the car & should have refunded my 2 days of rental charges. Such a hopeless service I got from Hertz. I will never book my rental car with them again. I might use social media for spreading the word across & I am planning to take legal advice on this too.
