Pros: I requested an upper level room, away from all noise sources and received just that. I never heard another soul at anytime.

Cons: The air conditioning system could be improved. Very warm the first night. Opened the window next day and that helped, but then the road noise was loud.

6.0 Good
Pros: The rooms were clean
Cons: The person at the front desk didn't bother to tell me that we could drive near to where our room was so we had to walk by the CLOSED pool (which was not noted when I made reservations) through winding hallways. There was a room service menu in the room. We got our order together called the front desk to order and then found out that there is no room service. You should never put yourself in the position to say no to a customer. Take the menus out of the room if you don't provide the service
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The bed was very comfortable. Room clean and fill our request of ground floor
Cons: Because of pandemic all they had was drink and granola bars at breakfast. Would have been nice to offer some fruit or like cups of yogurt. Felt we should have been informed of that. Felt the TV could have been bigger.

4.0 Okay
Pros: There are 2 elevators, but only one was working. Would love to have had an included breakfast, but Hilton doesn't offer that courtesy. :-( It's the "new normal" they said.
Cons: Nice hotel, but will never stay there again. It's next to the university, so they CHARGE $10/night for parking! Who charges hotel parking except in major metro areas like Boston? When we wanted to leave, the gate controlling exits didn't work!

6.7 Good
Pros: It was clean
Cons: They charge $10 for parking and the whole time the entrance gate was open so we really didn’t need to pay that $10. There is no refrigerator or microwave in the room. And it would’ve been nice if they would’ve had free coffee in the lobby. I probably will not be staying at the Hilton anymore.

Cons: Staff has been unhelpful, combative and is doing nothing to resolve or help recover 3 items I left in the room. housekeeping admitted to throwing 1 of the 3 things away and is lying or stole the other 2. They are doing nothing to make it right!!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location and bed was comfortable.
Cons: We could hear the people in the room next to us and they were watching porn really loudly throughout the night and in the early hours of the morning. While this isn’t the hotel’s fault, the thin walls did disrupt our sleep.

6.0 Good
Cons: The pictures of the room verse what you get differ. Check in wasnt pleasant. Vallet parking is equal to Manhattan.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel's proximity to Old Town allowed us to walk and explore the restaurants and shops. It is the perfect location if you want to spend time in Ft Collins. It was nice to not have to get into our car to drive places. There are so many great places to eat and shop, this was an ideal spot for us.
Cons: The hotel doesn't have any control over this, it is close to a homeless mission and while there was no trouble, there were some homeless in the area. It's a common situation in most cities and we know people are doing their best to help the homeless.

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful decoration and amazing location. The staff is helpful and kind. Beds are super comfy. We stayed here while visiting our brother who is a student at CSU. It’s a good stay for visiting campus and hanging out at restaurants.
Cons: It’s a very basic boutique hotel. No breakfast and no real additional facilities - like a gym or cozy hang out space.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The location and staff was great
Cons: The room was a little loud because it was next to the house keeping closet and the noise carried a bit
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We didn't know about the breakfast.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Lovely, historic property in the heart of OldTown Fort Collins. It was decorated beautifully, very comfortable and near everything.
Cons: It was a bit loud. Next time we will try to get on the third floor. There is no escaping the train - guess it is part of the ambiance.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: Great location. Very pleasant staff. Bedding was super comfy.
Cons: The train blowing their whistle is for real. Sooooo loud. Shower a little quirky. Elevators old school tiny.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Classy update of a historic hotel in downtown Ft Collins; clean, comfortable room with a spacious bathroom and great soaking tub and a very comfortable bed. Great location by the historic district and CSU.
Cons: Although it's a nicely updated older property the room size was a little smaller than average and closet space was lacking for two people with winter coats. The view from a "courtyard" room leaves a little to be desired, but plenty of light due to large windows.

