Pros: Great front desk team, super attentive, really tries to make your stay amazing. Super clean. Tasty Breakfast options, different for both nights of my stay. Quiet rooms, huge spaces, well equipped kitchen. Nice TV's / plenty of channels.
Cons: Uber drivers have no clue how to get to and from.

Pros: I love the memory foam mattress' every time I go that's the best thing. The Breakfast Is ALWAYS GOOD AND Very filling.
Cons: I love the ayres hotels I usually try and stay at all of them this tI me though the cleaning crew bothered more than usual. 3 x's they came to my room after the first time I had told the ladies they could come back when I get ready to check out that I would be checking out by 11:45. I was taking a nap and they continued to knock.
Pros: Our stay was perfect. Staff was awesome. Hotel was very clean!!!
Pros: Very well built. This hotel even located by a very busy highway, it's still very quite. The patio area seems relaxing! I recommend.
Cons: no shampoo
Located conveniently close to the I-10 Freeway, Ayres Hotel Redlands is the optimal destination for leisure and business travelers alike. Guests enjoy spotless guestrooms, and complimentary amenities include parking, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a daily full breakfast buffet.
Pros: I loved how clean it was my room personally was big
Cons: There's not much I can say I didn't like ....other than parking got packed at night and me and my daughter had to park away far which made me a little uncomfortable
Pros: I cannot say enough good things about their complementary breakfast. Surprisingly robust with plenty of room and a friendly cleaning staff. Overall a great way to start the day.
Cons: Not faulting the hotel for this, but the location leaves much to be desired. East Hospitality Lane is rife with places you've heard of, which doesn't make this much of a "getaway" location. Luckily we were here as a place to stay that was "out of the way" of our actual Southern California vacation destination.
Pros: Super clean, great size rooms, great price point. and the free breakfast layout is far beyond most hotels "continental breakfasts".

Cons: Patio furniture in disrepair

The North Shore Inn is a great choice for a stay in Crestline. You'll have free perks like WiFi and self parking. Bonuses like refrigerators and microwaves are offered in all rooms, along with balconies or patios and flat-screen TVs.
Pros: I liked the atmosphere. It is a good place for a business trip - the breakfast bar was pretty good. The front desk staff was courteous.
Cons: I was on a lower floor facing the parking lot, there were obnoxiously loud people drinking beer from the trunk of their car until about 10pm. This is not a hit on the hotel as much as it is some of the guests.
Pros: Very clean hotel, close to the university, which is why we were in Loma linda
Cons: Would have been nicer to have a slightly lower price, but it was a good deal so I can't complain.
Pros: Loved the black out curtains. The breakfast was great also. The beds were comfortable and had a good night sleep.

Pros: I stayed here with two young children when visiting family in the area. The gentleman at checkin was very friendly. He was very polite and checked us in quickly and smoothly. The pool was fun for the kids. It seemed clean and kept up. The full breakfast was good- normal for this type of hotel. Oh and the beds were very comfortable.
Cons: The rooms were ok. Just felt like it needed updating. The carpets looked old and a little dirty. The fabric couch was in need of a good steam cleaning or just replacement altogether. Smelled a little musty.
Pros: Location of my handicapped room right off the elevator
Cons: Lights in bathroom on motion detector and shut off every time I was in the shower.
Pros: The hotel staff were friendly and efficient. The room was clean, attractive, quiet, and spacious. The breakfast was robust and tasty. The landscaping was exceptional. We had bougainvilleas blooming right outside our window!

Cons: I don't have any negative feedback. I will be staying here again.
Pros: Great rooms, beautiful lobby, yummy hot breakfast and there's a Starbucks across the street!
Cons: The area isn't the prettiest but seemed safe.

Cons: Couldn't think of anything.
Pros: Staff were very friendly and nice. I felt like being a guest in a family environment.
Cons: The only issue is that room was very small.
Pros: View at the balcony is excellent so are the staff and location is very convenrent
Pros: lake view and proximity to our friends wedding venue.
Cons: it was extremely hot and there were not enough fans provided to cool the room. it was difficult to sleep it the heat.
Pros: The staff was outstanding and it was across the street from where I was attending a meeting. There was lots of food available in the lobby for free, games, and movies. There was pop corn to go with the movies, lots of options for breakfast/evening.
Cons: The room I was in (3) was very small but everything was clean and lots of amenities.
Pros: Awesome !
Pros: Charming, convenient, and well attended.

