Honestly worst hotel I have ever stayed at. My bed was broken, the toilet was clogged when we arrived, the water to shower was freezing, and the area the hotel is placed did not make me feel comfortable at all. I would not recommend this hotel because it looks nothing like the pictures. Also the staff told us when we arrived that you may have to turn on the refrigerator, it almost felt like they did not know we were coming at all.
The rooms were clean Paid less at the Holiday Inn Express the week prior and received more - free breakfast, free parking. HIExpress rooms seemed more modern.

I wish my room had had an outer curtain so I could push the heavy one aside during the day without feeling exposed. Also as a single woman I was a bit concerned about how long it took for the door to close.

Staff was very friendly. There were a lot of things for young children to do. Water parks seemed clean- no floating band aids or litter. Our room was located right next to the elevators and we could here every time someone got on or off the elevator- not good when you have two young children. We requested a crib and were told there would be one in the room but there was not. Also, why do you have employees keeping the doors open to the water parks? It is warm inside the water parks but very cool in the hallways. This causes the warm air to rush out and cool air to come in and hit you, especially if you are playing on the edges of the water park. As we have two young children, we were always at the edge, otherwise it would be to deep for them. The cool air rushing in and hitting their wet skin made them quite cold and we were not able to spend as much time in the water parks as we would have liked to.
Water park was great for adults and children. Great customer service. Bracelets are the room key and charge card. Very cool. Not enough places to eat. Lines were extremely long and service slow. Only one place to get coffee and the line went on forever! Bring a cooler with food, snacks and a keurig! Rooms are dated, no hooks anywhere to hang wet bathing suits on!

This is my third stay at this hotel. The hotel has free parking, a decent breakfast (included with stay), and is right next to a Starbucks and 99 (great steak tips). The rooms are clean and and staff have always been polite. The in-room mini fridge is large enough to be useful; although I do wish there were a microwave in the room as well. The Keurig in the room allows someone to come prepared with their own K-cups rather than rely on the Diedrich Coffee "Morning Edition Blend." ( I think they need to step up their maintenance / room inspections. This trip the shower curtain rod was not fully secured to the wall -- screws were loose -- so the shower curtain wouldn't stay closed; it kept sliding down because the center of the rod was hanging lower than the ends. The clock radio also was randomly making noises (buzzing sounds) even when turned off. The noise was rather regular, so housekeeping should have noticed it while cleaning the room. Other than that everything was great.
Breakfast room was large and well stocked. Good restaurant within walking distance. Room was large, clean and comfortable.
My stay was absolutely worth every penny. My room was clean, comfortable, quite warm (since it was in the negatives). I could stay they for more than just a night if needed. I did not like the fact that the receptionist at the front desk when asking for my card for incidentals, she failed to explain the $50 fee that was taken out of my account. I would've have been perfectly content with the fee if I was told about it when checking in. Although my room was perfect, I feel the curtains do not do justice in terms of privacy for I can see outside to the front of the hotel.
The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Everyone i encountered at the hotel was friendly. Our housekeeper Roxi was very nice.
The bed was soft, the room was clean. They had a nice business room. The location is good if you want Worcester downtown. The walls aren't very sound proof, all night we heard doors slamming (they slam really hard whether you want them too or not). I could hear every word of the argument in the room next to me. The breakfast wasn't very good, the coffee was okay but what do you want for free.
The staff was incredibly pleasant and helpful, room was clean and very nice and the breakfast was great! I would most certainly stay again. We were in town for a concert and the venue was within walking distance. Super easy!
The toilet rocked around when you sit on it, the shower valve was leaking at a good pace.
The rooms were nice, comfortable. I ordered room service, food was very good, service was fast, servers were very friendly and helpful. Good location, lots of restaurants around. It was quiet around our rooms save for a little construction noise, very enjoyable. Got cookies upon arrival : ) There were some pounding noises due to construction on the floor below, but not too bad. I was sleeping late, so it woke me up around 10 am on Sunday, which surprised me. Their tv service could be better - no on demand channels and no tv guide channel to know what was coming up next.
The hotel had no one there on a Friday night, so it was very quiet, even on the ground floor. The linens were clean, and the pool and gym were very tidy as well. You also get a complimentary cookie when you check in. I found a used Qtip on my night stand, but the room was clean other than that. When I went to the front desk to ask for a toothbrush and toothpaste (which I forgot to bring) they were very stingy and hesitant to give me the products.
It was the perfect stay before the Boston Marathon. They had everything needed to be prepared for the race... good Italian food close by, a fridge in the room, great breakfast in the morning, and even a shuttle to the start of the race!
Hotel provided shuttle service for marathon runners and was exceptionally organized. Rooms were great. Restaurant service wonderful Can't think of anything they missed

