Pros: Clean and comfortable. Beautiful view of the spectacular Utah scenery red cliffs. Good exercise room, generous complementary breakfast. Helpful staff, who suggested a locallly-owned grill for dinner. There are very few diinner options in town,
Cons: The tiles around the pool were unbelievably slippery. Terribly dangerous.
Pros: It's the nicer hotel in town.
Cons: My credit card got charged twice and still haven't got my money back yet.
Pros: Clean, convenient, decent breakfast.
Pros: Beds comfortable (no crazy tucked sheets!) and room amenities were amazing (microwave!). Love the shower dispensers and the blackout blinds. Very new and modern.
Cons: The walls and ceilings are VERY thin. Stay on the top floor no matter what. A little league team was staying at the hotel the same night. They have a strict noice policy (like 2 strikes you're out) but you will still be able to hear people walking in the room above you and talking in the hallway. This was a downer for me because I was trying to be in bed by 9 pm and up by 4 am.
Cons: The tile used in the pool area is extremely slick when wet.
Pros: Very clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Quiet. Breakfast excellent.
Pros: Breakfast was terrific!

Pros: Staff was nice, rooms were clean. Great breakfast
Pros: Service staff and great breakfast clean rooms
Cons: They did not build sooner prices best hotel by far
Pros: Nice comfortable room.
Cons: We were right next to the kitchen. We could hear them banging around and moving carts beginning at 6:00 in the morning. It woke us up and was quite loud! The price was different than we were quoted in booking .com.
Pros: Clean, access to amenities and laundry.

Pros: Quiet, super clean, comfortable enough. It's amazing for the price, and even includes breakfast.
Pros: Friendly staff, clean, good location

Pros: I like how easy it was to book the room and to get checked in. The few times I took my dog out during the night; I felt safe.
Cons: The place is old and had issues that one would expect. (I.e. running toilet) The door doesn’t seal well (at the bottom), so the few bugs were somewhat expected.

Cons: Every thing was just perfect.
Pros: That there was a grassy pet area...front desk personnel were very accommodating and friendly...

Pros: The cost
Cons: The staff did not know how to finish my checkout a day early because of my credit card that was used. It originally preauthorized $45 too much then with me checking out early they owed me around $100. This could not get taken care of until a later date!

Pros: I could park outside my room.
Cons: Curtains didn't close because the mechanism needed replacing. Flooring was coming up in bathroom. Bath had been broken and had a big old patch in the side. Breakfast wasn't available until 8am. Property was overpriced (paid the same amount for a great room in Wichita Falls the next night, and had free breakfast)

Pros: Clean , good price , greay location .
Cons: All good.
Pros: Bed good
Pros: We liked that we stopped and avoided the Memorial Day traffic bottle neck in Spanish Fork Canyon. Stopping was a good alternative to a two to three hour delay. The lady that checked us in was helpful and accommodating. She changed our room from one way in the rear with no handy access to a room a little closer to our vehicle.
Cons: The layout of the inside rooms was very inconvenient. It necessitated carrying luggage, and in our case an oxygen concentrator quite a distance. No help was available and we are elderly.

Pros: Breakfast was good.
Pros: Nice Staff Good food, clean room.
Pros: The room was fine, beds were okay.
Cons: There was garbage under the beds. The owner was super nosy and followed my husband around and watched his every move like he was a criminal. It was sooo weird! We have 5 kids, 4 of them are 12 and under. He made us pay $10 a kid for the 3 boys (14, 12, and 11 years old) for each night or we had to leave and lose our money. My two girls that are 7 and 6 years old were walking two doors down to my moms room to hang out with their grandma and the owner told them to go back to their room and they couldn’t go to the other room because it was too late. We felt like we were being bossed around in a prison instead of relaxing on our trip. Hated staying here because of the male owner!!!

Cons: I was charged twice for the room.
Cons: Breakfast was absolutely horrible the front desk gentleman was mean wasn't helpful and completely rude.
Pros: Clean rooms
Cons: Hotel staff was not friendly and was complicated to work with.

Pros: t is nice and clean. Front desk was courteous.

Pros: Kids had fun in the excellent pool.
Cons: Plastic cups and plates at breakfast
Cons: We ran out of toilet paper and called to have some sent up but it never came. We stayed there because it was pet friendly, but the area for pets to go to the bathroom was very old, nasty artificial something. They did not have a king bed pet friendly room
Cons: There were sugar ants in my bathroom
Pros: The location made it easy to get to.
Cons: There is no elevator, no hot tub, and the beds were hard. Whatever deodorizer they were using in the halls, it stunk like dollar store cologne and gave me a bad headache when I'd walk through the halls. The sink in our room did not drain.
Pros: Complimentary breakfast was good ,the staff was very pleasant, and the motorcycle parking area was an added thumbs up.
Cons: The restaurant was not available and the bar was extremely cold temperature wise
