Pros: The most beautiful, comfortable and functional accommodation ever
Cons: Service was very friendly but a bit patchy for a hotel of this calibre
Pros: Large room for NYC. Great location in SOHO. Incredible water pressure.
Cons: The staff were pretentious and sub par in service. Just came from the St. Regis the day before in another city and everyone at the Crosby could learn a lesson or two from that staff.

Pros: It is very charming and in a great location. The complimentary wine and cheese and breakfast in the morning was wonderful!
Cons: The afternoon staff appeared a bit overwhelmed trying to accomodate the needs of the hotel guests.
Built in the 1920's, the Hotel Elysée is named for one of the finest French Restaurants of that era. Once the playground for the rich and famous, Hotel Elysée has been home to movie stars, artists, writers and intellectuals. Luxurious yet intimate, the Hotel Elysée is located on East 54th Street between Park and Madison Avenues. Among all hotels close to Central Park, Hotel Elysée is an oasis of luxury, elegance and calm in bustling Midtown Manhattan.
Pros: wonderful staff and excellent service, good room service recipes, amazing manager at check in, absolutely incredible and wonderfully welcoming customer service
Cons: room was incredibly dated and due for a remodel years ago, minimal in furniture, old and worn mattress , sheets incredibly thin with very used and uncomfortable bedding, carpet is dusty from years and years of use, furniture was so old, minimal, totally uncomfortable, bathroom lighting incredibly poor, light fixtures giving off minimal light, lack of art or general in room FF&E comfort expected at a 5 star property
Pros: Luxurious hotel with superb location!
The staff are caring, friendly & very helpful with restaurant recommendations or any other needs!
Cons: The superior rooms are on the smaller side as compared to other luxury hotels in the same price range
Cons: Old fashion very loud poor AC system
Pros: Warm and friendly atmosphere
Cons: The windows in the room were frosted. No view, not even of the air shaft. The room was discounted and the advertisement said, 'Courtyard View', so expectations were low. But FROSTED WINDOWS at the PIERRE.....WTF. If I were the Pierre I would be embarrassed to sell that room. Save it as a spare, use it to comp. someone when you are sold out, but don't advertise it as a Courtyard View when rooms at Rikers' Island have a better view of a courtyard than cell block 412, at the Pierre. I cannot believe the Pierre needs my $500/night and would stoop to selling this room, which is so below their supposed standards. Get rid of the elevator escorts and you won't have to mislead people into an unsatisfying purchase. No more Taj, Pierre for this vacationer. The Essex House has worked fine in the past and will again in the future. HUGE disappointment.
Pros: The suite was beautiful and nicely appointed. Room was upgraded to suite due to my anniversary. They sent gratis champagne and cake which was waiting for us after dinner.
Cons: We were on 4th floor and room was next to heating/AC machines. So long as you didn't look out the window, it was lovely. (I recognize I didn't pay for park view but street view but did end up with the single worst view room in the place.)
Pros: Location, staff, security and quiet elegance. Beds were also extremely comfortable. Cleanliness of rooms was noticeably good. Hotel is very quiet at night. You will get a good night's sleep.
Cons: They need an easy coffee shop with coffee and breakfast breads/toast available on the go at a reasonable price. Coffee service in lobby should remain open longer.
Pros: Large and renovated bathroom
Cons: Bedroom small
Pros: I love Indian food and since the Pierre is a member of the Taj Group, they have several traditional Indian cuisine items on the menu, even for breakfast. Plus, their Indian food is delicious!
New York’s landmark hotel, located on Fifth Avenue overlooking Central Park for over 80 years, The Pierre, A Taj Hotel, New York continues to set the standard for elegance and unrivaled hospitality in New York City. Perfectly situated across the street from Central Park, the 41-story Pierre is steps away from the renowned shopping on Fifth and Madison Avenues, museums and cultural centers, and the businesses of Midtown Manhattan.
