My husband and I stayed here while visiting Sugarbush. The staff was amazing and made us feel welcome without being overbearing. We had never stayed at a B&B in this area and didn't know what to expect. All I can say is that we can't wait to come back again!
We were arriving on Christmas day so the owner sent us an e-mail about a month before to make sure we had dinner reservations for Christmas dinner. The staff was so welcoming and nice. We want to go back in the summer.
We stayed here with a group of friends and family for our wedding in the Longhouse, which is a separate building across parking lot from main building. Loved the rooms that have been redone (did not see the attached Annex rooms, which have not been completely renovated). Great layout allows for more than 2 people to stay in the room comfortably. (Some had a door from each sleeping area to shared bath; others the sleeping areas were separated by hallway with bath in between.) The Longhouse/Annex building worked out perfectly for our group as we rented 6 of the 8 rooms and had our own little area. There was some comfy lawn furniture where we spend time relaxing on a nice day. Breakfast was great and all staff was super friendly and accommodating. One of our guests had to work remotely and they not only let her check in very early, but offered her free breakfast as it was 9am. Food in the restaurant is superb. Great draft beer selection, extensive bar. The pub area is a great place to hang out as they have a casual indoor & outdoor dining, couches, TV, shuffle board, air hockey, and other games. We were really impressed with some of the small details, like the bathroom fan that works on a motion sensor, thermostat that gives outside temp & weather report. Owners Andrew and Heather were super friendly. Heather made a point to come introduce herself when we were checking out as I had not run into her during our stay. We love it and plan to stay here whenever we are in the Valley. No full length mirrors in the Longhouse. I agree with another reviewer that room could use a second mirror somewhere outside the bathroom. The pub area becomes overrun with children at times (esp during ski season), which is great if you are there as a family but a bit much if you're not.
