6.3 Good
Pros: na
Cons: my mother always said if u have nothing to say good then say nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I want thank Isbelle for making the clean and ready for us upon arrival. I also love the fact that local was perfect and this hotel had their own parking lot separate from the others
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Bed was super comfortable. And location is ideal.
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Very Nice rooms, excellent decor, outstanding service but no pool in their facility
Cons: They offer daily pool passes to use the pool at Le Club (3 blocks away approx) at a charge of $35 per guest daily :( If there is a private event taken place in the pool Hotel guests cannot use the pool.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: We found the room to be very spacious. The bed was very comfortable. Even though it is summer we liked the gas fireplace. Although we didn't use them we liked the adult friendly games, pool table, and foosball table. We also liked that we could park our car and carry our bags to the room without trying to decide which of the six people who usually jump to the task we should tip.
Cons: There was no view of the ocean or gardens. Just the adjacent parking building. We were hoping to have a good nights sleep, but the people above us must have had a child that kept running back-and-forth until eleven pm. Not really the hotels fault, but it speaks to the sleep comfort you can expect depending upon the hotel guest above you. We have not had this type of sound disturbance before. I was given a username and password, but when attempting to use the Wi-Fi it kept asking for a security key. Past a certain hour we could not reach anyone at the front desk for the information. The room safe was on the left side of the closet and instead of facing out it was facing the other side of the closet. It's a very narrow space between the door and shelves next to the safe. So, with cloths already hung, and no light in the closet, it was very difficult to use the safe. My wife was unhappy with the limited number of towels and the absence of bath robes. Lastly, I wasn't able to close the curtains all the way and the light coming through in the morning didn't allow us to sleep in as long as we would have. Some one told us that you had, as a guest of the hotel, access to Avenue's beach and pool. If this is true no one informed us of that fact. So I would be sure to ask while making a reservation.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was unbelieveable and exceeded our expectations
Cons: Hotel from the website we assumed they had a pool. They should not advertise amenities on there website if not theirs.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful rooms with fireplace, friendly staff, convenient parking.
Cons: The bar experience (service and drink menu) could beter match the trendy look and feel of the space.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The decor and location
Cons: A little high in price
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Location is perfect. Close to beach (walking distance), restaurants and boardwalk. Very clean, friendly staff and I felt safe.
Cons: No microwave. A bit pricey for size of the room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing
7.5 Good
Pros: Location and the decor
Cons: Parking garage exit and entrance procedure is awful. No one to help with luggage so we got our own luggage cart and the wheels were broke. The girl at the front desk is not very happy and projects that feeling quite readily The front desk promised to call us when room was ready and never called. The Bungalow has a great location but certainly is not a 5 star operation. 3 star at best
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Very spacious room with cool decorations. Large shower with fantastic water pressure and killer exhaust in the John (which my husband thought was terrific).
Cons: No beach chairs to borrow for beach, front desk did let us know we can rent chairs on the beach. No big deal. Also $2 for a bottle of water, would suggest a complimentary bottle or 2 each day when the room is turned over.
Cedars & Beeches Bed & Breakfast - Long Branch - Bedroom

9.0 Excellent (100 reviews)
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Food was excellent and quickly served. Esther and her staff, particularly the servers, were very friendly and attentive. The bed was comfortable. Very clean room and throughout the B&B. Very lovely decorated and nice relaxing atmosphere.
Cons: Room a bit small but I believe that’s common to B&Bs. There were bees in our room but Esther was very responsive to our needs by first spraying and then she said she was going to get an exterminator. She also offered to change our room but we were about to check out.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Owner and staff were very friendly, the place was clean, and a great location.
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Esther is a wonderful host! All of her recommendations were spot on. Breakfast each morning was delicious including the coffee and homemade muffins.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was delicious, beds very comfortable, host and staff very accommodating
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The owner is a wonderful woman who takes her time with each visitor who stays at the Bed & Breakfast. She accommodates your needs and has great suggestions for restaurants and attractions within the area. I have stayed here before but I liked the first room much better than the room that I stayed in on my recent trip. I would definitely return to Cedars & Beeches in the near future, like the Fall, when the area is a little less crowded. However, I would recommend going to this area (Long Branch) during the week because we had no issues getting a reservation for the restaurants that we dined at or our rounds of golf.
Cons: I wasn't impressed with the bathroom in our room and the air conditioner was a bit loud which made it difficult to hear the tv.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Esther was very welcoming & the staff extremely warm & friendly. The location was great & the room clean & comfortable. The breakfast & cookies were delicious. We had a wonderful weekend & would highly recommend.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Food and service was excellent, as was our room and the lovely home.
Cons: Living room could have been more accessible to all.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Owner, staff, house, punctuality, friendliness, hospitality, and much more!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was very nice and comfortable. Was a great getaway for busy parents of two toddlers.

