Absolutely NOTHING, my vehicle was canceled - not by me, without being reached out to and informed ; found out during pick up. Will be calling to file a complaint tomorrow and request for a refund of 132$ cancellation fee becuase I never canceled10.0 Wonderful

Staff was very friendly but certainly understaffed. I was contacted 8 hours prior to picking up that the lot I was supposed to pick up from would be closed and to pick up at the airport. Once at the airport I was told they had no cars. After about one hour, we got a car. Staff was good and not her fault. The original pick up area over promised and should have called sooner.6.0 Okay

The manager doesn't care if you get your car no matter the circumstances. She made it clear my problem ( and I was a paying customer) was not her problem. I left in tears.Ace