The Switzer Park Picnic Area is a 10-minute walk away. San Bernardino International Airport is a 40-minute drive from the Arrowhead Lake Inn.
Cons: Poor soundproofing. Could hear guests talking in next room at normal level of speaking, plus walking around in room above. When I asked housekeeper for two more towels she said she didn't have any as I looked at her full cart. Strange!
Pros: Quiet Area
Cons: $100 deposit
Pros: Very large rooms full kitchen living room
Cons: Under construction
Pros: The rooms were super clean and comfortable. I loved the breakfast and the staff was amazing.
Cons: I loved everything about it.
Pros: Everything was perfect
Pros: Excellent place to stay
Pros: Rooms were clean and spacious. Very modern, full kitchen.
Cons: The washing machines didnt work, they were all out of order. Wasted alot of time going to outside laundry facility.
Pros: An incredible value for only ten dollars more than I would have paid at Motel 6. And I got a suite with full kitchen and fridge with icemaker, pots and pans in the kitchen, full microwave and stove/oven, separate bedroom, two tv's and a super nice room.
Cons: I had prepaid for my room so that was done before I got there. Workers at the front desk made it my problem their card reader wouldn't work properly over a twenty dollar deposit charge on my debit card. I feel they lacked training and courtesy.
Pros: We loved everything about our stay here. Nice hotel, nice rooms, helpful staff, good hot breakfast.
Cons: It would have been nice to have at least one mirror in the living area.
Pros: the indoor pool was great
Cons: Front desk staff wasn't responsive one time when we came down there to ask a question. We waited for 5 minutes and no one was there. They didn't even have one of those 'ring bell for service' either!
Cons: The only thing I wish was different was i would've liked breakfast being served earlier, even 6:30. Maybe even the coffee ready earlier. Otherwise, love this hotel.

Pros: The beds, how they had a sauna, and a jucuzzi.
Cons: The room was small, i didnt sleep well because there were no AC so it was too hot even with the window open. In the morning it was so noisy between the people leaving and the cart of cleaning people. I could hear the door from next room. I wouldn't recommend this hotel even though it's a cute hotel with a great service and facilities.
Pros: It is exactly what you see on the pictures before you book the room. I wish it was a pet friendly place.
Pros: They have done a fantastic job transforming an old motel into the perfect place to stay, whether in the area for business or pleasure. The rooms were very nicely appointed, including cedar wood planks in the closet. There are nice and rare additions, including free water bottles in the room, fresh fruit available in the lobby, and tea, coffee, and hot chocolate available 24 hours per day. The free wireless worked great, which is not always the case with free hotel Wi-Fi. There is a small, but nice outdoor pool and hot tub area which includes two dry saunas.
Cons: The only negative is the breakfast area: It is too small. But that's a very small thing indeed compared with the positives of this place.
Pros: I have stayed here twice on week long trips and they always have the best price in the area. They also ahve the best environment. It feels like a little private paradise.
Pros: temperpedic beds!! so comfy! the ivy covered courtyard was so charming. a very nice room and great price!
Cons: a little tricky to get to from the 210 freeway but with gps no problem really.
Pros: They supplied a crib that was not just a pack-n-play. The fake fireplace was nice. And I liked being able to wash my cloths before we left.
Cons: The rooms were small and the over furnished, making things very cramped to put a suitcase or a crib. Yes, they supplied a crib, but they didn't have any actual bedding for it. They just gave us queen sized sheets, with matching size blanket and mattress pad, and full sized pillows. If your going to offer a crib, you should at least have accompanieing sheets for it, and leave the pillow out, it's not good to have in a crib anyway. There were two sets of knobs in the shower, which was weird and confusing. I also hated the despencers for shampoo and soap inside the shower and over the sink, it felt cheap, like I was showering at a gym. And I actually disliked the Tempur-pedic mattress, which I was really looking forward to sleeping on. The mattress seemed to sink too much and create and unsupportive uncomfortable divot that was hard to move around in. The foam mattress was also uncomfortably warm, it felt stuffy to sleep on. It was a big disappointment for the high price.
Pros: Everything was great. Was given a nice greeting for check in. The girl checked me in 30minutes before check in time started which was nice. The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Would recommend
Cons: That I didn't stay there for longer
Located in the entertainment district, Dynasty Suites Redlands is a great choice for a stay in Redlands. You can get a morning swim in at the outdoor pool, and the spa tub makes for a relaxing end to the day. A sauna and a steam room are other highlights, and rooms offer up nice touches like comfy beds with premium linens.
Pros: Very friendly staff, clean hotel, great location for events at the NOS center- about a 30 minute walk away.
Cons: A bit tough if you don't have a car. Not a lot of food or retail accessible by foot, lots of roads in the area missing sidewalks.
Pros: The rooms were not "amazing" but overall this hotel is VERY nice and very accommodating. The breakfast is amazing. Even though other hotels have breakfast included, I did not mind paying $11 for a huge, delicious breakfast.
Cons: Comforters should be larger and warmer.
Pros: Clean room, Keurig machine in the room and Neutrogena soaps. Shower was nice and large. Bed had a controller to adjust firmness.
Cons: Wish the breakfast was free. The television had an HDMI cable but when we attempted to connect the laptop to the tv it failed to work. Pool was small and the overall hotel was rather small.
Pros: room was very clean. beds were SUPER comfortable! Tv was up to date. service was good. we got water and snacks for being hilton honors club members!
Cons: bathroom wall paper was pretty dated and didnt match the black granite.
the shower curtain was too high so when we took a shower the water got all over the bathroom floor.
the couches or seats had weird stains on them but still seemed clean.
Pros: Comfortable and clean room.
Pros: The room was very nice and spacious. The beds were so comfortable
Cons: The parking lot was so small. We had checked in and went out with friends. When we got back to the hotel it was late, but there was only 1 spot available and it was between 2 big trucks.