Pros: Staff and the house was great

Pros: views
Cons: the AC was horrible... very noisy and not suitable for such nice hotel. It ruined our stay. The day we stayed was hot and we could not get a good night sleep because of the noicse. 1.0 Poor

Pros: The room flowed well and the porch was nice.
Cons: The breakfast was pricey and that was the smallest queen I have ever slept on.
6.8 Good
Pros: The room & facility was clean, and it was nice to have a balcony.
Cons: The smell outside of the entire perimeter of the property smelled like horse crap. The smell was also in certain parts of the hotel. After driving for 4 hours (2 of that time being traffic), I waited close to 15 minutes before someone came out to check me in. There was a couple in front of me that was being help, and finally someone came out from the back, and acted surprised that I was standing there.

9.3 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was served promptly and tasted very good.
Cons: The breakfast was very overpriced. While I expect to pay a little more for the convenience of eating right at the hotel rather than searching off premises for another restaurant, I was shocked at the prices in this restaurant. The next time I stay at this hotel I will look for another place to buy breakfast.

6.0 Good
Pros: Nice place.
Cons: Ordered and purchased a Lobster BLT, took very long even though only one other table of people there, so I said just wrap it and I'll bring to room. Started eating it, it was Chicken Salad. Also, woke to a large caterpillar- looking bug on comforter of bed.

Pros: Pool.
Cons: Bathroom not as clean as mine.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything!
Cons: Nothing!
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Location and view
Cons: I would like to have known their facility was booked with two weddings and was not available for other guests to use.
7.0 Good
Pros: The staff was helpful and friendly and the food was delicious. I had requested no feather bedding and the room had been prepared as such. They accommodated us with early check in.
Cons: I came with a senior who uses a walker. The bathroom is terribly small with no space for bathroom items. The senior could not get in and out of the bathroom without great difficulty, then she had no place for her items. The room was small with only one chair, and I did not appreciate the view of the roof and A/C units, but after struggling to get the senior in the room and the no feathering request, I did not ask to change it. The closet barely had room for a closed suitcase and there was no place in the room to place an opened suitcase except the bed. This is not a place for the elderly.
7.0 Good
Pros: Love the location
Cons: It’s summer there’s not enough umbrellas or music by the pool.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent service and beautiful waterfront room.
3.0 Mediocre

Cons: room was the smallest room I have even stayed in, and they put us on the 2nd floor, near the elevator and next to the roof top air conditioners, which made noise all night, of course. for $----, this was not what we expected, also the bed was too small

Cons: The staff Wasn’t warm nor welcoming. Most of them look like they don’t like there job . Have no willing to go above beyond to help customers.Chirstina at front desk was very unprofessional. Mis charged me and give me attitude for the mistake she made . Including manger came over try to solving problem was condescending too . Like they were bothered by me . He would interrupt me while I was polite ask to talk to him about issues. If you ask one more question they would be inpatient. And also I hope I didn’t get good assist because I am Asian. They don’t see me as a valuable client.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Walking distance to private beach and restaurants. People at front desk were super nice Parking, private beach with towels and chairs included are a big plus! Security was very impressive specially on a busy 4 of July weekend. We left some items at the pool and security was extra nice getting it to our room.
Cons: The Restaurant was closed for July 4 with only option of o bbq party at $150 per person. Since we had under age teenagers who can’t drink it was not in our plans to go out to party so we had to out looking for a restaurant. We ended up missing the fireworks from hotel beach, got stuck over an hr on traffic when normally is about 10 minutes. Although Great idea for growing ups party.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location is amazing and the property is very nice. Large room, great shower and amazing views even though we weren't directly ocean front. Easy parking. Awesome beach and boardwalk.
Cons: I am not one to complain all that much but the service for breakfast was pretty bad. Buffet servings were empty or had sat for hours. Server was first day on the job which is fine of course but he was really confused and no one else there was backing him up.

