So very charming. Outdoor breakfast space. Bathroom could use a minor renovation
This was our third visit to Glen Cove Inn; we originally found it by accident, and could not have been happier. Nothing has changed - although the experience might have even improved. Our room was spotless and comfortable, the staff was great! No issues or dislikes
Great location, very clean, spacious, comfortable room. Staff were very friendly. Would have preferred a room on the first floor, had to walk up a full flight of stairs to get to our room but luckily the weather was nice so not too big of a deal.
extremely clean and quaint. Staff was Excellent Room was a little small , but still perfect for 1-2 people.
Located near a few towns with good restaurants and several beautiful parks, as well as close to the water. Within driving distance of several activities and sights. Wifi was weak.

Nice place to stay along Route 1 when driving the coast. The continental breakfast was great and started off our day well. We found the staff to be very friendly. I would have no problem staying here again.
It was very clean and the room was adorable. Loved our little front porch!
Clean, beautiful view, great customer service and a wonderful breakfast.
I enjoyed the scenery and the location.
I liked the area it was close to everything. The cottage prices were really high for mid September. And I myself don't smoke however making quests go off the property and up to the road is a little ridiculous.
Great location, minutes from Camden and mid coast locations. We stayed in both cottages and guest rooms, and you get what you pay for. The staff and grounds make this a good value. We would stay here again. The vistas are a little lacking, unless you take the walk to an oceanside deck which is fabulous.
Location We left after 10 minutes and were refunded. Severe health hazard.
Comfortable beds, good breakfast in a pleasant space Promotional photo of boardwalk is misleading. From the room it was at least a 1/4 mile walk to the beach. It was not all like being on the ocean as the photo suggests. Mostly, though, we were surprised and disappointed by the unaccommodating nature of management. We had made a mistake and confused our arrival date. But although we accepted that we should pay the penalty (a deposit of 1/2 for the one missed night) management insisted on penalizing us 1/2 for the entire booking. This was particularly surprising since other rooms and cabins were clearly vacant both before and after our stay, and given the fact that we were willing to stay an additional night if some understanding and accommodation had been made. On top of this, another customer at the time told us they had been offered their cabin at 1/2 price. All of this left a very bad taste …Bottom line= Poor customer service/Unaccommodating attitude
Very Clean, Nice location Beds were a bit hard
Nice facility, spacious rooms, good location, nice property to walk around. The walls between the rooms are very thin; you can hear drawers being opened and closed, conversations, etc. The porch light outside the front door is very bright and illuminates the room and makes it difficult to sleep.
I was greatly impressed by the customer service. From the very first call I made to ensure that we could have one of the pet friendly rooms, to the housekeeper that gave us great information on the area, every single person we had contact with was wonderfully pleasant and helpful. I would have liked the restaurant menu to be more extensive. We ended up eating our dinners out after our first night there.
great view of the golf course and ocean but very small room for a hefty price.
The outside pool and hot table was very nice. Also I enjoyed lunch at the pool cafe each day. The golf course is beautiful. Dinner at this resort was not very good but I did travel with a large group and this can be difficult for some restaurants.
Location and amenities
I loved the area and the breathtaking views from the room. The breakfast was awesome too! I enjoyed the cranberry muffins and scones. Love that there was a variety of breakfast items. Not much to complain about. It was all good!
Location excellent. Beautiful landscaping. Friendly staff. Views were spectacular.
This hotel has wonderful views. I sat on my balcony for hours. The hotel looks scary from the outside. The inside was very clean, but dated.

Amazing views and spacious grounds.Rooms clean and comfortable with nice touches.
We arrived as a group and found we were short a member which meant we could double up and save the cost of two rooms. The staff had no problem changing our reservations. The rooms were neat and clean with a beautiful view of Glen Cove. There was nothing not to like. We are a low maintenance group, not to say we would be happy with anything, this ;place just had no draw backs a far as we were concerned.
Great location between rockport and rockland. Friendly staff and the most beautiful rooms we've seen. Simple but totally redone and so clean and cozy. Not what you expect when you roll in. Great balconies with beautiful view over the bay.