Pros: Staff was extremely attentive and professional , ordered morning breakfast room service was very delicious, clean. Bathroom was nicest looking part of room.
Cons: Took forever to get staff to pick up phone when I called them, room was very small and didn't even have an iron. I was in city for a career related test. Valet was prompt and courteous but extremely expensive in my opinion.
Pros: Really close to everything!
Staff was nice.
Cons: WE had room 409 and it was really small ......the windows faced the school gymnasium next door so we had to keep our blinds closed so the room was dark unless we had ALL the lights on.
Not sure I would stay again, but it was very convenient.
Pros: Staff was very helpful, room was quite luxurious - good price point on size and location. Despite what I said about somewhat misleading description of a room, it's good value and a good location.
Cons: Despite advertising, no 'view of Times Square' as described for the room - unless you count the very top of a gigantic billboard as a 'view of Times Square'.
Pros: Super friendly staff
Pros: Close to times square
Cons: Most everything
Pros: Early check in, very clean, friendly staff, great location.
Cons: One elevator was down which caused very long wait times.
Pros: My wife an I had a very nice 4 day stay at the Muse. The room was comfortable with very little street noise, do to the double pane windows and being on the 14th floor. The restaurant was very nice and comfortable for breakfast. The doormen were helpful in getting us a cab in the wet snow after the police closed the street. Overall a very nice stay.
Cons: The staff could have done more to keep a Saturday night bachelorette party quiet in the two rooms next to ours. The desk/ phone staff need to be better trained in handling customer complaints.
Surrounded by Broadway theaters, this New York hotel is on West 46th Street, within walking distance of Times Square, Rockefeller Center, Radio City Music Hall, and Bryant Park.
Pros: Very clean. Pretty decor. Friendly staff. Willing to meet needs when asked.
Pros: Great location. Fantastic bed.
Cons: restaurant/café staff not very effective, engaging or helpful. however the remainder of the employees at the hotel were excellent.
Loews Regency New York Hotel has defined Park Avenue hospitality since the moment it opened its doors in 1963. Today—five decades and a recent $100-million dollar renovation later—Loews Regency New York Hotel is still setting standards in sophistication.
Pros: The rooms were great. The shower was fantastic.
Pros: We love having the shuttle service available in a 5 mile radius. Room is very comfortable. I feel at home whenever we stay at the Elrment Harrison.
Cons: We wish the pool was heated. Also, we wish that the breakfast hours were extended. Wish there was a convenience store opened nearby.
Cons: not told shuttle no later than 10:30. Flight late. Arrived after. Shuttle not on time for return.
Pros: The room was looked amazing, big bed, bathroom shower was beautiful LOVE the soap they have.
Cons: The construction site view
Pros: I loved everything! It was truly a pleasure to stay here, great price, great location, comfortable stay. What more can you ask for...
Cons: That I just found this place.
Pros: I liked the fact that the rooms were updated and modern. There was nothing that was not available that you would need in the room itself. Very clean and smells like green tea. Everything that was offered was natural or organic. Beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was wonderful. They rain shower head was a great added bonus.
Cons: We stayed on the 3rd floor not much of a view. You heard the train pass by but it was not overwhelming, but I'm from the city so I'm used to it I guess. The the electrical panel box was located in the hallway of the room within a child's reach and it was not locked so I'd be very careful with children alone in the rooms with being so exposed
Pros: this is newly open, we believe there is no bedbug infestation yet.....
Cons: cleaning people are not guided on when customers are checking out....they did not clean our room until we requested them during the night......they came back the following morning asking us if we want the room clean (that was the day we are checking out).......
no shops around the area