The beds were comfortable There was a screaming crying baby in the to right next door. They also had workers directly outside our window banging away in the roof at 7am working in construction. It was awful! We were up all night due to these and they would not give us a credit for being rudely awoken.
Recently updated rooms. Paying for parking that used to be free.
The staff was very nice, informative and helpful. I learned that booking a Marriott through Kayak, they don't give you any of the rewards points you get when you book directly through Marriott. Of course, booking a Marriott through Kayak was less expensive than booking one through the Marriott itself. I think that is ridiculous. Also, the hotel is overpriced for the location, and half the parking lot is under construction making parking a very difficult task.
Unfortunately we had to cancel but at the time of booking I was not told that If I cancelled would be charged the full amount of my room charge. I contacted the Courtyard in Worcester and they informed me that it was third party reservation and there was no refunds. The cancellation was due to an emergency operation on my wife after the operation she couldn't travel. I'm very disappointed with your organization not explaining this policy at time of booking. Staff was great! Very accommodating, clean room, smelled great, quiet and easy checkin/out My girlfriend whacked her ankle on the bedframe that was out of place..It was unsafe and not a good thing. Her ankle is now swollen and it is messing with her work schedule. I can not go back to this place because of this...

The hotel is more of a motel if you ask me. It did not come with the basic amenities that are found in a hotel/motel room (hair dryer, not enough towels) and housekeeping was closed at night, so we couldn't get an extra bed when we arrived late night. However, if you're looking for a place to stash your things and only sleep, its recommendable.
My hotel stays are typically for the purpose of sleep and shower, I'm not there for in-room amenities. Red Roof is generally a good match for me in this regard, always meeting and sometimes exceeding expectations. This stay was no exception. Hotel met my expectations as I wasn't there for much other than sleep and shower. Only suggestion I would offer is to upgrade the bath towels.
Straight forward living conditions. Decent bedding. Shower was great; two shower heads with a walk-in area. Easily accommodated two. Only problem I had was that the remote for the 37" HDTV was missing in action. There was a remote for the AC, but we could not find the TV remote. Easily worked around by using the buttons on the side of the unit.
When I checked in there were dirty clothes hanging in the bathroom which belonged to the previous occupants. Shower was full of hair and no towels were provided. Obviously, the room was not cleaned. I contacted the front desk and put the dirty clothes out by the door, they remained there.

We left our pillow in the room, is there any way we can get mailed to us? The mirror on the bathroom door had a childs finger prints on it.The AC was going on and off all night, waking us up. The sheets looked like they were not changed (very wrinkled).
Helpfulness of staff, closeness to event I was attending (at the trade center) Cash machine was broken and staff could not give cash back on credit card; very inconvenient as most people don't have cars. Also would be good if hotel shuttle went to train station.
No Way to get to shopping or highway walking from hotel
The location was excellent for the various places we wanted to go to. Their food services were very good and the people associated with those particular services were excellent. We constantly had to request towels because they were not always replaced when they removed used towels.
great staff, especially in the restaurant. the place is really for trade show people. i was just a generic visitor to Boston, and probably should have stayed at a smaller hotel.

The breakfast buffet was good. The room we booked with Kayak was not the room we were given at the hotel. After a lengthy discussion they moved us to the renovated floor. Please note they were telling us it was Kayak's issue. I am sketicple now to book again through your site and or stay at that hotel again.
Clean, well placed close to 495 exit, quite place, snack at the bar is good enough to stay for lunch or dinner. There is a dancing place open on Friday and Saturday nights, depending where is your room you may have trouble to sleep before 2AM.

