Pros:The staff was accommodating.
Cons:The quality of the car was poor. There was an annoying front end rattle and I was not able to pair my phone to the blue tooth system.
Pros:Staff wasn’t very friendly but they were mildly helpful. The car they gave me at first reeked of cigarettes and had a warped tire so I asked for another car. Staff seemed annoyed that I inspected the vehicle before driving off, but honored my request for another car.
Pros:The staffs were friendly and they treat us good. I had no issues with them except they haven’t mentioned me abou the toll program. But I have handled it in different way.
Cons:The inside of the car was vacuumed but still dirty with some foot marks on dash board and all. The out side wasn’t looking that impressive too. First place i been to from pickup was to a quick car wash. But it wasn’t that bad though. However i made a car wash before I dropped it because that may help the next customer.
Pros:Didn't have the full-size car we requested, but was upgraded to full-size SUV.
Cons:Pickup at airport was horrendous. No counter or signs, had to inquire at information booth. They gave me a slip of paper and said I had to call to request a shuttle pickup. They also said, "Don't leave a message, they won't respond. Just keep calling". After trying to reach them for more than 20 minutes (their automated system kept sending me to numbers that were disconnected or mailboxes were full), I finally reached someone. It was then another 10 minutes for the shuttle to get to the airport, 10 minutes to get to the off-site rental location (in the lobby of the Holiday Inn). Wasn't the most pleasant, relaxing start to our vacation. Lots of better options at this airport!
Pros:I got a free upgrade
Pros:not much, other than the drop-off was conveniently located at airport
Cons:website advertised pick-up was by shuttle but didn't mention it was off-site, pick-up was located at a Holiday Inn a couple of miles from the airport. The total charge to my credit card was about $32 more than what they said it would be, and there was no SunPass, was told to avoid toll roads!
