Pros: Water taps were backwards, toilet was loose, disappointing !

Pros: Thank you so much to the manager, front desk staff, and the limo driver for making our stay at Rama wonderful! Upon arrival just prior to 3 pm check in, we were treated to freshly baked cookies in the lobby! After an almost five hour drive, it was such a great welcome. We asked for and received a king size room on the ground floor. Unfortunately, the bathrooms are dated in the hotel and are in need of updating, but they were clean. We really lived the limo driver and service to and from Casino Rama. She was lovely to talk with. And for $8 a drive (not per person, but car load), it was a great way to get front door service to both the hotel and casino!
Pros: Enjoyed our stay start to finish. Accomodations and amenities were clean and lovely. The star of the show however was the unmatched customer service from the entire staff.
We will absolutely return and recommend Days Inn Orillia.
Pros: When going to Rama for a concert this hotel Rocks,a very short walk to the venue, friendly staff and an exceptionally clean and comfortable room for a very competitive rate.Just remember to book way in advance.

Pros: Cafeteria available for limited hours during our stay saved running into town for everything
Cons: The bed was like sleeping on a table. We added all the extra bedding we could find to make it just bearable.
Pros: We were looking for somewhere to sleep at a reasonable price and this place delivered. It was safe and spotless. No frills but was exactly what we needed. Would not hesitate to stay there again or recommend to friends.

Pros: Nice lobby area, soon they are getting an elevator although it wasn't opened yet when we visited, nice amenities in room, spacious bathroom, complimentary bottle of water.
Cons: Had to wait to both check in and heck out while staff members handled internal basis as we waited. Staff not very friendly, not rude but just did the basic job (after we waited). Not having an elevator.
Cons: Book a King Bed and got a Queen
Pros: room layout was perfect no hanging lights to hit the head on, ironing board, iron, hair dryer, coffee maker and fridge were supplied in the room, very friendly staff, easy to find location close to fast food, shopping and gas stations. peaceful and quiet.
Cons: the beds were a bit harder than we are used to but clean, 2 thick pillows and 2 thin ones would have been more comfy.bathroom exhaust fan could be much stronger, the transition from hall to bathroom floor trips you.
Pros: Loved the pool and hot tub. Good location. Staff were quiet but friendly when approached.
Cons: Omg!! You have GOT to get rid of that room spray. I felt a migraine come on within 1 minute of being in the room. we opened the window and had the fan on, to no avail. 4 hours with your odour neutralizer and it was bearable. Brutal!!!
Pros: Clean, modern, good location.
Cons: Price could be cheaper but hey it was a long weekend.
Pros: Very clean, nice room. Fridge, microwave and coffee machine in room. Staff very friendly.
Cons: Can be a bit irritating if people are talking loud in the hall. Can not hear from room to room though
Pros: It was clean and the beds were nice to sleep in.
Cons: The TV sucked (we were going to rent a movie-just had basic cable) Constantly heard other rooms toilets flushing at night, the bathtub tap dripped constantly (no conserving water here!) and the bathroom sink wouldnt drain.
Cons: It was Sir John A's Birthday - a bit crowded and loud in the restaurant. However food was amazing. They put a coffee maker in room - but no coffee
Pros: Staff was very courteous. Room service was wonderful.
Cons: The actual food from the restaurant wasn't all that great.
Pros: Proximity to highway. A complimentary make up remover was left for use, which was a lovely surprise. The coffee, that we made in our room was very good. Teh restaurant attached to the motel had a very good and reasonably priced breakfast.
Cons: The price was really out of line for the quality of the hotel. any conversations in the hallways were heard in our room. The toilets were not cleaned in the bathroom.
Cons: It was overpriced and a 2 star at best. Bedding was dirty. There was sand or grit and hair bits in the sheets. No answer at front desk, had to go myself to find someone to get clean bedding. Do not recommend and will never go back

Pros: Book room 105 it was fine. Had a fridge and microwave and coffee maker . More than I expected for the price.
Cons: No cold water for sink but I just used the tub faucet no big deal. It was 60 bucks with tax. There was a great fish restaurant at the end of the street and a Tim Hortons and there was a park across the street. Ithought it was supreme value for the cost
Bed was comfy

Pros: the location was not too far from the casino, and was close to some amenities. I like the breakfast. it was quiet for sleeping. Friendly staff
Cons: strange odor in the hallway, and also in my room very unpleasant, needs blackout curtains. I booked an accessible room, didn't get it, hotel needs elevator vending machine for tums etc,was empty and took my money did get reimbursed
Pros: Close to everything
Cons: No everything was great
Pros:  the front desk was amazing. my bed was comfy.
Cons: my room seemed rather cool. probably wouldn't be an issue in a month or two.
Pros: Good location
Cons: Terrible food. Dinner was over cooked and cold. Breakfast was poor. Hated the paper plates and plastic cutlery. It put me off my food. I would never serve food that way
Pros: The room was excellent, lots of space and very eco-friendly messages regarding housekeeping, towels etc. Loved the continental breakfast, great variety!!
Cons: Would have liked to have an indoor pool, but really enjoyed the large hottub/sauna area
Pros: Great location. Clean, quiet, and friendly staff.
Cons: Concerning the breakfast. It was great but they ran out of scrambled eggs and people wanted some more.Little detail but great breakfast.
Cons: Yes.The bed pillows were terrible. The full breakfast was not appealing .The meat choices were overcooked and breads not presented to the quality we expected. The casino shuttle was not running either.
Pros: Good value for the accommodation. Very comfortable bed.
Cons: Free breakfast was below average. As in any motor hotel....if you get a loud neighbour next door then you likely will be aware of them.
Pros: Hot breakfast buffet was amazing. Great way to start the day with waffles, eggs and bacon
Cons: Buffet was busy and not enough seating. Had to wait about 5 minutes for a table. Room also smelled like it used to be a smoking room so there was a lingering smell
Pros: Front desk was very helpful...our initial room was not very satisfactory and we were kindly offered another room which was very nice and was also an upgrade.
Cons: Breakfast was not very good, and picked over by the time we arrived.
Their was a very good breakfast and great coffee.