Pros: Gorgeous Hudson River/ Manhattan skyline view. The bar is nice and located in beautiful lobby

Location is perfect
Cons: PArking fee is too much.
Pros: Location was great. It was nice to be able to get out of the city and away from the holiday crowds. Nice views of the city skyline.
Cons: Not much night life close to the hotel. Most restaurants close to the hotel were closed on the weekend.
Pros: Very clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. Beautiful views.
Cons: $32 a day parking and no free WiFi.

Cons: They didn't honor the booking for three so we walked out.
Pros: Service was great, room was nice, free upgrade!
Cons: Shower wasn't too good.
Room smelled a little like someone had smoked there earlier.
Pros: Extremely friendly staff
upgraded us to a king bed, left champagne in our room for our husband's birthday
Pros: Bed was unbelievably comfortable.
Cons: Bathroom was not as well outfitted as the bed.
Pros: Room was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent.
Cons: Sometimes I had difficulty understanding the staff as their first language was french.

Pros: The family really enjoyed our stay at the Westin Hotel in Jersey City. The staff was extremely friendly and the room was clean, comfortable and up to date. I have no complaints. The location was great if you want to go sight-seeing in New York. You are close enough to get to the city in no time (I recommend the subway (Path) with ease and have a location that is away from the hustle and bustle if that is what you prefer and Jersey City is extremely clean and people friendly. I can't recommend it enough!!!!
Pros: Views, staff, quality of the rooms and hotel
Pros: Comfortable bed
Cons: 50 dollars for Below average scrabled eggs, potatoes, oatmeal for two... I was not impressed with the price or quality of food.
Pros: The staff were extremely courteous, helpful and accommodating. At check-in, Debbie was wonderful, great sense of humor, and very professional. She upgraded our room and gave us a beautiful view of the Manhattan. The young man at the door was wonderful as well. He was kind and courteous. The beds were very comfortable and clean.
Cons: We didn't like that there was a charge for wi-fi. We normally stay in hotels where the wi-fi is free. On the positive side, since we didn't use it for the 24 hours that we paid for, my credit card was credited and we were only charged half of the fee for wi-fi. Wasn't too thrilled about paying $3.00 for a coke from the little store either.
Cons: Great stay. Ideal for venturing into NYC great location.
Pros: A great place to stay for a NYC weekend. Quieter than Manhattan, beautiful skyline view and very close to the PATH train. The staff is very friendly and the room was clean. Will stay there again.
Pros: Nice, clean hotel. Friendly staff.

Pros: I was only there one night but I was very comfortable. When I needed questions answered the staff was cheerful and very helpful. Breakfast was great too.
Pros: Very friendly staff. Close to NJ Transit and PATH into NYC. Great diner nearby. Great breakfast in the lobby.
Cons: Only flaw was that it is on a flight path for planes taking off and leaving, so occasionally you hear a plane, but just once in a while. And not overly loud
Pros: We chose Hampton Riverwalk for its location, and it truly worked out exactly, and really, even better, than we expected! LOVED having the shuttle service from the airport, then each day to and from the Penn Station! Your drivers were Great, and made our nervousness about maneuvering through the Rapid Transit in New Jersey/New York, a good experience. Thank you!
Cons: Hotel was full when we arrived, so instead of double Queen beds they gave us King bed. When I asked for rollaway bed, they had none as well, so I had to sleep on a chair.
In the morning I spoke to manager who told me to open a HHonors account so that he can give me some points. I tried to contact him multiple times, but no response.
Nice way to treat your long time customers! Will go elsewhere next time.

Pros: First of all this is not a classy place as the pictures might suggest . Its a former short stay , literally , pretending to now be a boutique hotel complete with a glowing sign, a facade covered in tacky blue neon lights and a total dump off lobby. When I arrived I was shocked - nothing like photos . Perhaps for the best when I arrived it was somehow overbooked ... yes after a 14 hour flight I was told they didn't have a room for me . Front desk staff was vile and rude . Not apologetic and rude . Did nothing to help . Don't stay at this horrible place .