Cons: it was a little pricy, but since I was here for an event, a lot of hotels were sold out so it was not a shock.
Pros: staff was courteous... especially front desk girl Adrienne
Cons: Carpets and the feel wasn't the cleanest. But possible renovation going on.
Pros: Attentive, Beautiful , Friendly
Pros: Our stay was amazing! The Double Tree was very clean and just great in general.
Cons: The shower. Very little water comes out and you have to wait a whole for water to get hot.
Pros: Temperature control on wall and super comfy bed!
Pros: It was being renovated, but the changes will be nice.
Cons: I don't appreciate Kayak advertising that it is a Hilton when it is not.
Pros: Hotel is no longer a Hilton and under renovation. A very serious health issue of a family member brought us together & we took 3 rooms for out-of-town family. On the check-out day we advised the "front desk" (actually a table in the gym) that we would keep one room for another day. As it neared check out time, the maid came to say that we had to leave as the room was already booked to someone else (who was sitting on the floor next to the room waiting to get in!) Went to the "desk" to state my disappointment and was treated politely, but in an unconcerned manner with "We overbooked." Is that MY problem. Hilton probably would have made arrangements for a rom somewhere else for us, but The Hotel San Bernardino did not.
Cons: Attitude of overbooking and sending guests packing without notice.
Pros: Right off the highway. The room was clean and the staff were friendly.
Cons: This is not a Hilton property as advertised by Kayak, therefore it was difficult to find. The hotel was going through many remodeling projects. The plumbing was bad and the power went out for about an hour during my stay.
Cons: Under renovation
Pros: The staff was friendly and professional! The suite was very nice and very clean. The front desk workers were extremely helpful and the housekeeping staff was pleasant and extremely considerate.

Pros: The staff was nice and the breakfast bar had a lot to offer.
Cons: Our room was too close to the freeway and you could hear the hum of tires all night.

Cons: Staff should let loose a little. Shouldn't be awkward when talking w guests. The tv was placed pretty awkwardly too.
Cons: Our room received no service on Friday, the first time this has occurred to me in a motel
Pros: The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was great and clean and comfortable.
Cons: I liked everything.
Cons: Walls were paper thin, staff was very loud during the day. Freeway noise at night was unbearable. Staff blew me off, said everyone complains. Breakfast was gross and not wry sanitary. I travel for a living and spend a lot of time in hotels. I rarely rate them, but I wanted people to be warned that this is not your usual Hilton/homewood suites stay, more of a motel 6 environment.
Pros: Breakfast was good.
Cons: Staff was terrible and room smelled and sheets were dirty.