Pros: Good location and nice grounds. There's a gazebo and a bbq should you want to make use of them.
Cons: Though our room was very clean and comfortable, there was a distinct foul odour....like something had died. Didn't really notice until the morning, after the room had been closed up all night.
Pros: New fixtures, great breakfast, great room decoration, great pillows, good price.
Cons: No elevator, beds as hard a rock, not comfort. Need pillowtop matresses.
Pros: Overall a rather nice hotel great room friendly service
Cons: We had to tramp through a lot of snow as it had not been ploughed
Pros: Front desk customer service was good.
Cons: Room cleanliness was terrible and asked to move rooms. Second room was better than the first but still not great
Cons: The bath tub drain is very slow when showering....we reported this problem to the front desk when leaving.
Pros: The helpfulness of the staff !!! WOW, they were fantastic. Coming from Ottawa it was a VERY pleasant experience to have such warm, alert and friendly service.
Cons: The only thing I could have a negative thought about,is the temperature in the Breakfast Room.and I do realize that it is unavoidable if one expects hot toast and waffles.and it wouldn't be an issue in the winter.AND , I could have taken food to my room
Pros: Location for us was most important along with the breakfast being included.
Cons: Air conditioner was loud as it had a belt or bearing issue which was distracting during the night
Pros: Decent breakfast considering the price. The place has been recently renovated and looks more modern and clean than in previous stays.
Cons: Breakfast area was a bit busy.
Pros: Size of room
Cons: Breakfast area was crazy...but staff working there was very polite and ran a lot.

Pros: Room was clean and staff were friendly. We needed the room just to sleep after seeing a show at Rama and it met our needs.
Pros: NO SURPRISES. Fit in as much stuff as they can in a small room including a small fridge and a one cup coffee maker. Bed was fairly comfortable. Small flat screen tv with lots of channels. It is a 1 star so for that it is not bad.
Cons: Very plain looking and no charm whatsoever. Renovations were not done very well. It was clean though and the bed was not bad. Room was small and the bathroom is very small. Carpet looked newer. Somewhere to sleep but not hang around.
Cons: The smell of the room
We will be using this motel many times, we hope in the next year. for an overnight trip it is excellent
Pros: Best little motel in Orillia Small clean rooms Beds extra comfortable and lots of amenities in the room. Owners really friendly and price is right

Maples Motel offers a great location, putting you within a 15-minute walk of Orillia Opera House. Guests will have free perks like WiFi and self parking. Rooms feature conveniences like refrigerators and microwaves.
A nice spot on the edge of The Muskokas but overpriced and outdated for what you get. The buildings and the ammenities are in need of updating (cheap finishes, unfinished floors, cracked tub, old plastic kayaks, boats break down...). The pasta was grose. The dinner staff did not wait on us during our meal (no check ups or drinks). I would go back to this resort for XXX/night but not for XXX-XXX/night as is normally charged.
Pros: The hotel suite was spacious (as expected for XXX/night). It had nice views of Lake Sparrow.
Cons: For a very expensive resort, the rooms/dinning room/amenities were shabby. Some of the hotel staff were rude. We were told that we could not use some of the facilities because they were for other guests and we were refused breakfast without a reservation.
In addition to a marina and a nightclub, Bayview Wildwood Resort features an airport shuttle (available 24 hours) for CAD 120.00 per person. Guests indulge in facials, then grab a bite to eat at the restaurant. There's an indoor pool and an outdoor pool, and in-room conveniences include sofa beds and refrigerators.
Pros: The price and staff were excellent. Hard to beat the price and staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Cons: The room had an odor to it. Not an overpowering odor, but a slight odor as if it had previously been a smoking room, converted to non-smoking. The bathroom was pretty dirty. Clean smelling, but dirty and covered in stains.
Pros: Staff were friendly and it was in a great location.
Cons: I stay in a lot of hotels for business and I always choose the Choice group of hotels because of the great value and all the amenities I receive. This however shocked me how the Choice Hotels could allow this one to be apart of it. Dirty stained rooms, holes in bedding, cigarette burns all over the non smoking room and beds are very uncomfortable. The continental breakfast consisted of toast, watered down orange juice and donuts from Tim Hortons. When I am in the area again I will not being staying at this hotel.

Pros: Staff was friendly and courteous. The room though quite outdated was definitely clean and cozy. The TV was small but was also a brand new flat screen with all inputs (hooked up my google chrome and watched netflix from my phone) For the price and location I couldn't ask for more!
Cons: Decor is very outdated.