Pros: Everything! It was one of the nicest (if not the nicest) hotels we have ever stayed in. I loved the layout of the room. It made it feel homey not just another hotel/motel room!
Cons: Small breakfast room!
Pros: Perfect location for where I needed to be. Quick check-in and check-out. Comfortable bed/linens/pillow. Nice windows, sunny.
Cons: Way too noisy. Was on 2nd floor, heard traffic and music from the club next door all night. Had to sleep with headphones on to drown out the noise. No curtains or blackout shades on the windows. With two walls being filled with windows, the blinds did nothing to block out all the street lights and signage outside. I would stay again but only if on a much higher floor and on the back side of building. (or bring a sleep mask)
Pros: great location.
Cons: loud neighbors.
Cons: No mini fridge
Pros: Exactly what I needed. No frills, but clean and the room was a nice size.
Pros: Locations was fantastic
Cons: Free breakfast was difficult, the 4th floor was too cramped I could not even try the food
Pros: Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Bathroom was well equipped and good sized for this price range hotel. Room was fairly quiet.
Cons: Breakfast choices were very limited and unhealthy. Elevators were not very functional.

Pros: Location!! Near the Jersey city mall and the PATH train
Friendliness and service from the staff
Nice and big rooms, very good breakfast
Cons: Some things need to be refurbished
Pros: Our connecting flight was cancelled due to the bad weather in NY, it was already midnight when I booked the hotel through the Hilton app, we had a good rate and more important there where rooms available. When we came in past 1 am the lady behind the desk was very helpful and understood the situation. She upgraded both rooms to the corner suite and late check out in the afternoon.
The rooms where spacious and clean and after a very long day with a lot of stress and international flights it was heaven to have nice warm shower and fresh clean sheets.
Service and friendliness as it should be.
Cons: Everything was more then okay
Cons: no bill at the end even from 3rd party billing and even in e-mail
Pros: Staff, including restaurant staff, were very friendly and professional
Cons: Jersey City NJ. Accessibility from the highway was poor, even utilizing gps.
Pros: close proximity to light rail and subway
Cons: lack of view, lack of customer service with rainy day needs; umbrella, dryer for coats and shoes. stayed 2 nights, but hotel split it to two separate nights and we have to check back in and re-key our room keys for the second night. brought personal pillow and maid service removed it during the daily cleaning. T/he pillow was never found.
Pros: The hotel is walking distance from just about everything and the light rail is behind it. Like the cookie at check in. Staff was very friendly.
Cons: Had a room on the 3rd floor and the view was a roof with lots of vents.
Cons: Very convenient! Very nice hotel!
Pros: All of the staff that I encountered were very nice. The bed was comfortable. I also loved the welcome cookie. It was a nice surprise and I was hungry!! The location was great for my needs and is just minutes away from the waterfront.
Cons: The room was nice enough but there was weird white stuff on the walls and in the bathroom. Cleanser maybe? I went down to the bar area and had to wait 5 minutes to be seen/ seated. There were just a few people there so it wasn't a busyness issue. I ordered soup. A little over 5 minutes later the server responded to tell me that the soup would take 25 minutes. I ordered pizza instead. It was fine but I was disappointed.
The temperature in the room was freezing. I adjusted it with the thermostat on the wall but the air conditioner continued on, event though I had selected 68 on heat. I ended up pulling the plug to get it to turn off after an hour of adjusting the thermostat and waiting for warmth.
I was exhausted from a long day and got in bed to watch tv. The remote control would not turn on the television. I inspected the outlets and they were all okay. The button on the tv worked but, even then, I was only getting 4 commercial channels. The lights on the remote were coming on also so I figured it wasn't batteries. I decided to call the front desk. Unfortunately, the phone in my room did not work/ call to the front desk. I tried both lines but no luck. I even tried dialing other services available on the phone but that just rang and rang. So.... exhausted and frustrated, I got dressed and headed down to the lobby. I had to wait a bit as a few people were just checking in. The person at the desk was very nice and sent someone up to my room. The man arrived to fix the television. He was extremely nice but the issue did take about 15 minutes or so to resolve. He wasn't sure why the issue happened but he had to get a special remote and change some settings.
In the morning, I headed down to the restaurant again. I asked if I could order from the menu. I was told buffet only, though I think there may have been a communication issue. I later asked a different server after I saw the selection up close. It was generally unimpressive. She said that I could order from the menu but I decided to just stick with the buffet since the menu would take longer and I felt like I was being a burden by ordering. I was extremely disappointed overall. The eggs, potatoes and waffles were all cold. I ate just a little bit and spent over $20 with tip. I was extremely disappointed.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend or stay at this hotel again, unfortunately.