6.3 Good
Pros: Poorly managed food not that good
Cons: The service was bad on the beach, at the lobby bar and the breakfast buffet nobody knew what they were doing.Front desk no information when I asked about activities. Also at the Tiki bar outside the hotel waited and waited to get a drink, and I was totally ignored.

Pros: The key to my room did not work several times also my see if it did not work several times and had to have security come up multiple times and sent to the phone didn’t work in my room and the air-conditioning didn’t work we had to switch rooms they were less than apologetic I had to fight to get one day take it off my bill after I spent hours waiting for security to come to my room with keys and also to open my safe
Cons: Poor customer service when speaking with the supervisor he listened but was leas than apologetic .. no follow up !!! No offer for future stay ... I am absolutely blown away being in the customer service business what I saw and what went down and the way I was treated
6.8 Good
Pros: The room was clean and the location perfect. Check in was very easy and pleasant. The staff at the beach was very nice.
Cons: For the most part, wait staff was grumpy. The bathrooms near the beach and in the lobby had NO toilet paper. Cons: People making noise and kids running up and down in the hallway screaming until 12 o’clock midnight!
9.5 Excellent
Cons: noisy people in the hallways late at night were problematic
2.5 Mediocre
Cons: I booked a 2 bed room because I’m traveling with my father. When we arrived late that night there was only 1 king bed. Staff said this happens when they sell out. They then questioned me as to why I needed two beds. when the reservation said 2 adults. Maybe because I don’t sleep in the same bed as my father?? They brought up an air mattress that went flat during the night. NEVER staying at a double tree again- or using this booking website.

Pros: Location was clean, the staff is friendly. The carpets in any area did not smell musty (love that). It's a small hotel but very nice.
Cons: The outside of the hotel in pictures looks good (kind of like an estate home) but when you arrive it has a weird look (like an old office building). I wonder what this building was before it was a hotel.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Expected more from 3*.

Pros: The apartment is very nice and clean. Fast check in and check out. Bed super comfortable and a lot of amenities im the bathroom.
Cons: There is no microwave in the rooms. I wanted to pay my reservation with cash on the check in and I couldn’t because the manager said I had to give a credit card as a hold. I didn’t have the money in my account and she looked like she didn’t care. Claudio though was very helpful and tried to help us with all the information.
7.0 Good
Pros: Room was very nice size & staff very good.
Cons: Heating system kept on coming on all night & was very loud. Toilet was very loud, bed was too high. Overall did not get a good night’s sleep. The facility was very nice as it just had some renovations.

Cons: Nothing worth mentioning.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hole layout was so different

Cons: No clock or microwave. And the loud people next to my room.
9.5 Excellent

Cons: Having to pay extra for breakfast.
7.0 Good
Cons: The hotel was still under renovation.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful renovation. Lots of friendly staff.
Cons: Pricey for the location.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The bed was confortable and the HD TV was good.
Cons: The room has old carpet that doesn't look very clean, the fridge makes so much noise I had to move furniture and unplug it, the AC is so loud you can't turn it on and sleep, my room never got serviced while I was here, didn't pay for breakfast but by the look of it is very poor, I actually met a person at the hotel who had three more nights already paid and was leaving the hotel for another one as he couldn't sleep with all the noise.
7.0 Good
Pros: The room was very nice and spacious, and the Elite lounge was very nice. The facilities were pretty clean, and the staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. The amenities were first rate.
Cons: Two things: 1) There was a wedding at the hotel, and a reception in the ballroom. Our room overlooked the ballroom and so we definitely got some of the bass from the wedding party. If we were any lower than the top floor this could have been a serious issue. 2) The air circulation in the hotel room was awful. The air felt stale, wet, and moldy. I woke up in the middle of the night so stuffed up I couldn't breathe. We had the AC on and set to 66, but it never got any colder than 68 in our room. For as pricey as the hotel was, I expected better facilities in my actual room.

