Friendly staff, excellent location, nice comfortable vehicle.Cons:
A little difficult to return the vehicle due to one way roads not easily maneuverable but on the 2nd go-around we figured out how to get into the lot and through the road construction. Nice staff, but they really scrutinize the vehicle so take pictures before you drive off the lot.3.6 Poor

Damage check when returning felt like a criminal investigation. It ended up fine, but seemed like they were really trying to find insignificant damage to hold you accountable for. They also shadily dodged questions about the gas fill up requirements.2.0 Poor

This office has a weird after hours dropoff policy: you are "responsible for the car" even when you drop the keys off in their lock box. In short: you're responsible for any damage even after you "return" the car until they have someone process your return.Avis

Staff was good, location was good, parking for my vehicle was available and reasonably priced. The vehicle was in perfect condition and the late drop provision was very easy.Cons:
I reserved a minivan very specifically, because I needed that size of vehicle. When I picked it up though, they did not have any minivans at all. They said my options were either a Suburban or a Ford Flex. I reserved a van because I needed a van. It didn’t really work that well, but we made do.10.0 Wonderful

everything on time and as expected however... the new electronic "agreement" seems pretty sketchy, no hard copy for the customer... could easily be changed on their side cant fit all the negatives into the better part, oopsCons:
first off, the guy who i picked up the car from straight up lied to me saying gas from them would be 2.15/liter if i dropped it off empty, saying its below market price, great deal, no extra fees... wow sounds very nice... i looked closer at the electronic agreement, nope, almost 3.00/liter....9.6 Wonderful

Everything's was very fast and easy and the car was great. We noticed during the pre-trip inspection that one tire had a nail in it, as is common around here with all the construction, so they gave me a new car, no issues at all with only a slight delay to change the paperwork. It was great.Cons:

I was given the option through Kayak to book this car for a time that the rental place literally WAS NOT OPEN. When I went to pick up the car the place was closed so I had to call Hertz customer service, demand a refund (which will take up to two weeks to be refunded to my card) and go to Enterprise4.4 Mediocre

Pickup was pretty quick and streamlined.Cons:
The car was not well maintained, which they knew because it was sluggish to start when they started it the first time. There was a nasty stain in the back floorboard. They were very rude when I tried to take the car back not filled with gas and insisted that I fill it, despite being willing to pay.10.0 Wonderful

The staff are professional and very nice. So far they have never overcharged me after I have rented here a couple of times. The cars are new and well maintained. I always make sure to rent and return within business hours though. Nothing to complain.Cons:
