Pros:This facility did a great job with our rental. The guys were professional and nice. The Mazda 3 was a fun, little car to drive, a vehicle I had been wanting to check out. Fair power and competent handling. Backup camera was a plus. Car was brand-new. When we returned the car, we called about five minutes prior to our arrival at the office and they called for a taxi. That taxi arrived as soon as we were done with our paperwork; great timing and service.
Cons:It's not the fault of this office, but, hell, if the Enterprise motto is still "We'll pick you up" (I see the website has "How Can Enterprise Pick You Up Today? Whether you need a vehicle for an hour, a day, or longer, Enterprise has you covered. Rent, buy or share, Enterprise is the one place to go for every place life takes you." advertised on it.), then pick me up from the damn airport. Also, this office is located in a bit of a rough area. You won't be sliding to the local Gucci or even Old Navy store while you're in the area.

Cons:We rented an Enterprise vehicle and we were horrified at their poor customer service: 1) They didn't have the vehicle we had rented out 2) The vehicle they did have had an empty tank and hadn't been cleaned 3) The inspection of the vehicle was a joke (more on this in 4) 4) When we returned the vehicle, we were accused of damaging it (which we didn't) and the inspection was nothing like the one they made when we took possession of the vehicle. We got charged $250 for a dent in the back door, which turns out had 5 missing bolts. This rental felt like a scam and to top it off, the insurance provided by Kayak didn't work. We will never rent from Enterprise ever again

Cons:Cae was dirty even insight was not sanityse gas was less then half full , enterprise last time never again even if they offer free day or upgrade not recomand at all better take the bus or subway and go somewhere else for the price you can get lot better .......

Pros:One Enterprise representative was apologetic and nice.
Cons:Arrived one hour before designated rental time and was stated the car was being cleaned and would be ready in 30 mins. The car was not ready for another hour and a half and we had to go off site to pick up the car, which we saw being cleaned when we arrived. The cleaning took 5 mins and therefore was not clean inside. Poor communication throughout the pick up process. We dropped off after hours, so used the drop key box. Hoping to not come across unknown fees after the final bill is processed.