6.8 Good
Pros: Eva, the owner, was competent and remedied a wrongful situation. She did process the return quickly. However, I would have liked to see something extra to make me feel made whole.
Cons: When I checked in, I had pre-paid through booking through an app called “Snap Travel” that Kayak referrer me to. Despite showing the check-in clerk three forms of payment receipt through the app, she took my card from my hand and charged it without my permission to pay again directly through the hotel. I disputed it with her immediately, showed her email receipts and even my bank statements. She acted cavalier and as if I was in the wrong. She charged my card with impunity and refused to listen. I felt trapped; I needed the room, but I was being completely devalued as a customer. In the morning, when we tried to fix the situation with a gentleman clerk, rather than refund my card, he “accidentally” Charged my card again. I had now paid three times for the room! I do not feel safe with how my money was handled. The cavalier attitude about charging me time and time again, treating me as if i was in the wrong, made me seriously reconsider my decision to give them my business. First and foremost, I recommend never using Snap Travel. Second, i recommend proceeding with extreme caution with Days Inn.

9.7 Excellent
Pros: Great value and the staff is always great. I had a sweet tooth late and you don’t have snacks for sale but the guy at front dest got me a few pastries which was great. Also the night I stayed it snowed pretty good and I didn’t have a snow brush / scraper, so I went to the front desk to ask for a broom and they actually had snow brushes to use. I asked if I could buy one and the manager said I could just have it. Just want to say that this was above and beyond in both cases so Thank You.
Cons: Great for the location and price.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: The hotel was within walking distance of the location where I had to be while in Ft Collins. Breakfast was excellent and the staff was helpful and courteous.
Cons: The hotel was extremely overpriced. Over $--- a night is the highest price I have paid for a hotel room and I have traveled extensively for work. There were only two vending machines. Onedid not work. I will not stay here the next time in Ft Collins.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location.
Cons: No.
4.0 Okay
Pros: The location is perfect for downtown Fort Collins, this is probably why they think they can get away with the awful service.
Cons: The staff was extremely rude. We called the night before about a late check out and we got a tentative "maybe??" We asked if it was a yes or a no and they said to call back at 7am. We did not wake up by 7am to verify as we were there on a mini get away and planned on sleeping in. By 10:50am a housekeeper had already knocked on our door three different times to ask if we were still there and each time reminding us that check out was at 11am. Absolutely unacceptable! We have stayed at countless hotels and no one has ever been as rude as this Best Western. We left our room by 11:01am having to physically move the house keeping cart from in front of our door. I was livid.

Pros: The breakfast was ok but there was no juice. The pool looks awesome but it was gross.

Pros: It's nice and out of the way. And quiet, usually. And the breakfast buffet is always excellent.
Cons: No TV remote, one of the sinks leak water all over the floor, and some of the other guests we're quite loud with their music. And didn't seem to mind bothering everybody else with it.

Pros: Nothing after the experience
Cons: Our room had bed bugs, I took 1 to the front desk. The desk clerk advised she would have a manager call me to see about deducting from my bill. Which they should. no calls back. Pool was freezing so could not get in. Hotel run down and dirty

Pros: I forgot shoes in one room and the staff was very helpful in finding them.
Cons: Pool was not operational, breakfast was not that good. Found coffee grounds in coffee. Our room was to hot the heater was broken. Staff did move us to another room. However they put someone else in the room and I am not sure that the heater was fixed yet.

Pros: the bar tender, best part of the stay!
Cons: Another guy walked into my room! Not sure how they booked two to the same room.
1.0 Poor
Pros: Nothing at all!!
Cons: -I waited at the counter to check in for over 20 minutes. Then once the representative came to the front counter she asked “what could she help me with”. -room located in the area of the hotel that was in very bad condition and dirty! -hotel entry doors were propped open! - my room did not have a shower curtain. - the bathroom was visibly dirty! - the room had an unusual musty stench

Pros: They over charged me and did not get the room i paid for. I paid for a room with a balcony but instead i got a room on the first floor facing a parking lot with trash everywhere. Front desk girl was very rude and indifferent about my situation. They over charged me over $60.00 and demanded it back and she said i have to wait 10 business day before transaction will refund me. I will never recommend or stay there again. Room smelt like mens cologne. The furniture is stained and worn.
Cons: Everything.
4.0 Okay
Pros: The breakfast was good green chili was good. Pool area was nice.
Cons: Wi-Fi never worked huge spider web in our room. Shower curtain smelled or old damp towels. Our room showed a couch it only was a chair.