Cons: The bathrooms were dirty
The entertainment the TV channels were limited The entertainment the TV channels were limited I know a whole whole no my girlfriend
Pros: People were friendly/front desk/ very clean
Cons: Cold water was not flowing in sink.
Pros: Right off the highway - but far enough away from traffic/noise. Close to convenience stores, NYC, shopping, busses.
Cons: only sheers/not curtains on 4th floor - so sun is GLARING in morning.
Pros: Easy to find, easy access on and off Rt 3, parking right next to the hotel. Room was clean and modern looking. AC worked well. Nice pool. My room was relatively sound-proof, there was a large group at the hotel and I heard very little noise. . All members of the staff were efficient and polite.
Cons: Long wait at the restaurant Saturday morning.
Pros: Went to Monster Truck Show at MetLife stadium and didn't want to travel the distance home after night show. The hotel was close by and easy to find.
Cons: One of reasons choose this hotel was for the view of the NYC skyline . The hotel was not nearly close to capaticty and was giving room with view of parking garage!!!!
Pros: Ease of commute to NYC and convenience of NJ shopping and Newark airport
Pros: It's clean and mostly modern looking
Cons: Wasn't making much noise, but got a noise complaint. Walls are way too thin to accommodate those who spend all that money just to sleep vs. those who wish to already have a conversation.
Pros: Staff was great. Had to switch rooms because of ac problem and they were all over it
Cons: AC wasn't working because coils were dirty. Maybe better preventative maintenance

Cons: The Maid staff was ready to clean rooms by 9. Forgot to put the do not disturb sign up lol. Rooms were always beautiful. Extra blanket should be in the room
Pros: Rarely do the descriptions match what you get, this exceeded my expectations. Will stay there again.
Pros: The staff was very friendly and helped us when needed. They were not hesitant to ask if we needed any assistance. We were also a little late in checking out and they were super nice about it.
Pros: Cookies on arrival. Separate sleeping quarters with closing door, (bath is Jack and Jill so can shut bedroom, but kids can still use bath) fridge, safe, hairdryer, microwave. Extra bed is $25/night so asked for packnplay (free) and my 5-year-old slept in there. Had crib sheet and small blanket. You are smack dab in Times Square (can be very crowded right out the door, hold your kids tight). NQR train literally outside and uptown will drop you off at Bloomingdales. Or walk 2 avenues to 5th with shopping. on 17 th floor and very quiet. Could hear sirens at times, but never woke us up. Black out shades make is very dark and close by overlapping, so no need to rig it shut. AC gives off good white noise. Coffee cart right outside. Evergreen coffee shop around the corner and SUPER fast during weekdays. Bed was comfortable enough, but could still feel my husband turn.
Cons: No USB plugs. At first we had no towels. They brought towels up pretty quickly. Then I later realized there was a dirty bar of soap in the shower I asked to switch rooms, because I did not feel that this room was clean. They switched us to Hilton honors room immediately, which had free Wi-Fi for guests. This was reasonable compensation. The rooms could use a little repair. There was part of a sticker left on furniture, broken tile in the bathroom, wallpaper was coming up in the corners, curtain rod and was broken off the curtains in the window, fridge would freeze food . Nothing unexpected. We would stay there again.
Pros: Location was great, right in the moddle of Times Square with easy access to shows, many subway lines, Central Park and more. Hotel was spotless and roomy, esp for a NYC hotel. Would definitely stay again.
Cons: Could be a bit loud with all the honking taxis and construction outside
Pros: Everything about the stay was top notch!
Pros: Good sized rooms
Great arrangement for families
Right in Times Square if that is what you want.
Good value if you need two rooms.
Cons: Food in hotel was extremely limited
Left for airport and couldn't find coffee at 6 a.m
A little too much Times Square...accosted by tour guides every time you walk out of hotel door.
Pros: Great location. Large rooms. Very quiet.
Cons: Rooms are older. Firnishing are worn out. Bar in the lobby has only basic drinks and bottom shelf wines.
Pros: I loved the size and cleanliness of the rooms and the location of the hotel.
Cons: I didn't like that you needed to take an elevator to the lobby and then another to the room. While there it seemed like only a few elevators were working and the hotel was crowded because of superbowl weekend. There was no decent lounge or gift shop.