5.0 Okay
Pros: It was a convenient location.
Cons: The hotel is rundown, needs a lot of TLC. The cable was wonky, no HBO the first night, the second night half the stations were out, the 3rd and 4th night some other stations were not working. The gym was flthy and the equipment worked poorly. The breakfast was terrible.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Good location Free breakfast Friendly staff Big room with full kitchen Good water pressure in the shower
Cons: Shower to bathtub plug didn’t work if you have smaller kid needs to use the bathtub have to fill the tub using shower head Extra sheets/blanket have sweaty smell Blanket/duvet pretty thin needs to adjust the air con to hotter setting in summer time If you stay next to the basketball court/pool the noise from the basketball court and pool is pretty loud at night
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Place was awesome! The staff were friendly, room was big and clean, also the location was quiet. Breakfast was good! And the best part for us, was that they are very dog friendly, as we had brought our 2 dogs with us.
6.8 Good
Pros: Convenient to major road ways Room was clean, light over stove did not work.
Cons: A musty order, very noticeable upon entering room.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, amenities, size of room
Cons: Needs a face lift. Bathroom grout is discolored, furniture has seen better days.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel employee was wonderful! Outstanding customer service. I was skeptical staying here after reading the reviews. I discussed my concerns and the ratings with hotel employee and she addressed each of my concerns. I will be back when visiting my son
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Roomy rooms nice decor
Cons: It is a long haul from the car for unloading.....the tables are all loose ....coffee table kitchen table....office chair missing screw to hold arm on
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Feel like your home comfortable small pool I would go back
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was very nice. I loved having a kitchen in a hotel room, There were a lot of choices for breakfast. The pool was well maintained and the grounds were visually appealing. The outside sitting area around the pool was also an added plus.
Cons: The balcony was in need of repair. It felt unsafe, leaned, and you could see the joints pulling apart from the building. The outside lights were not all working. Housekeeping gave us 2 clean towels but no wash clothes. It would have been nice to have 4 towels because we showered twice a day because it was so hot and the beaches are in close proximity. I heard one staff member actually yell at a person for getting into the pool earlier than stated hours. It was unprofessional the way it was handled.
6.8 Good
Pros: The bed was comfortable, the sheets were clean.
Cons: There were pesky flies that woke me up several times throughout the night. Both hand soaps given to us were moldy. The bathroom was super small and the whole room just smelt generally...bad.
4.3 Okay
Pros: There was a nice basketball half court for my son to play on.
Cons: Our room had a horribly overpowering musty smell. There was dried food on the couch cushions and behind the couch cushions on the pull out sofa. In the bathroom, the caulking around the base of the toilet and the tub were either cracked or had peeled away and left keeping yellow holes in the space. Outside, the steps that lead up to our room were heavily worn, and the paint was severely chipped or peeling away. There was also trash on the steps leading up to our room. It also appeared that some of the units at this hotel were being rented by the month, being used as living quarters for some families.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: We loved the space and location
Cons: Same breakfast daily