Pros: Great location...close to the Village...unique and historic...wonderful Jacuzzi tubsbreakfast rather average...very friendly and helpful staff
Cons: coffee ??? not so good
Pros: Location, staff, great room, clean facilities
Cons: Three breakfast selection was minimal and or was provided piecemeal. Small quantities were brought out so consistently ran out and as soon as it was replenished a line would form so I skipped eating and just had juice.
Same as above. Would not go there again. Dragging luggage up multiple sets of steep stairs, musty old rooms, no bed downstairs, way too rustic.
Pros: Proximity to event at the lake
Cons: Extremely rugged/steep access to uppermost cottage, my elderly mother could not have made it up the hill alone. No bed downstairs in cottage, again stairs were too difficult for mother so we checked out within the hour and went on our way.
Enjoy your visit to Lake Arrowhead with a stay at Saddleback Inn. You can unwind with a drink at the bar/lounge, and the restaurant is the perfect spot to grab a bite to eat. Rooms at this romantic hotel are done up right with upscale touches like private spa tubs, fireplaces, and jetted tubs.
Cons: spoiled with my own bed. was firm one side sloped down hill and was concave on the other side.
The history of Lake Arrowhead is as rich as the natural surroundings and sparkling lake view. Lake Arrowhead Resort and Spa is far more than just a picturesque place. It inspires loyal guests to create treasured memories, to celebrate each moment and to rekindle their spirit. It is a state of mind where the ambiance and amenities are merely the gateway to a more majestic experience.High above the frenzied pace of the city, Lake Arrowhead Resort and Spa is situated at an elevation of 5,106 feet in the San Bernardino National Forest along the shores of picturesque Lake Arrowhead, with plenty of fresh air and clear-blue sky.
Cons: Lights in rooms were very bright. They charge for ice?? That's very lame.
Pros: Very very clean, family run, nice area close to alot of shopping. Everything walkable. Quiet.
Pros: They had a microwave and mini refrigerator
Flat screen HD TV
Cons: Very hard rough towels
Baby spiders on the roof in the light bulbs
Blankets were also uncomfortable
Pros: It was close to anything I needed....it was very quiet and the staff helped me with anything
Pros: When first getting there i thought from the outside that i had made a mistake. While checking in the staff was friendly and hospitable. When entering the room I thought the worse and to my surprise the room was outstanding. Hardwood floors in the room and tile in the bathing areas. They were just putting in the HD and the scent of the room was basic but welcoming.
Cons: The only thing I didn't like was their mandatory cleaning around 12pm-2pm. You are required to leave your room for the cleaning. So if you are staying more than one day you will be expected to leave. but when you return your room will be cleaned and fresh smelling.
Colton Inn is a great choice for a stay in Colton. Guests can take a dip in the outdoor pool, and freebies like WiFi and self parking are added perks. Bonuses like refrigerators and microwaves are offered in all rooms, along with flat-screen TVs and premium bedding.
Pros: Spaciousness awesome parking Wide variety for breakfasts and oh so comfortable bed and pillows
Cons: Very small. Lotions and shampoos
Pros: I had a suite for two days and it was very nice. The front desk workers were very nice. The pool area had a beautiful landscape (however the hot tub was not working). The laundry facility was also great. The room was spacious. There aren't too many restaurants in the immediate area, however they were easy to get to about a mile away. All in all I really enjoyed my stay and will book here in the future.
Cons: The hot tub in the pool area was out of order.