4.0 Okay
Pros: There was a jacuzzi tub in the room and the jets were very powerful for as old as it is...
Cons: I didn't like the attitude from Adrian at the front desk when we were asked for the 3rd time to run our cc... when we were trying to understand what we were signing he asked if there seemed to be a problem... Our room had a break down of the individual cost of items if missing or destroyed (see pictures) (pillows $10.50 fleece blanket $131.91 towel $7.31) but when I called to inform them that our room didn't have a fleece blanket (worried I'd be charged) I was told they dont supply fleece blankets anymore but in a very put out tone of voice was told he possibly could get one...finally getting a blanket on a -2• night... it makes you say uncomfortable when you feel like you can't use anything it fear you'll be charged for it... so then we decided to purchase a few snacks from the lil store handed him a$20 bill and was literally sighed at, because he had to go make change... We stay at at least 4-5 hotels a month and would not recommend this place and will not be a repeat customer...
1.0 Poor
Pros: Location and price
Cons: We stay at this hotel often... About every two weeks... When we ask for a late check out they always say they will accommodate to a 12pm check out instead of the 11am... Without out fail each and everytime house keeping comes knocking multiple times before 12pm ... However not only did on this visit did house keeping knocking multiple times but some man called from the front desk, he had a rude tone and the first thing out of his mouth was asking if we "where going to check out of book another night " usually they are some what friendly... A simple hello would have been nice or "this is a courtesy call" but a very rude are you checking out or not. After hanging up with him, my guest called the front desk back to Express that we did not appreciate being bothered all morning long and the rude phone call, as soon as she hung up with him our phone in the room immediately rings again, my guest answers the phone to a screaming women on the other end, she is screaming at my friend about being rude to her front office guy! I have no clue who this woman was,?!?! A manager?!?! She was literally screaming at the top of her lungs my guest couldn't even get a word in and just ended up hanging up on the terrible woman! Who treats there paying guest that way?!?! I'm floored and terrified that they would come up with some excuses to charge my card... Took several pictures of the room before we left for our protection...

Pros: Best kept facility in the area, but Our room's heat and AC unit was not cooperative and was either extremely hot and stuffy like a sauna or we got too cold. Unfortunately, finding a comfortable medium was ultimately a fail after continuous attempts.
Cons: Regaining Access after 10:00 pm was cut off at most doors used earlier and we had to walk extremely long treks to the main entrance several times to get back to our room. In freezing temps my fiance and I got very sick. She spent an evening in ER 2/25/20

Pros: Location and friendly staff. Lemon infused water
Cons: Not very clean. The breakfast was inedible and the elevator was scary
1.0 Poor
Pros: The location was the only thing worthwhile. The rest of the stay was horrible!
Cons: I understand that the corona virus has shut things down, but this establishment didn't bother to make the stay comfortable at all. We were told to leave towels outside our door and the maid would pick them up. They did, but never left new ones. Were told we had to take out our own trash. I didn't pay $600+ to have to go to the front desk to get towels and toilet paper and take out my own trash. I asked if I could get plastic silverware for my carry out meals and were told no. The "breakfast" was a prepackaged pastry. When asked if there would be any compensation back on my room charge, I was told no. I know of other hotels that were compensating their customers, but this one did not and was told it was the choice of corporate. I will NEVER stay at a Comfort Suites ever again and I will be filing a complaint with corporate, plus letting people know how they didn't help out to make the stay comfortable despite the bad situation we were in.

Pros: I requested an upper level room, away from all noise sources and received just that. I never heard another soul at anytime.
Cons: I found the lid to a disposable water bottle, that I don't buy, under the bed. Every time you find something left behind, it just gives you a creepy feeling.
7.0 Good
Pros: The staff was very pleasant and accommodating.
Cons: The air conditioning system could be improved. Very warm the first night. Opened the window next day and that helped, but then the road noise was loud.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Always clean on the inside and Breakfast/Kitchen staff lady was super attentive and made sure they was plenty of Breakfast items each morning.
Cons: The internet was horrible and tv service was horrible. couldnt and didnt use either due to the low quality of internet and Tv service that was available
1.0 Poor
Pros: The location and the breakfast was good
Cons: The desk staff were rude, no AC in the whole hotel and staff was instructed by the owner to not tell guests about it. Our rooms were dirty, beds were full of dog and human hair inside and out. Thorns on the floor which we found when we stepped on them.