Pros: Fruit available at the entrance and for breakfast Good breakfast included We saw people cleaning the floors, the elevator, the rooms... Very nice renovated room The hotel was part renovated and part not but we were not bothered by people doing renovations
Cons: The coldness of the pool water (interior pool). We would have liked heated water.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Large selection of breakfast items. Beds were comfy.
Cons: The times that the pool was open to the guests
9.3 Excellent
Pros: We originally were given a room that was not renovated and it was sub-par and not cleaned well. We let the receptionist know and she gave us a room that was renovated- it was a perfect room. Thank you!
Cons: The pool wasn’t the best (very dingy)
4.5 Okay
Pros: The location
Cons: Wasn’t told when booking the hotel was under construction, I found out after by email and couldn’t change the reservation. When I called the hotel they didn’t tell us how extensive the renovations were. The hotel shouldn’t be open with this much work going on, everything was affected. Breakfast was minimal and we had to go up to the 3rd floor by elevator only to come back down by steps to the 2nd floor to get to our room. The construction was loud during the day when the weather was raining and we stayed in. The service was horrible , the staff didn’t know any answers to any questions we asked - all around horrible experience
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean in and out. Breakfast is great. Located near the highways, restaurants and shopping. Staff is friendly. They have Keurig coffee in the rooms.
Cons: The room was a bit small but for me that is a minor negative. All in all no complaints.
4.5 Okay
Pros: Clean new room
Cons: They were very difficult to deal with regarding. Y reservation. I needed to make a change in the day and they did not allow it and charged me an extra day.
7.0 Good
Pros: Staff was amazing very friendly and helpful
Cons: There was construction going on early morning and we understand that upgrades are good but woke up early to hammering especially on my time off of work
5.0 Okay
Pros: Is close to the beach and Pier Villeage
Cons: It is Under renovation, there is no pool available and to do exercise the room was not available neither. No lobby área. It is very inconvenient even the area to eat for breakfast was very very small rooms. :(
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Staff, remodeled rooms.
Cons: breakfast could have been better. There were only toast and cereal. Maybe add muffins
7.0 Good
Pros: The room was very nice. The bed was comfortable.
Cons: The place was under renovation and we're notified at booking. Breakfast was minimal, room was small. Under renovation limited food. Very disappointed.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff was extremely nice, the bed was very comfortable, and the room well appointed. We enjoyed the indoor pool as well.
Cons: The vending machine only offers soda, and there is only one ice machine located on the top floor.
5.5 Okay
Pros: The updated rooms were nice and the ladies at check-in/check-out were helpful
Cons: The breakfast was bleak and lacked variety. I had a concerning incident at around 3-4am where it sounded like someone was tinkering with my door. I go to the door and I see a tall guy get up quickly and walk down the hallway. I call the front desk because I felt extremely unsafe, from my room, and I get no answer twice. I call from my cell and the front desk attendant, Nate. informs me that it was him trying to slide a receipt under my door and that he had it the front desk but was unable to successfully complete the task due to the new doors. When I go down in the AM, the front desk attendant informed me that I did not have a receipt since I booked through a third party and it was very concerning. She also stated the front desk attendent would of been aware of that last night. I would think twice about booking again for my safety as I was very concerned with the conflicting information. I have also informed corporate.

7.5 Good
Pros: Room was convenient to the parking lot
10.0 Excellent
Pros: did not have
Cons: no ice machine
7.5 Good
Pros: Since it's an Extended Stay hotel, breakfast use to be very simple, and this is the case: at morning there is some coffe and a muffin to the guests. But it's not bad, only simple as it is supposed to be.
Cons: Room and the goods (towels and bed clothing) were clean at arrival, but the room was not clean daily.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: The staff was very nice. From the time I checked in until I checked out they did their best to be pleasant.
Cons: The room was not clean. The third floor smells terrible. I didn't want a smoking room but the entire floor smells like old smoke. The shower curtain was completely mildewed and the bathroom smelled like mold and mildew.
1.0 Poor
Pros: The only convenient thing about this hotel is the location.
Cons: We checked in around 11 p.m. and they gave us the keys to someone else's room. We're lucky we did not get shot trying to get into that room. When we finally got into our room, it was dirty and smelled bad, and there were long black hairs in between sheets
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The coffee in the morning was good and appreciated. The room was comfortable.
Cons: It would be nice to have restaurants nearby that are within walking distance.
1.0 Poor
Pros: Nothing. People in parking lot repairing their cars, hanging out in groups smoking, living at the hotel. Did not feel safe, even though in a very nice area of NJ shore.
Cons: The location is good, the hotel was adequate but the experience reminded me of driving through a bad neighborhood. We did not spend the night. Burning money.
4.3 Okay
Pros: The staff was friendly
Cons: Maybe clean.
4.5 Okay
Pros: The staff tried to solve my dilemma not there seems to be lack of communication as well as overall chaos at this place.
Cons: I had booked a room.for 2 nights. When I returned after the first night someone else had been given my room. My belongings were behind the front desk. The night clerk had to clean a dirty room in order for me to have a room. I was in the computer as a no show. My card was charged as such. Only upon check out was this rectified. The owner would not answer his phone the night the clerk tried to reach him as I stood at the desk with nowhere to go. I definitely do not recommend this hotel.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Good location easy on easy off GSP
Cons: A hotel staff member came to check my bathroom counter when I was getting ready and had the do not disturb sign up.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: Limited options with rooms.