Pros: The gentle man at the front desk was the absolute sweetest and most helpful person i've ever had the pleasure of working with. I stay at many hotels, and none the less I know that any Marriot hotel i've stayed at is built to work at its finest, but this gentleman went above and beyond to assist me and make sure we were comfortable. He helped me not only get a clean room quickly where I could put away my things and freshen up (since I had arrived much earlier than check in and had an event I needed to get to) but and when incurring a problem (When I thought I lost my ID and Debit Card) was helpful in helping me find it. It a shame on my part that with my terrible memory, I cannot remember his name. He was a caucasian male, in his late 20s promoting some football event, I believe, with a green shirt. My sister, A friend and I were attending a concert later that evening so we only booked the hotel for a one night stay in NJ, but with personnel like him and the cleanliness and professionalism of both the lobby as well as our hotel room itself, I felt like I should've stayed longer had I not already booked the rest of trip at the Ritz in Manhattan. Very satisfied. Definitely will be coming back again.
Pros: Surprisingly being next to a hockey stadium on a game night it was very quiet. We specifically asked for the quietest side of the hotel not facing the Broad Road. That might has to do with the quietness, and the floor was not so busy. The room was generally clean except the shower floor I can see black dirt residue. The front desk was curteous.
Cons: We didn't like that there was no parking or rather we needed to pay an additional $21! Tax was quite high already on top of the rate. I wish the parking could have been covered or a bit less than 21.
Cons: The hotel is very hard to get to. There is no space to pull up to check in. The parking garage is extremely expensive, and when I arrived the staff had such thick accents I couldn't understand anything they were saying.
Pros: the bathroom was perfect, the bed and the comforter were very comfortable, and the tv was a great size and quality
Cons: the food downstairs was way too expensive and there wasnt any kind of complimentary breakfast.
Pros: The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was very good. Joe's crab shack is right next door as well.
Cons: The area is not very good. Went for a walk in the afternoon and felt very uncomfortable. Had to pay for parking as well.

Pros: Very comfortable bed and quiet room. Nice looking building. Airport shuttle was quick, convenient and the driver for the hotel I stayed at was very nice (can't be said for the other Courtyard hotel driver for one of the other locations...).
Cons: Too many people partying in common areas/halls. Rude driver of airport shuttle for one of the Courtyard Marriott properties (not the driver for this location - but another locations driver who was at the airport at the same time); if you don't know which of the three Courtyard hotels you're going to hope you don't get the driver I did at first because he just yells at you. Bathroom and ceilings in room could use updating.

Pros: I liked the fact the hotel was close to a Mall and provided a shuttle and had a swimming pool with breakfast included.
Cons: The shuttle was terrible - supposed to run every 15 minutes but what they don't tell you is that one of the shuttles is reserved for airline employees of United and American and essentially, there is a shuttle every 30 minutes that is not supposed to stop at the terminals but it does it anyway. One of the drivers was supposed to pick me up from the nearby Mall and decided not to because he was running late, so I ended up running late for my flight and had to change it. Be very careful with these shuttles - they are quite unreliable.

Cons: It is affordable and that's about it. Not much service.
Pros: Great place the only thing would like to see is better air freshening in the hallways -- predominantly Asian guests on extended stays who do a lot of cooking and the strong odor of the foods can be overwhelming in hallway and on elevators but not in rooms. This is why I give it a three for cleanliness for public spaces. Rooms are excellent quiet and modern with updated renovation in 2014.