The size and decor were terrific. The view was also amazing. no
This was the second time I have stayed at this Inn this summer!!! I love this place!!! It s tucked away, beautiful lush ground, incredible pool, and each room s and dcorated differently. The staff are all friendly!! I am hoping to go back n. Clobber again
We booked this hotel as a last minute reservation and did not expect much... The view, the friendliness of the staff, the large rooms, attention to detail, all completely blew our minds! Absolutely beautiful! We will absolutely be returning again!! No, we loved absolutely everything!
The Lord Camden Inn is a charming place to stay in the very picturesque town of Camden Maine. In retrospect we would have scheduled more time on our Fall Foliage trip for this area. The only down side is the bathroom is a little small but I would stay there in an instant given the chance again!
rooms are clean and inviting.
Clean and comfortable Road noise
Great mid coast location. Comfortable room with coffee and small fridge. Excellent value. Served a basic breakfast starting at 7:30a, a little late, but a short walk to Fog Lifter provides coffee at 6a, and nice breakfast option at 3 Dogs Cafe starting at 7a. Nice short walk to Rockport Habor, a little more ambitious walk into Camden, but all doable. Will definitely look to stay there again. Late start for breakfast.
Great little rooms with wonderful breakfast :) Nothing
What a wonderful surprise! We booked this room last minute, and the pictures do it no justice. It is clean, quaint and comfortable. It was in the perfect distance from the wedding we were attending at Samoset Resort. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. It was just like staying at a friend's home. We would definitely stay here again. I didn't like how they charged my card in full prior to my arrival. Most establishments use the card as a hold, and may even charge a percentage. This was disappointing, as I was splitting the room cost with my cousin, and she was going to pay her portion in cash there.
Great staff! Excellent customer service. Really comfortable beds. Relaxing atmosphere. Great food! Nice bathrooms!!
The hotel was great - small enough to feel like an authentic New England bed and breakfast but with the amenities and cleanliness of a modern hotel. They've essentially renovated a very old beautiful inn and filled it in with European appliances, modern design, bold colors and Scandinavian lighting. They also have a 5 star restaurant on site which is rare for an inn of that size. Best part by far was complimentary breakfast in Natalie's which was anything but continental. Lobster eggs hollandaise and a European style breakfast buffet made the cost worth every penny. Special touches included thoughtful notes from the staff, Belgian chocolates, a welcome aperitif and other complimentary flourishes that made us feel at home. Everything skewed early, which might reflect the typical age of guests. Natalie's bar closed on the early side (before 1030pm) and the place felt empty after 9pm. Breakfast is strictly between 730-930am. The hotel is not huge so if you're looking for anonymity, this is not the place.
What a perfect getaway! I needed to get away but I didn't want to travel too far since I'd only be going by myself and wouldn't be gone too long. So I choose Camden and this inn was really quite perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and sooo comfortable. I was in Room 3, which had this great river view. Falling asleep to the sound of the water below was great, plus the mattress was just so comfortable! Definitely will be recommending this place. This isn't a complaint, but more of a note: the shutters to one of the windows had a piece broken off and one of the other shutters had a couple pieces that needed to be closed manually. I could close them and it didn't bother me, but others might take note.
Very quaint. Perfect location in downtown Camden. Friendly staff. The restaurant on site closed at 8 pm.
Great location, reasonable pricing, the staff was professional and very low key... Relaxed.
It was a very comfortable and attractive room! It was very clean and the beds were great! :-) We really enjoyed our visit!!
Reasonably priced upscale motel with extra touches- super clean, attractive homey decor, beautiful flowers on grounds, friendly helpful staff, cleaning staff quiet in mornings, Great location for exploring Camden region. A mini fridge in room would have made it perfect!
The staff is very friendly and helpfull. The rooms are very tastfull.
Room was spotless and large, everything worked, and the windows actually opened. It is an older motel, but I thouhght it was very nice and a pleasant place to stay. I also especially liked the fact that there seemed to be some insulation in the walls, and I could not hear anything happening in other rooms! No
The room was very nice and beautifully looked after while I was there. I especially liked the fact they turned the heaing on for my return in the evening. Very thoughtful.
The staff at Cedar Crest Inn went out of their way to be helpful. They were pleasant and accomodating. No
Older facility, but very clean - reasonable price Beds were not comfortable.
Immaculate rooms! Quiet, well appointed, with comfortable bed. Did I mention immaculate? Close to downtown Camden, about a 10-15 minute walk. Pretty place, and the restaurant has great breakfasts. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.
We've been staying there for many years, the site is very nice, the area is our favorite. Staff seems a bit aloof, as though customers are a bit of a bother. Perhaps repeat customers are not required, business must be very good.
The location and amenities were good for us. Looking out over the lawn led to a tranquil feeling, very relaxing The breakfast area was small for the number of guests
Attractive setting, courteous and helpful staff, good breakfast selection and spacious rooms make the Country Inn at Camden/Rockport an excellent value. Also child friendly with an indoor swimming pool.
breakfast, spa/pool, added extra (cheese platter), good service.
I liked the size of the room, the continental breakfast and the ability to purchase items from Maine right in the lobby.
Everyone was very kind and very accomodating. The room was large and very sufficient.
The rooms are really quaint, good breakfast included and a nice pool. I would stay there again. The lady at the front desk when we checked in was a little gruff.
Good location, clean, family hotel, enough parkingspace
clean comfortable room, great quite location, excellent breakfast, relaxing. Have stayed their 3 times. We just love this place.
The rooms were tastefully decorated and immaculate. No where is soundproof but this was close. The staff was friendly and VERY accomodating. Breakfast and snack time were Good too. Want that blueberry crisp recipe! Only bummer...both times at the pool - no towels. Not a make or break issue though. Just means a lot of people having pool fun. Sauna on the fritz
The cookie time with the weather forecast each evening IN the room; tea time in the afternoon