Cons: The one thing I can say is that the metal frame of the queen bed stuck out and can hurt your leg, ankle or foot if not careful
5.8 Okay
Pros: Close to the beach
Cons: Bathroom was dirty missing tiles . Staff weren’t friendly asked for towels they told us they didn’t have any and when they did we would have to come get them from the desk because there was not any housekeeping at 3 pm
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Check in took extremely long and there were only two people ahead of me. Staff walking around and in the back, not busy, but did not assist at the check in counter. No restaurant or bar and breakfast was stopped at 9 am.

Pros: This was a horrible experience! The room was clearly NOT cleaned there was facial hair shavings all over even on the toilet roll there was a USED SOAP in the bathroom and hair in the shower. And toilet paper in toilet not flushed ALL of which I unfortunately found AFTER I had settled in. My husband drove a long way to meet me and was half asleep when I went to shower. L even when we first walked in the room felt like a nasty cheap motel. The thought of wasting almost$600 for a 2 night stay in this dump is sickening. I went to speak to someone in front desk brought out the used soap to show them and asked them to come look at the dirty bathroom. My phone was dead or else I would have taken pictures. He looked at me like it wasn’t a big deal didn’t even flinch I ask for a manager no one was available. I went back to front desk the next morning to speak to a manager they said there wasn’t any took my report and said someone would call me back. No one has called at all. This place is disgusting. It totally ruined my birthday weekend which is why we stayed. Stay away

3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing!
Cons: First of all there was jack hammering going on as we walked to our room which covered us with fine dust which I’m highly allergic to dust and mold. I still have a sore throat from the incident! No barriers up. No warning! Stairwell not closed off. Welding where arch could be blinding if looked directly into light!(especially a child!) OSHA would have been horrified to see this! No taped off area or covering! No WiFi in our room but huge sign outside saying they had WiFi and on booking site! We had to change room away from jack hammering of flooring outside but no WiFi. Too late to cancel for the day but cancelled next two nights! Hated we had to pay for the night there! We were up and out as early as possible the next morning! Found a lovely hotel for the next two nights which only had 1 room left when we got there! This was no way to start a long needed mini vacation. Stressed and would love a refund for all the trouble we had to go through! Aren’t you sorry you asked?
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: nothing
Cons: sticky floors, bath tube did not drain, toilet continuous running, air condition cycling continuous, mold in bathroom, no room to move around in room
5.8 Okay
Pros: Decent location. It was close to our favorite diner and moderately close to relatives. It has fridge and microwave.
Cons: The floor was slippery and sticky during the entire stay with cleaning product which they said would dry, but never did. The rug by the bedside seemed old and on its last leg. Due to the color, it was hard to discern whether it was clean or dirty. I feared walking barefooted in the room or having anything drop on the rug. Overall, the room was adequate but not very comfortable. We contemplated moving to another hotel close by but due to the negative reviews of the other hotel, we felt that this was the lesser of 2 evils. Hence, we endured.
1.0 Poor
Pros: not much....the beds were comfortable
Cons: The room was very damp, floor was filthy
4.3 Okay
Pros: Location was main thing but the front office was not helpful..
Cons: My wife found and we have pictures of bugs in the room.. cockroaches t be exact. This is not good. I tried to tell you but I cannot get in touch with you. And the front office at the red roof said I had to go through you...so here the deal. Compensation back to me or I will call my credit card and let them know. My wife’s phone has the bug pictures. When I get home I will send them to you.
8.0 Excellent

Cons: There were cobwebs in our room and we found a dirty towel in one of the drawers
4.5 Okay
Pros: No breakfast offered charged fro everything and property was in poor condition especially for what we paid.
Cons: Needs a major overhaul!
5.5 Okay
Cons: There was hair in the drain and around the shower.. a crib was not available to me and I couldn’t get extra pillows

