Pros (+) Staff was awesome. Everyone was pleasant and professional. They also upgraded my suite and provided champagne and chocolate cake for my birthday!!!
Cons (-) Im a clean freak so I pay attention to floor corners and wals and it wasn't as clean as it should have been. Parking for guest was a bit expensive...$42.00. Don't you even think about smoking on the balcony!!!

Cons (-) No hot water in our shower we had to take a cold shower. For 400 dollars a night you should have warm water not ice cold water
Pros (+) This is a nice hotel, very clean, located in the neighborhood -- within walking distance to great restaurants and nightlife, but not in the middle of it. The rooftop deck and pool are nice additions. The small gym contained everything I needed to workout during my stay.
Cons (-) Parking. Parking in West Hollywood is by permit only; so street parking is not an option. Parking in the area is expensive, and the hotel only offers valet, which is $40 PER/NIGHT. $40 per night is an exurbanite fee to charge guests for parking and as much as I enjoyed the hotel, this is what I will remember most when considering a hotel in the area again.