When visiting Crestline, Sleepy Hollow Cabins and Hotel is a great choice to consider. You can get a morning swim in at the outdoor pool, and the spa tub makes for a relaxing end to the day. Rooms feature bonuses like refrigerators and microwaves, along with fireplaces and premium bedding.
Pros: The rooms were spacious, good sized kitchen area, bathroom and vanity. Beds and pillows comfortable. Very clean. Breakfast was amazing! Pool was perfect!
Cons: Not informed of remodel, smell of paint off and on in the lobby and hallways. Stuffy in the hallways, no air.
Pros: The fact that we were on a floor with access to the outside grassy area for pets was great. The kitchenette had a fridge and microwave. Nice stay.
Cons: The shower could have been slightly cleaner or updated faucets.
Pros: Spacious room, would return if I need to go to the area. Complimentary breakfast was nice, good price.
Pros: It was clean. Staff was friendly.
Pros: I stayed here for 3 nights while looking for a place to move to in the area. I checked in very late and being a woman traveling alone I was hesitant to see what floor I would be on but the gentleman at the front desk put me on the secure 3rd floor without me asking so that was much appreciated. My single king room was extremely clean (even smelled great), bed was very comfortable, the breakfast had a great variety of food and drinks. Very welcoming place and for an awesome rate. Not the more picturesque location as it is in an industrial area but I had no issues with security or safety.
Cons: Room was tainted with cigarette smoke smell, claustrophobic, 88 degrees in hallways, AC in room was like an icebox, temperature extremes and horrible front reception rude as heck.
Pros: We arrived earlier than expected and Janice was very helpful and welcoming to accommodate us. I had stayed here before and was very pleased to come back. We Loved the room. Was well cleaned. Bed was comfortable. The room was a great size.
Cons: The only thing we had a problem with was that they put us in a handicap room and the shower was extremely hard to use being as the toilet area and shower were one big open area and the was no shower curtain to divide or an easy way to use it
Pros: Large rooms, good breakfast and friendly staff. But the extra that put this hotel over the top for us was their complimentary happy hour from 5:00-7:00: 2 free drinks and tacos in the cozy dining area. After being stuck in snow traffic for hours, this was just what we needed to unwind!
Pros: price, location, amenities, parking, all good.
Pros: Did not like the light switches, coffee pot was in a very difficult to operate, and very awkward to use in that place, good coffee. Good sleep, Good places to eat near by.
The Country Inn & Suites by Carlson San Bernardino/Redlands features complimentary hot breakfast buffet, High Speed Wireless Internet, outdoor pool heated year round, fitness room, guest laundry, suites with or without kitchens, executive level rooms. Hotel is only one mile from Redlands University, five miles from San Bernardino, twenty miles from Ontario and thirty-five miles from local skiing.
Pros: Room looked newly remodeled. I liked all the finishes. The whole interior was clean.
Cons: I don't mind construction at all but finding out there was no working pool at check in is not acceptable. I should have gotten a heads up on that before that. The pool and gym are a big part of my decision when I'm picking out a hotel. I would have gladly paid more a night for a location that had a pool
Pros: There was free breakfast... it was OK
Cons: I just returned home from a vacation to California, I live in NY and have never been there. I had a couple friends let my boyfriend and I stay with them in their beautiful apartment in LA, then we had a weekend long event in San Bernardino and we offered they could stay a night or two with us so they didn't have to drive an hour home each night. When I first pulled up to the hotel I thought it was abandoned. There are old, corroded support beams covering the entire building, and at about 2pm there was only 2 cars in the parking lot so it looked closed. Upon checking in, I read the sign that essentially ruined my entire trip to California, the pool was also being "worked on" and the four bathing suits I packed for the 3 night stay were now just a waste of space in my carry-on. We were only 5 minutes from the event center, and after going to many holiday inn locations I assumed the two busses outside were the complimentary shuttles, I asked if the shuttle would bring us to the event center, I was told no and that those are only "for staff to go to the grocery store", I've never heard of such a thing, but never the less, another disappointment. An uber driver told us this hotel has looked this way for a LONG time, maybe over a year. I took pictures of the outside of the building because if I can find the correct place to post them, I'm sure NO ONE would book a room in this location. Lastly, upon checking out, a kind man we met outside (another guest) was complaining at the desk that a STAFF MEMBER went into his room and stole some very expensive products when he had left for dinner. The front desk worker called the police and my heart couldn't have hurt more for the man that forgot to put on his "do not disturb" sign... I seriously considered not staying at a holiday inn again. I like this rewards program, but not if the hotels will look like this when you show up to your "dream vacation" and they don't even warn you the pool isn't full of water. What a BUMMER.
Cons: Rough Yowels