3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Only the location and the pool
Cons: The room was dirty. The blankets and the sheets had holes and were dirty too. The bathroom door was broken. There was no breakfast (just coffee and some cereal, in the reception lobby, with no tables).
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was great for us as we were only a few minutes from Monmouth Park. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The pool is well cared for and clean.
Cons: The rooms need some repairs. Unfortunately some people throw their trash in the parking lot and it needs to be cleaned up.
6.8 Good
Pros: Not a far walk to the pool. Shower had a strong steady stream. Able to park car right outside room for quick loading and unloading.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: It was good maybe they could have added bagles or donuts as well
4.8 Okay
Pros: The only good thing is that the pool is open from 8am to 8pm.
Cons: All the rooms smell like cigarettes, and that is unacceptable! If I didn’t have other options to stay for the night, I would have not stayed! I booked two rooms, one for my brother, his wife and baby. Their room had a lightly smell of cigarettes. The other room was for me and my sister, and it smelled like someone smelled a whole pack inside the room, I asked to be moved, and I was, but the other room still had a cigarette smell, less than the first one, but still did. Also, when I was in the front asking for a room, another person was also asking for “another room where the AC works and there are no roaches”. Looks like the rooms were recently remoled, except for the bathroom. The bed wasn’t too comfortable, it felt like one side of the bed was hanging in the air. Also, hotels.com says “continental breakfast”, FALSE! The only free thing is the cereal with milk, you have to pay for the coffee.
4.5 Okay
Pros: The pool looked decent. Staff was polite and I think did their best. My room was clean. The hot water worked. They had a Roku TV so I could watch movies, with my own subscription.
Cons: I correctly guessed that the motel was built in the '50's. It looked like it hadn't been upgraded or repaired since. The room was as basic and minimal as it could be. There were small cracks in the old walls. The chest was missing its top drawer. The bathtub did not drain properly, and eventually a pipe broke, dripping through to the room downstairs. The front light was flickering when I arrived and then went out. Staff called for maintenance but as it was July 4th weekend, no one was available so I put up with it. "Breakfast" consisted of one Cheerios dispenser.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: TV was nice- but had to ask desk how to operate without using Netflix account
Cons: rooms need to be upgraded or just fixed!!! a lot of fixtures hanging from walls, no USB plug in or alarm clock, smoking permitted outside of rooms which meant everyone hung outside of rooms making loud noises until well after midnight.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: The pool
Cons: The rooms The hotel offers breakfast and it is not true.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: The pool looked nice and it was about 25 minutes to the beach.
Cons: Did not like the people hanging outside the hotel and the rooms, almost homeless or drug addict type. People sleeping in cars, under gazebo all night. Rooms smelt of smoke and cheap air freshener. Definitely not a place to stay for a family not used to that type of inner city element.
6.8 Good
Pros: It had a pool and it was close to everything
Cons: They needed to be updated
7.0 Good
Pros: It was coffee and cereal.
Cons: You should have been able to access the room via the door to the parking lot.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were amazing and the pool was gorgeous. I mean they really have a little Oasis in the back there. It was also very close to Long Branch Pier village which is what we came to spend the day at. Saturday we just ended up staying by the pool all day.
Cons: I guess the only turn off was the breakfast could have been a little better. I mean just adding bagels or donuts or entenmann's would help. The rooms could use a little updating.

Pros: Price was acceptable, location was appropriate for where I needed to be that evening.
Cons: Phone in the room was missing buttons, as was the air conditioner. Bathroom faucet was loose, shower was discolored, furniture was discolored. Air smelled of smoke. Overall the room needed repairs and thorough cleaning.
1.0 Poor
Pros: Being that I had No electricity at my home due to the storm the best thing this hotel had to offer was electricity/cool air.
Cons: Upon entering the hotel room (115) the stench/ foul smell immediately gave me a headache and upset stomach. I sprayed 1/2 bottle of body spray to mask it. Inside the bathroom there were numerous spider webs and ants all over the counter and floors .