Comfortable bed. Friendly & courteous staff. Good breakfast and coffee all day. Ample well-lit parking. The window could not be opened and the air from the air system was not fresh at all. I think a previous guest may have broken the no smoking rule.
The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly GPS cant pick up were the hotel is exactly so don't rely on that to get you to the hotel. The hot tub was broken the entire time and the breakfast was subpar with the food not very well stocked.
We were delight with the staff and the hotel. There was a guy at the front desk (the one from Albania) who was very charming and addressed us to a very good place to have dinner around.
They serve you in plastic cups. No restaurants. It says breakfast included but there is only a basket at the reception with a pile of croissants. Beautiful view over the trucks, therefor, you better not change your clothes in your room with no closing the curtains.
The only good thing I can say is that the accommodation was comfortable. This was the lease welcoming Hampton Inn that I have ever stayed at. Staff was not at all friendly and security was ridiculous. I have never been in a hotel with so much security. I mean they were storming around the hotel, standing in the hallways and scaring our hockey kids to the point of nightmares . They are 9-10 year old boys. I never felt at ease and relaxed

The room below had four barking shelties that marked to go out at 6:00 am. They barked while they played. They barked when the wanted to come in. This repeated hourly. Their barking could easily be heard through the glass windows. Frequent calls to the front desk resulted in their suggesting that I move to a different floor farther from the noise. To take this advice I would have to: (1) repack my clothes and my wife's into our suitcases (2) do the same for the refrigerator items (3) same for cabinet stored food items. Then (4) load cart and move to another room; (5) unpack suitcases; (6) unpack cooler; (7) unpack food stuff. During this discussion - no-one from management contacted my - only front desk clerks - and only when I called. They never initiated any contact. My time isn't free - nor is it my job to adhere to the glowing promises Hilton makes regarding customer care and satisfaction. Instead I called the corporate office; explained the above history; received a voucher for nights to be used at any Embassy Suites within a year. While this seems fair - the original problem is inexcusable. Why/how can a guest bring four dogs and allow them to run free in the hotel courtyard before dawn? What guest would think they can impose this on other guests? Also note: Beware - this hotel does not provide alcohol during the evening guest reception the way they do in other states.

This place was really quiet and very generous while my stay. I only was there for one night, due to my training I had for the weekend, but I got a chance to take a tour myself and did love the cleanliness of the hotel. Food was great at the hotel. Do recommend it !
That hotel had a strong smell of febreeze type chemicals.
The shower floor in room 203 felt like it was about to cave in. The hot water would also go from hot to cold in the shower. My bed sheets had cigarette burns on it.
Staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. Having a fridge in the room was a very pleasant surprise. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Also, the continental breakfast was quite a luxury. Our room had greasy puddles and handprints all over the furniture and head board. Six condoms were also left in the side table drawer.
We will not be staying here again. Pull-out bed had old linens on it. Pillow had stain. Front desk made a big deal of finding new linens for it and then asked me to carry them myself even though I was still dealing with luggage. Sketchy activity into late night in the parking lot - didn't feel terribly safe.
Nothing Bait & switch with the room reservation. A reservation for a king bed and Jacuzzi turned into the actual room with two double bed and hotel had the nerve to tell me it would be no discount because two double beds is more expensive than a king room. I would not have booked the room if I knew I was going to get two double beds. I was a solo person and two double beds doesn't do me any good. The cleanliness of the room was terrible, the cleanliness of the lobby was terrible, ambivalent attitude of the staff was remarkable.
The friends African American woman was very helpful and cordial. No elevator and only one luggage cart. Breakfast.

They made my bed. Each day room service came, they forgot something. Washcloths, coffee, forgot to empty the trash. The whole building smelled of stale cigarette smoke. The hallway to the left of the receptionist smelled like trash each day I was walking to my room. I don't think they vacuum either.
cost I've only been disturbed 3 times by a hotel room that I've stayed in and this is one. I slept with my clothes on, never took my socks off, and I put t shirts in my pillow. In hindsight, great story to tell people about road experiences.
Bathrooms in rooms where disgusting,.. bathroom vent in my room was being held up with about 20 strips of scotch tape. kept falling out of wall with vibration (when turned on) exposing a big hole to the outside. Comforters in room were from the 70's Showers had been painted and paint was chipping. bathroom sink looked like it was being held up with hot glue and the sagged on one side since it was particle board.
The receptionist the night we arrived was nice and understanding when we wished to shorten our stay. From the moment we walked in it smelled like stale whiskey and weed. This place was the most disgusting place I have ever been to and I was debating sleeping on the lawn outside knowing there would have been less of a chance of rolling into someone's dried jizz. I took my shoes off to get into bed (fully clothed in fear of bugs or crabs from the public hairs in between the sheets) and felt something sharp prick my foot. In horrifying disbelief I pulled a large toe nail off the bottom of my foot. I then looked at the floor and there was several toe nail clippings. Under the bed there were a bunch of crushed chips and old food smashed into the carpet that was covered in dark stains. The whole hotel reeked of stale alcohol that has been spilled a thousands times and never cleaned up. The smell of marijuana was pouring out of our vents. The bth tub had obviously not been cleaned with someone's hair stuck to the walls of the shower. There was also a used bar of soap left on the side of the tub. The heat cents were filled with dust and would be a nightmare for anyone with allergies. There was also someone walking around outside our window for most of the night. We were originally booked for four days and immediately asked to cancel the other three. We were still charged for the full amount for four nights and when we called to ask for a refund the person on the phone was very frustrated and angry saying "he told the maids to do a better job and they just won't listen to him." I'm pretty sure any good manager would hire a staff that would do their jobs. He was snapping at us and making it seem like it was the end of the world to refund our money for the nights we didn't stay. It is most definitely worth paying $20 more for a good night of sleep!
Great sized room which was well equipped with microwave fridge coffee maker etc. lots of pods, tea bags for machine. Toilet was not very efficient flushing. Weakest water pressure at any hotel I've ever visited. Ok for a bald person, but forget about rinsing conditioner from long, thick hair. Coffee and hot water dispensers were empty in common area the afternoon I was there. woman on duty at breakfast was very friendly and accommodating to guests in the morning.
All was very neat and orderly. When we went out to our car--we discovered that someone had hit the passenger side mirror and broken the lens. Light still works--but lens will have to be replaced.

Clean, free pancakes after 8pm, nice staff, room was big, breakfast was good and plentiful. Right off of the highway, so easy to find. Beds and pillows were TERRIBLE. I woke up with back pain throughout the night and in the morning. It went away as soon as I got home. The facilities weren't the most lavish, but they got the job done. Staff was nice, but it seemed a bit bare bones at times. Location is terrible, but that's not really the hotel's fault.

Most comfortable beds ever. Good bar area. Best place with the limited invatory in the area. Nothing was negitave.
Staff was professional and helpful. Only positive aspect of stay. Room was below average. Bathroom had loose, torn wallpaper, towel rack fell off. Heat did not regulate well. Either very hot or cold. Very noisy guests all night long. Will avoid Doubletree in future.

After spending multiple weeks on the road, I felt a great deal of comfort at The Residence Inn Worcester. The staff was amazing from start to finish. The room always smelled fresh. on either Monday or Tuesday, there kitchen attendant who was highly unprofessional .. seemed really unhappy, while throwing food around, and carelessly moving from dining room to back room. White woman, with a ponytail.

Beautiful and family oriented place. Very Quiet and staff was extremely pleasant. There was a sign that said there was coffee from 6am to 10pm. This was not the case. I missed breakfast but figured I could still get coffee on my way out, but the employee there at the time said that they dont offer coffee all day. Only at breakfast because of financial reasons. So i was pretty bummed out about that.
Quiet, quaint, homey, convenient to center of cute town. Nothing fancy, but clean, comfortable, quiet, with a courteous staff. Free breakfast offered a good selection.
